Epilogue
It had been two years since Tom and Harry defeated Dumbledore and the Order of the Phoenix. The next day, Cornelius had the DAILY PROPHET run the story. A week after the battle, the entire wizarding world knew the truth and rallied behind Tom as he began rebuilding their world.
“Well? What did they say?” Hermione asked as Rhonda and Bella entered the study.
“We’re both pregnant,” Bella beamed.
“Congratulations!” Hermione squealed as she hugged them.
“Luckily, our husbands were able to be pried away from their busy jobs to go with us,” Rhonda laughed.
Hogwarts had reopened four months after the battle on September 1st. Lucius was now the Headmaster and Remus was the Deputy Headmaster and Defense Against the Dark Arts Professor. Severus had succeeded and created a cure for Remus, who now a normal Wizard. No more werewolf for him. The day after the battle, Harry and Draco were married in a hand fasting ceremony. A week later, Remus, Rhonda, Lucius, Bella, Tom and Ginny were married as well.
“Where’s that husband of yours?” Rhonda asked.
“He took dad and Beau to the house in Norfolk. There were a few things he needed dad’s help with,” Hermione answered.

The years flew by. Hermione and Severus opened two Apothecaries. One in Diagon Alley, which was run by Ginny and Elaina, who was now married to Bill, and a second one in Hogsmeade run by Bella and Rhonda.
Harry and Draco opened their shop just a few doors down from Hermione and Severus’. They had recently adopted a two-month old boy named Paul. Everyone adored the brown haired, baby blue eyed infant. Bella and Lucius had a little girl named Alexis, and Remus and Rhonda had twins, a boy named Toby and a girl named Brianna. Ginny and Tom also had a child. A boy named Sean.

Hermione smiled as she stared down at 4-year-old Beau sleeping peacefully in his bed. “How is he?” Severus whispered.
“Fine. I think he’s over his cold now,” Hermione smiled.
“Come on. Let’s go to bed,” he said.
Hermione patted Beau’s back then followed Severus out of their son’s room. They entered their bedroom and began dressing for bed. They then climbed into bed and Severus pulled her into his arms.
“I love you Hermione. You and Beau have made me so happy,” he whispered.
“And I love you Severus. Thanks to you, I have my family, and you, Beau, and I have a chance at a bright and happy future,” she whispered back.
They shared a tender kiss. Both holding each other close, knowing they would be together come what may, with their son and family.
