CHAPTER II Rei is her name.
\"Come in\"

The door slid open and a girl that looked a bit taller than Hermione walked in.. She felt Harry and Ron gaping.
The girl was certainly....gorgeous.
She had ink black hair, that seemed like ink too, the way her wavy hair flowed down her shoulders. She had crystal green eyes. Her
eyes seemed to change color as shadows and light were cast in the compartment as the Hogwarts train sped down the track. She had
pale skin that contrasted beutifully with her hair and eyes. She had a tint of blush on her cheeks. Her lips gave a faint pink glow
hwich were pouty. However the skin was what concerned Hermione the most. It reminded her oddly something she\'d read or seen.
\"Hi, I was told from others that this years Head girl, was going to be in here?\" the girl asked. She looked no older than eighteen.
Hermione nodded. \"That would be me.\" Hermione stated calmly.
The girl smiled. And Hermione found herself speechless for only a second. \"How can I help you?\"
\"I\'m Rei Lustrate\"

\'Okay..so she\'s pretty...really pretty...I wonder what it\'s be like to- No No, Hermione stay perfessional...\'
Rei was a going to be the DADA teacher from New York. \'That would explain the accent.\' Hermione recalled a letter from the school
informing her she was to help her a bit around the place if she had a question. Tell her what they are studying and so forth.
Hermione snorted \'She looks capable enough to me.\' Hermione wouldn\'t have minded so much but this lady was slightly intimidating.
And she hated to admit it, but Hermione was jelous. How could someone at her age be a teacher?
She sat down next to Ron and Harry and watched as the sorting began.
\"When I call your name please come up and place the hat on your head.\" said Professor Mcgonagol as she started to read form a
scroll. \"Albert Allen...\" the trio tuned out thinking thier own thoughts.
\"Hey, Hermione,\" Harry whispered. \"what happend to erm..that girl?\"
\"Hm? Oh, right. Well that \'girl\' is going to be our teacher\" she said annoyed.
\"Riight.\" she said nervously.
Hermione looked at him. \"Anything else?\"
\"No, nothing.\" Harry and Ron said together rather quickly. Hermione and Harry looked at Ron.
\"What?\" Ron asked.
\"Nevermind.\" Hermione responded while Harry continued to stare into space.
When the sorting ended Dumbledore brought up the usual speech \'blah blah blah Forbidden Forest is Forbidden, blah blah\' Hermione
drummed her fingers on the table.
\"...We are having a new DADA teacher,\" Hermione perked her ears at this. \"she will be teaching Defense Against the Dark Arts class.
She is very experienced in the area, so I trust you to treat her as you will with any other teacher.\"
But this also brought up another question. Thought Hermione, \"Why wouldn\'t Dumbledore choose Harry if it\'s only experience he\'s
looking for?\" muttering to herself she sipped the pumpkin juice that appeared before her.
She looked up to the staff table to see Rei and Proffesor Snape murmering to each other.
