Antonin Dolohov Found Dead In Kings Cross Station — Witnesses Sought

Cleaning staff stumbled upon the mutilated body of former Death Eater Antonin Dolohov. Preliminary investigations by the Aurors Squad on the scene indicate the use of dark magic including Unforgivable curses.

In a late night session, the Minister approved emergency legislation allowing the release of funds frozen as part of the prosecution of former Death Eaters. The statute allows withdrawal of up to 15% of each defendant’s frozen funds to “secure personal property and hire protective services for their immediate family.” In a prepared statement, the Minister’s press secretary clarified:

In its preliminary recommendations, researchers caution that intervention by the Ministry will be necessary to overcome generations of population isolation by blood-status. Amongst the most controversial recommendations is the call for a Reproduction Statute to force reproductive pairings across blood-status. The report acknowledges the effort required to confirm said status and further qualifies that the fertility assessment process, currently under development at St. Mungo’s, will be critical in addressing the issues.

S.P.A.M. announced a series of meetings to address the report and any possible legislation. A S.P.A.M. representative indicated the events will focus on witches’ rights under any potential reproductive regulation…
