Pairings: Draco/Blaiserry/rry/Blaise
Warning: het

Disclaimer: Do I own HP? No. Am I doing this for my amusement? Yes.
A/N: In this story Blaise Zabini is a girl. I just love the ambiguity of that character. Also this is a teaser, so if you like I'll beta this part and work on the updates.

When Draco made love to Blaise it was with an air of possession. He felt that he owned her for that time when he held her down by her wrists and pounded into her with the ferocity of a desparate man. Draco would only admit to himself that he felt desparate when he was around her. He had never ne any anyone that weren't his parents with such passion before, so his emotions were overwhelming. This realization struck him as he laid beside Blaise after a four hour sex romp, the dark haired nymph tucked in his arms like a sleeping baby. He stroked her cheek and sighed deeply. "Blaise," hisphispered.
Blaise stirred in his arms. "Hnh?" Her voice was muffled as she pushed her face into Draco's underarm.
"Blaise, do you love me? I mean, do you really love me?" Draco wanted to smack himself. He sounded so damn needy. His mother had always told him that to show your emotions made you weak, yet here he was showing his emotions like a fool.
Blaise looked up with slightly puffy eyes and smiled sweetly. "Of course, I do," she whispered. "If I didn't I wouldn't stay by your side."
Draco grinned, revealing sharp little teeth. He kissed Blaise's mouth, savoring the tastes of pumpking juice and apple pie which she had at dinner. Blaise wrapped her arms around him and rested her head against his chest. "I love you, Blaise," Draco muttered. "If anyone took you from me I'd have to kill them." Draco knew he meant that with every fiber of his being. Blaise kissed his chest and couldn't help but feel loved and wanted.

