Harry tells Remus.
Chapter Two: Harry tells Remus
Harry told Remus the next morning that he had seen the marks on Hermione\'s skin. He also told him, though he didn\'t know if it was a good idea that he had kissed her.
\" I didn\'t mean to, but she look so much in pain,\" he told him. \" I don\'t know what to do now.\" Remus thought about what he had said and guessed that Harry hadn\'t done a good thing by kissing her. Then again he had shown her that he was a gentle person and that\'s what Hermione needed right now. Harry kept watch on both Hermione and Ron for the remainder of the holiday. He cared for Hermione on a level that he never thought that he could. He also wanted her, he wanted to take her away from all this, and to give her the life that she wanted. Ron was screwed up in the head and didn\'t know a treasure if it hit him in the face.
When the summer holiday passed everyone headed to Kings Cross Station to board the Hogwarts Express for the start of their 6th year. The fates must be smiling on Harry because none of the Advance classes had Ron in them. He would have time to work with her and to get her slowly out of Ron\'s influence. When they arrived and when threw the barrier Ron wanted her to come with him to a seprate compartment, Hermione pleaded with her eyes to help her. So when they left Harry followed him, his powers were growing as he slowly became Voldemort\'s equal and he found that he could get passed wards and charms. He didn\'t even wait a minute he barged in and found Ron trying to force himself on her.Harry stunned him and took Hermione away. They raced down the corridor to get Hedwig and then with a letter in hand she flew out and went to Hogwarts. He sealed and warded the door so that Ron couldn\'t get inside.
\" Thanks.\" She gasped. He wrapped his arms around her and she started to cry. He carressed his hands over her head and let her cry all over his shirt. He hated Ron now and was determined to get his Prefect badge taken away. No one was going to hurt Hermione ever and if they did they would have to answer to him.
Professor Dumbledore was shocked to see Hedwig setting next to Fawks. He took the letter and read it and gasped. Then he raced to get Professor McGonagall.
\" I don\'t believe it, Weasley has been abusing Granger.\" The Headmaster nodded. \" That\'s it, he\'s going to have that badge taken away. It\'s nice to see that Harry is taken care of her.\"
\" I think our young Mr. Potter has fallen for her.\" Professor McGonagall was shocked, but smiled thinking that at least she was with someone that would take care of her.
When the Hogwarts Express pulled up Professor McGonagall was waiting for Harry and Hermione. They took a carriage to themselves and Hermione slept threw most of it. Harry continued to stroke her hair and his eyes looked like he had been crying as well.
\" We need to take her to the Hospital Wing,\" she told him. \" We need to find out how much damage has been done.\" Harry nodded and when the carriage arrived they got off and hurried Hermione to the Hospital Wing.
The nurse was beside herself with fury. She had counted more then a dozen burses(sorry if I didn\'t spell that right), and damage done to her Virgina.
\" It looks like he forced himself into her,\" she shreaked. Harry hands turned to fists and the windows suddenly burst.
\" I want to kill him,\" he snapped. \" I want him dead.\"
\" Mr. Potter that will be enough,\" said Professor McGonagall. \" Killing Ron will not help Hermione.\"
\" Minerva is correct,\" said the sudden voice of Professor Dumbledore. \" You need to be with her and to comfort her.\"
Harry knew that the Headmaster was right. He stayed behind to watch over her and when it was time to sleep he slept in a bed that was next to hers. The next morning Hermione was up and so was Harry. He told her about being made Prefect, and that he would be there to watch over her. Hermione smiled at her friends loyalty and bravery. She bent down and kissed him on the cheek and he felt the whole world turn upside down. He wanted her, to be with her, but he knew that it would have to wait. He wanted to prove that he wasn\'t Ron.
Harry and Hermione the Prefects left the Hospital Wing to the greeting of Gryffindor house. Ron was sulking as ususal and wanted to be along with Hermione. Harry stamped that out and told Ginny about what the Nurse had said. She looked at her brother with deep dislike.

\" No, I have enough on my plate right now,\" he told her. \" I need to be with Hermione right now and make sure that she is going to be alright.\" Ginny nodded and Harry took Hermione to Advance Potions.
