Chapter 1: The Beginning of Change
It had only been a week back at Hogwarts school of Witchcraft and Wizardry, when four letters
where sent off to four particular students during breakfast, asking them to come to the
Headmasters office right after they were done eating.
They said goodbye to the people that they were eating with, and they left at all different times,
yet all heading to the same place.
Blaise Zabini was the first to arrive, followed closely by Draco Malfoy. The third to arrive was
Neville Longbottom. When Neville arrived he looked at the other two boys that were lounging
across their chairs, waiting for the Headmaster to make his appearance. Finally the fourth person
entered. And it was none other than Harry Potter. He saw Neville first and nodded his head saying
hello. Yet when his eyes landed on Malfoy and Zabini, his eyes narrowed, wondering what they
were doing there as well.
\"Ah boys, thank you for making time out of your busy schedule for me, this morning\",
Dumbledore\'s voice rang out from behind the boys.
When Harry turned around and saw that too familiar twinkle in Dumbledore's blue eyes, he
groaned inwardly. That damn twinkling was never a good sign, he had learned that the hard way
over the years. The old Bat was up to something and it involved Malfoy, Zabini, Neville and him.
\"I suppose you are all wondering why you are all here. You four have been choosen for a very
important assignment. Before you guys start on with all the questions and comments that I know
are flaking around in your heads at theent,ent, I would like you all to know that this is a
precaution that Hogwarts and the Ministry of Magic thought would be necessary. I am not sure if
you are all aware of this, but you are all on the same side in this war.\"
Harry and Neville looked at the Headmaster with horror! What does he mean we are all on the
same side in this war! Malfoy is a \'Death Eater in Training!\'
\"You are all on the side of light.\" The head said a few moments later. Than seeing the horror and
panic rising again in Harry and Neville\'s eyes.
\"That does mean that Draco and Blaise are not Death Eaters, they are actually on our side, yet
they have had to act as though they were, outside in the school and when they were in public. We,
as in the ministry and the staff at the school, have deemed it no longer safe here for you four.
With the war coming up we need to make connections with others worldwide, we also need to
protect the younger ones. As you would have noticed at the Sorting this year there were barely a
handful, that would be because many of our students are now doing the work required at home or
in normal muggle schools. We are keeping the majority of the students here, but those are the
ones that are not on the top of the Death Eater's "˜Hit List'. However sadly enough you boys are,
so for safety you are going to be transferred by the end of this week to a school on the other side
of the world, or at least close enough.\"
\"But S-s-sir? What about our friends and family here? Won\'t it be a cause of concern if we all of
sudden disappeared?\" Neville stuttered.
\"Yes of course Neville, however I have gotten permission for all of you boys. Draco, your mother
gave you her permission, and I asume that you are aware that she is proud of you for not joining.
Blaise, both of your parents gave permission, and Neville, you grandma is fine with it as long as
you are good and as long as it keeps you safe. You all need to keep contact with your guardian or
guardians on this fiesta.\"
\"Sir?\"
\"Yes Draco?\"
\"What about Potter? Did his guardians give him issiission?\"
At the mere mention of his guardians, Harry Potter, looked well he didn\'t look like his usual self.
He was sitting straighter, yet stiffer, and his eyes were showing of emotions of pain, fear, panic
and utter loss. Neville thought to him self seeing this reaction that he needed to talk to Harry
about his summer and about what happenned last year at the Ministry of Magic.
\"Ah well Draco, very observate of you. Yes, of course, Harry got permission. He got permission
from me, and Professer Lupin.\"
\"But what about ...\"
\"Malfoy as far as you are concerned, my welfare is none of your fucking concern. Now if you\'re
finished poking your fingers into my life, I suggest that we finish listening to Dumbledore, as I am
sure he still has much to say.\" Harry snapped at Malfoy before he could continue saying his
sentence.
\"Todayu fou four shall be taken to Muggle London, to go shopping for muggle things such as,
books, pencils, pens and paper. And anything else that they would consider normal. I have no
doubt that you already own some muggle clothing but you may want to get some newer things. I
have money right here in separate bags for you. The money is from your guardians and of course
from your some of your own accounts. I have also been able to change some of objects into huge
stacks of money so that you can use those as well.. all the money that is needed and more is
located in those bags.
\"The people who will be taking you to Muggle London will be meeting you at the front entrance
in less than 20 minutes, so you may want to go and get ready. Who knows what you will buy
when you are there or for how long you will be there for. Enjoy and please be on your best
behaviour!\"
And with that Great Albus Dumbledore left the office, leaving the boys to their own thoughts.
\"Well I guess we should go and get ready... don\'t you think?\" the boy named Blaise said breaking
the deep silence.
\"Ya I suppose, shall we?\" Draco replied, before all four of them left the office. Still deep in their
own thoughts
