Sitting on the grass of Forks High School's football field, Harry leaned against Edward trying to get comfortable before the fireworks started for the night.
Smiling, Harry waved to Alice who was watching the couple along with Rosalie and Esme.
Chuckling, Edward said, “They've been staring at us all night.” Leaning down, Edward gave Harry a chaste kiss and added, “Should we give them something to stare at?”
Hearing the other Cullen's laughter, Harry said, “I think we'd get arrested for giving everyone that kind of show, love.”
Sharing a few more kisses, the couple were eventually interrupted by a voice over the loud speaker announcing that the fireworks would be starting soon and everyone should get to their seats.
“I love fireworks.” Harry said as he eagerly snuggled into Edward's arms.
“I know. I think you'll end up loving these even more.”
“Why's that?”
Smiling, Edward just shrugged and leaned back a little so they could easily look at the sky.
About a minute later the first firework lit up the sky causing the children to scream in pleasure and some adults to oh and ah.
“If the town knew your family funded this they would love you guys forever.” Harry whispered to his lover.
“We didn't do it for them, but we're glad they're getting to enjoy them too.” Edward answered, before he nudged Harry to look back at the sky.
As the fireworks display drew closer and closer to the end, Edward started fidgeting around, reaching in and out of his pocket.
“What's wrong?” Harry asked.
“Nothing. Nothing at all. Watch you're going to enjoy this next part.” Edward said, wrapping his arms around Harry's waist and sitting them up slightly.
As the final fireworks lit up the sky they formed the words “Will you marry me?”
Gasping, Harry looked down at Edward's hands that were holding a small black ring box with the lid popped open.
“Will you marry me?” Edward asked, slipping the ring out of the box.
Nodding, Harry whispered, “Yes. Of course I'll marry you.”
Grinning, Edward slipped the ring onto Harry's hand before he pressed a kiss to the smiling lips of his fiance.
To Harry, this fireworks display was one that would never be topped or forgotten.

Also I don't know if it's possible for fireworks to be used to spell out words in the sky, but I got this idea as soon as I saw the prompt and had to write it. I hope you all ended up enjoying it.
