Chapter 17: A Snape Puzzle
“Do you think that
we should tell Hermione what Harry and the others found?” Minerva asked
Dumbledore’s ghost.
Dumbledore looked at her.
“I don’t know if
that is a good idea,” he told her. “We first need to find out when Ron found
out his information.”
“Which means a trip
to Azkaban,” Minerva said.
He nodded and then left, leaving Minerva to think.

“Master, the Order
has the necklace,” Wormtail told Voldemort.
Voldemort rose up and looked intently at his servant.
“When did this
happen?” he asked.
“Two days ago,”
Wormtail said. “Our spies just told me.”
Voldemort cursed Severus and his determination to help his
downfall. His stupid Gryffindor blood was ruining everything.
“Bring my spy to me
at once.”
Wormtail nodded and then left.

“Do you think that
Severus is a puzzle?” Hermione asked Ginny.
Ginny looked at her intently.
“Why do you ask
that?”
“Well, because he
seems to be off doing his own thing and he’s even harder to figure out now then
he was then.”
“He has a lot on
his plate,” Ginny said.
Hermione gave this thought.
“I guess your
right, but I feel like even with this bond, he’s trying to avoid me.”
“Why do you think
that?”
Hermione sighed, looking out the window.
“Just a thought,”
she muttered. “Look, I need to ask the Headmistress about my supplies. Want to
come?”
Ginny shook her head and she figured that she wanted to
spend time with Harry. Hermione waved her good day and then left.
