Summary: Harry, son of the couple who killed Voldemort struggles with an attraction to his guardian: Remus Lupin. Can Harry convince Remus that they're meant to be together? A/N: Yes this is a bit different from my usual story…it just came to me as I was about to doze off ages ago.
Chapter 15
Harry and Draco were surprised to receive a summons to Severus’ apartment from Narcissa.
They were both nervous when they slipped inside but Draco’s mother seemed smug while Remus appeared to be curious and Severus, annoyed.Narcissa pulled out two scrolls from her robe pocked, “don’t either of your dare chide me for my ‘heavy-handedness’. I only did the right and proper thing when it came to the four of you.”Severus snatched up the first one and blinked after he unrolled it to skim the contents, “What is this?”Narcissa tossed her long blonde hair, “It is exactly what it appears to be: a bonding contract betwixt you and my dragon.”Draco gasped, “Really mother? How did you manage it so quickly?”Narcissa sniffed, “I threw a gauntlet down at your father. He capitulated and the contract was written quickly, it merely needs both of your signatures as well as mine and Remus as witnesses to be filed with Gringotts. I can hardly take credit for the second contract that was all Lily. I merely signed as the final witness thus as of this morning, Harry was officially registered with Gringotts anyway as bonded to Remus Lupin. Now I will expect the four of you to arrange yourselves accordingly. If you had come to me dragon I would have had a proper contract prepared prior.”Draco murmured an apology to his mother as well as his gratitude. He didn’t know exactly what he had done to acquire his father’s consent so quickly but he was extremely grateful...Harry frowned in thought, “What do you mean that my mother did this?”Narcissa chuckled, “Apparently Remus imprinted on you as his mate when you were an infant so Lily pre-wrote up a bonding contract and tricked my cousin, your father and Remus into signing it. It was kept at Gringotts and wasn’t brought to light until someone attempted to file a different contract. At which time I was summoned to be the final witness so it could be filed.”Severus immediately snarked that Remus was apparently a bigger pervert than himself...Remus scowled, “I don’t remember imprinting on Harry as my mate back then and I don’t see how Lily could have known...”Harry smirked, “Who cares how she knew? Mum did and you’re mine thanks to her. No one is going to argue with the last wish of Lily Potter. After all, she and my father defeated and vanquished Old Voldy.Narcissa chuckled, “They can’t unless they want to insult Lucius and Severus who would be in favour of the match. I doubt that either Lady Augusta or Lady Muriel would dare...”Remus was still stunned, Severus quietly smug, Draco shyly pleased and Harry clearly thrilled at the turn of events.Of course they still had to handle the logistics of who was moving where.Remus was likely moving out of Severus’ apartment quickly but it remained to be seen if he was reclaiming his staff apartment from previous years or if he was just going to move to the apartment that Harry was currently sharing with Draco.