"Mr. Potter, that'll be ten points from Gryffindor!" Snape hissed in Potions the next day.
Draco laughed silently as Snape berated Harry for his ineffective Lullaby Potion. Blaise sucked on the end of her quill watching the exchange intently. "I never noticed, but Snape really picks on Harry," she said to Draco, who sat in front of her.
Draco shook his head. "Darling," he drawled," don't worry about Potter. He's a born loser anyhow." He patted Blaise's free hand which was resting on tf hef her Potions textbook.
Blaise shrugged. She turned her attention back to Snape, who was now sweeping around the classroom with his black robes billowing out behind him. He stopped at the front of the room and said," That'll be all for today. Leave your essays and your Lullaby Potions on my desk. Mr. Potter, I want you to stay after."
Harry rolled his eyes. Ron patted his back and whispered,"We'll wait for you, mate." He got up and followed Hermione out of the classroom. Harry packed his books away slowly, casting dark glances in Snape's direction.
Draco was beside himself with delight. "Look at him," he muttered to his gang of Slytherins. "Serves him right, the do-gooder. Let's go, mates."
Blaise began packing her books when Snape said," Miss Zabini, would you be so kind as to stay. I need you to do something for me. The rest of you may leave. That means you, Mr. Malfoy." Draco had been hovering by the door waiting for Blaise.
Blaise nodded and went up to Snape's desk. "Yes, sir?"
"Mr. Potter, apparently can't handle N.E.W.T level Potions. I think it would be wise if he had someone with more patience and tolerance than I," Snape said as he glared at Harry.
Harry opened his mouth to protest, but Blaise cut him off. "Certainly. I'll help." She turned to Harry and asked," How does tonight after dinner in the library sound?"
"Alright," Harry said.
"Good. I'll see you then." Blaise smiled at him and walked out of the classroom. Harry followed her, feeling rather elated, but also a bit nervous. He was thankful to Snape for not putting him with Malfoy or one of his cronies. Then again he had asked Malfoy's girlfriend to be his Potions tutor and that was trouble.
*
Draco was furious when he found out in Herbology that Blaise had agreed to help Harry with his Potions work.
"You just can't! Go tell Snape you can't!" Draco demanded waving his gloved hands around frantically. He was moving so much that dragon dung flew across the room and landed on the back of Goyle's neck. Goyle just grunted and went back to planting his Alraune seed. Draco stared down at Blaise with clear gray eyes. If Blaise wasn't mistaken there was a pleading look there, as if he wanted to pout like a little child and tell her that she was all his.
Blaise patted his arm and gave him a quick kiss on the cheek. "Don't worry. Nothing's going to happen. What are you so worried about?" she queried wrapping her arms around his thin frame. Draco was so small, almost vulnerable. All bones under silky pale flesh with muscles that came courtesy of the hard Quidditch practices that Montague ordered for the Slytherins. Blaise found him to completely beautiful.
Draco sighed heavily. He replied," I just don't want Potter getting any ideas. You're my girlfriend and...."
"You're jealous?" Blaise stiffled a laugh.
Draco tilted his head to the side, scowling. "What's so funny about that?"
Blaise planted a kiss on his chin and said softly," Nothing. It's just sweet, but I promise you nothing will happen."
*
Harry waited for Blaise in the library with bated breath. He had spent all of dinner staring at her, occassionally turning away when Draco turned to her. He didn't know why she made his stomach knot up whenever he saw her. He had never noticed her before, she was never a part of his daily life. Now, with thanks to Snape, she would be until he got the grip of N.E.W.T level Potions. Harry wondered what they would talk about beside potions. As he thought of something witty to say, Blaise walked in with Draco and his gang behind her.
"Alright, you're here. I'll see you back in the common room later," Draco said in her ear. He gave her a tight hug and a kiss. Draco turned to Harry, sneering for all that he was worth, and hissed," If you hurt her, touch her, or upset her, Potter, I'm going to kill you." With that he walked out of the library, Slytherins trailing behind him.
Blaise shook her head, her eyes following Draco's departure. Harry could see that she was in love, but he wanted to shake her out of it. He wanted her to notice him, not that annoying Malfoy. "Sorry about that," Blaise said bringing Harry back to the present.
He just shrugged. "It's alright," Harry replied. "I'm used to that. So where do you want to sit?" They surveyed the library. For a Friday night it was rather full. Harry had the fee tha that most of the students weren't there to study, but to gossip and talk.
Blaise pointed a long finger in the direction of the back of the library, near the Restricted Section. "How about back there. I don't want us to get interrupted."
Harry nodded and followed Blaise to the back of the library. As soon as they sat down Blaise opened her bag and pulled out her books along with a chart that had different ingredients listed with little colored blocks beneath them. She put the chart down and Harry got a better look at it. It was like the Wizard's version of the Periodic Table. Blaise cracked her knuckles andgledgled her fingers around. Harry couldn't help but think of a teacher readying for a tough lesson with a less than willing student.
"So, what do you want to cover first? I could go over the remedial stuff, but that's pointless." Blaise rubbed her chin thoughtfully. She looked at Harry and asked," What are you having trouble with?"
Harry had to think back to what was giving him so much trouble. "Precise mixing. You know, getting everything down and doing it at the right moment."
"I sincerely think that I don't have to tutor you, Harry," Blaise said.
"Why not?"
"I don't think you're having any trouble. I think my godfather made that up."
"Godfather?" Harry cocked an eyebrow. Snape was Blaise's godfather? He thought that Snape was Draco's godfather since they got on so well.
Blaise nodded as she tied her hair into a loose ponytail. "Yeah, he's my godfather. He knew my father when they attended Hogwarts."
"So he knew Lucius Malfoy as well?"
"Of course. That's how I met Draco. We've actually known each other for years, but it wasn't until last Christmas that we started dating."
Harry felt like a deflated balloon. It was apparent that Blaise liked Draco. He still wondered what Blaise saw in him besides his looks and his wealth. He wanted to know so badly that he asked. Blaise just stared at him as if seeing him for the first time. "Why do you ask?" she snapped.
Harry replied," Because I can't think of any other reason. I don't know him the way you know him."
"If you must know...he's very gentle with me. Very caring." Blaise sounded deeply offended. Harry felt sorry that he ever asked the question. Blaise got up suddenly and shoved all her things into her schoolbag.
"What are you doing?" Harry asked.
Blaise looked down at him. "We're done here. You don't need any help and I'm going to let Professor Snape know that. Goodnight, Potter," she spat. She slung her bag over her arm and stormed out of the library. Harry stuffed his books into his bag and took off after her. He caught up with her near the entrance to the dungeons.
"Blaise! Blaise!" he called. He had been running to catch up with her, so when he stopped he felt a stitch in his side. "Ow," he mumbled as he trotted over to where she had stopped upon hearing her name.
She gave him a cold glare, looking every bit as Slytherin as her peers. "What do you want, Potter?" She said his surname as if it were a vulgarity. Harry wondered why she was so disgusted with him suddenly.
Harry leaned against the windowsill, trying to catch his breath. "Blaise, why are you mad at me? I only asked you a stupid question. You could have just told me to bugger off. Why get mad?"
Harry watched as she started to relent. She bit her lower lip and glanced up at him. Harry wanted to kiss her. Before he could lean forward and plant on her she spoke. "No one has ever asked the real reason I'm with him. You were the first. It's just that I felt that no one needed to know," she said. "I mean, arranged marriages have been going on for years in the wizarding world. It's not unusual. In our case we actually love each other."
"So, you love Malfoy?" Harry whispered.
Blaise hesitated for a moment. "Yes," she finally said. "I love him."
"What would you do if someone decided to test that?" A sudden recklessness overcame Harry. He felt like he could do whatever he wanted at this moment and that meant seducing his enemy's girlfriend.
Blaise's mouth hung open in shock. "And who would that be? You?"
"Yes." Harry moved closer to her, closing the space between them. They were now so close that Harry could see the tiny smattering of freckles across her nose. He could smell lilacs on her hair and vanilla on her skin. Harry ran a finger over her neck, resting his fingers against her collarbone. He put his arm around her and drew her up to him, pressing the length of their bodies together.
"But...he'd...he'd kill you. I don't think it.....", she stammered nervously. Blaise looked around the Great Hall, hoping that no one would see them.
"Shhh, Blaise. You're talking too much," Harry murmured as he leaned his head down. He pressed his lips against hers. At first Blaise held her lips in a thin tight line. When Harry's tongue flicked her lower lip, she relaxed and opened her mouth to him. Harry felt her relax as he kissed her and returned it. If anyone came up now and then ran down to tell Draco what was going on, Harry would not have cared. He was kissing the most beautiful girl in school and she was letting him.
Blaise pushed Harry away gently. "I better get going," she said.
Harry didn't want her to go. "Why? Because Draco will be looking for you?"
"Yes."
Harry let her go, his hands sliding down her arms to her s. Hs. He entwined her fingers with his and said,"This won't happen again will it?"
Blaise shrugged. "Probably not. We can't meet privately."
Then Harry had an idea. "We can meet privately. In the library! Don't tell Snape that I'm not hopeless, tell him that I'm horrible."
Blaise laughed. He was presistent. "I don't know."
"Do it. Please. I want to prove to you that Malfoy isn't the only one that can be caring or gentle with you."
Blaise smiled up at Harry. "Alright. Okay. I'll see you tomorrow then." She gave Harry a small kiss on his cheek and headed down to her common room.
Harry watched her leave, feeling as though he had just one the Quidditch Cup for his house.
