The Wrong Choice

Harry look up in total surprise. There before him was Lucius Malfoy with Draco right behind him.
ÒDid Saint Potter fall on his little ass.Ó Draco said sharply.
ÒMind your language DracoÓ Lucius told him. Harry smiled at the sound of Draco getting in trouble.
ÒHarry please get up would you.Ó Snape asked leaning on the desk with one elbow and tapping his fingers. Harry quickly did as he was told. ÒDraco why cant you be more like Mr. Potter he listens very well.Ó Lucius said as he looked at Harry as he brush him self off.
ÒLucius what a surprise. What do you want?Ó Dumbledore asked.
ÒI am a school governor. I may go and come as I please in my school.Ó Lucius said. McGonagall had a disapproving look on her face.
Just then Alex ran to the door and asked as she leaned on the in doorway, ÒWhich way to the Slytherin common room?Ó
ÒCome in Potter.Ó Snape told her. Alex walked past the Malfoys and stood in front of the desk.
ÒI will take you Alex.Ó Draco told her, ÒIÕm going there any way.Ó
ÒFine.Ó Alex answered. Alex followed Draco.
Then when they got far away from SnapeÕs office Draco turned and pinned Alex up against the wall and said, ÒAlex we have known each other for a long time and I donÕt want any trouble.Ó
ÒGet off me.Ó she said as she pushed him off, ÒWell it is your decision not mine. YouÕre the one who went saying things behind my back.Ó
ÒWell you do have a attitude problem I just never told you.Ó Draco said. ÒWell if you canÕt be honest with me then I donÕt know how we can be friends.Ó Alex answered.
ÒWell I do want to be friends maybe even more and if you didn\'t have and atde pde problem I wouldnÕt have to talk about you.Ó Draco said.
ÒI donÕt have to stand here and listen to this.Ó Alex said as she walked away.
ÒI thought you wanted my help.Ó Draco asked.
ÒThere is a sign right there with an arrow to show were it is.Ó Alex said as she ran to follow the arrows. Draco followed very slowly. About an hour later Draco walked into the common room. There in the common room Alex was sitting by the fireplace reading a book.
ÒGood night, Lexxy.Ó Draco said softly not wanting to disturb her. Alex look up in surprised to see no one there. Alex got up and walked to stairs there she saw Draco she started walking up behind him.
ÒDraco you havenÕt called me that for at least 4 years why start now?Ó Alex asked.
ÒI guess because when you really care about someone you give them a nickname and Lexxy has been your since we were 2 so why start a new one.Ó Draco answered. Alex ran up the stairs and gave Draco a hug. Draco hugged her back. Draco leaned down and gave her a kiss. Alex kissed him back.
ÒI love you Draco.Ó Alex said softly.
ÒI love you too, Alex.Ó Draco replied. Draco pulled away and went to the boys dorm. Alex went back down to get her book and then went to the girls dorm. Alex couldnÕt stop thinking about Draco. Draco couldnÕt stop thinking of Alex.
ÒWill Draco ever kiss me again.Ó Alex thought as she drifted off to sleep. ÒWill Alex ever let me kiss her again?Ó Draco wondered as he drifted off to sleep.

The next morning at breakfast Draco and Alex werenÕt talking.
ÒDraco what is wrong with you.Ó Tom asked with a confused look on his face.
ÒNothing, why?Ó Draco asked.
ÒWell, first, you haven\'t touch your food. Second, you havenÕt said anything about Alex since she ran off yesterday.Ó Justin added.
ÒI guess IÕm not hungry and something happened between me and Alex yesterday before we went to bed.Ó Draco explained.
ÒOh my god, you kissed her didnÕt you?Ó Tom asked eagerly.
ÒWhere did you get that idea? Sure sheÕs good looking has a sweet figure and sheÕs totally hot but who said I like her.Ó Draco told them.
ÒSure we believe you.Ó Tom added, ÒOh did you hear the keeper of the Slytherin team got kicked off the team and we are looking for a new one.Ó ÒWhat about Alex she can try out.Ó Draco suggested.
ÒYou do like her.Ó Tom said.
ÒYes I admit it I like Alex Potter.Ó Draco screamed. Every one in the Great hall looked at Draco then Alex. Alex looked at Draco then ran out of the Great Hall. Draco ran after her.
ÒAlex wait.Ó Draco screamed. Draco reach out and griped AlexÕs wrist. ÒWhy so you can kiss me again then tell the hole damn school.Ó Alex said starting to cry. Alex tried to pull away.
ÒI wonÕt let you go till you promise that you will try out for keeper of the Quidditch team.Ó Draco told her.
ÒThatÕs a great promise I was going to any way.Ó Alex said. Draco loosened his grip. Alex pulled away.
ÒYour such a dork.Ó Alex said as she turned away.
ÒYou didnÕt think that last night.Ó Draco added.
ÒOh I forgot to ask when are Quidditch try outs?Ó Alex said.
ÒTomorrow in the Quidditch pitch at lunch.Ó Draco answered.
ÒOkay see you tomorrow dork.Ó Alex said as she ran to the library. Draco laughed.

The next day at lunch a group of Slytherins were hanging a round the Quidditch pitch. ÒAlex are you nervous?Ó Draco asked.
ÒYes very.Ó Alex answered.
ÒDonÕt be I wasn\'t scared.Ó Draco said.
ÒThat\'s because you bought your way on.Ó Alex stated.
ÒYeah that is the truth... Wait what.Ó Draco said.
ÒAlex Potter.Ó a voice called out. Alex walked up. Alex saw that it was Tom and let out a long breath.
ÒOkay Alex all I want you to do first is fly up then down.Ó Tom told her. ÒOkay sounds easy enough.Ó Alex added. Alex took the broom, gripped it tightly and took off in the air. She flew up and down with not messing up even once. Tom gave her a few more easy tasks.
ÒOkay Alex very good now your last task is to block these 10 balls from going in the hoop.Ó
ÒOkay.Ó Alex said. Tom throw each ball faster and harder then the last. Alex blocked every one.
ÒWell congratulations you are our new Keeper.Ó Tom said.
ÒI did it I did it yeah go me.Ó Alex started to scream. Alex got handed a black broom that said nimbus 2001.
Draco pick her up and started to jump up and down screaming, ÒYou did it you did it.Ó All the other kids that tried out all got angry looks on there face.

That night at dinner Dumbledore stood up and said, ÒAnother year is here. Slytherin has a new keeper Alexandria Potter.Ó The great hall was full of clapping hands.
