Running interfereance.
(Betaed and Fresh!)
Before I begin, I want to reply to a review I was given by an "Anon" reviewer.
Dear Anon,
I have a question; and be truthful here. If this story were COMPLETELY original, with no elements or factors that you had ever read before straight from a Sub-genre that no one had ever used before, would you read it?? seriously? Now… would you?
Or would you stay to the Sub-genre that you are familiar with? One that you could possibly compare other stores with?
No, of course you wouldn't. You would stay where you are familiar, comfortable and knew your way around.
That's all. Thank you.

Chapter Fifteen
Running Interference
Nott opened his eyes slightly and immediately sensed he was not alone in his bed.
The soft light breaths that tickled his neck and the heavenly scent that filled his senses confirmed that fact.
He smiled lightly to himself, realizing she never left his side. He reached out his arms and wrapped them around his angel. Millicent stirred as if about to wake, but Nott stayed still and she fell back asleep.
He smiled to himself once again. She had been here all night for him. She had kept him sane a bit longer and he loved her even more for it. He could remember how out of his mind he was after being hit by Draco’s dark energy. He couldn't control his hands, body, reactions, nothing. Theo frowned to himself upon that realization.
Was that what it was going to be like when he lost his mind like the rest of the men in his family? Deep down under the flesh of his father was there a rational, pleading and clear-minded being that just couldn't seem to get control?
Theo seriously didn't know. Nor did he want to think too hard on it.
All he knew was that the next time he saw that stuck-up blond Git, he was going to hex him into next week.
Draco burst into the Slytherin 7th year dorms. Tears threatening to run down his face and looking like the world had just ended. Blaise and Pansy, who had been talking on the side, had snapped to attention and looked forward.
Draco looked to the two of them and his face fell even more. In the presence of his two best friends, he finally came undone. The emotions he had held back since the moment he woke up came crashing out in three words.
"HE REJECTED ME!!"
Remus and Tonks walked into the new common room and both were looking around, trying to figure out which of the four doors led to Harry’s room.
Suddenly Remus’ nose picked up a scent and his eyes immediately snapped to the door on the far left. He ran over and looked down at the plush rug that was laid in front of it. The rug was brand new but around the new rug was the scent of Harry, sweat and…
’Oh, dear God, not yet!!’ His mind screamed.
Remus immediately opened the door, swiftly but quietly. He fully expected to find Harry in his bed, most likely with Draco, and more than a possibility of not being asleep. But what he saw stopped him.
Harry, just as he expected, was lying in his bed. His covers were drawn around him but he was not asleep. Instead of having his arms wrapped around a certain Veela; one that Remus was going to haul out of the room in his birthday suit, Harry had his arms wrapped around his own pillow and he was crying soundly into it.
Remus had only seen Harry cry once before and that memory would forever haunt him.
This crying was the same as someone that was mourning and it was just as pained. Remus frowned realizing that he really shouldn't have come in. He had taken a step back out of the room when Tonks pushed him back inside in her attempt to get to Harry.
Tonks quickly raced to Harry's side and immediately started trying to comfort him, all the while trying to find out what was wrong.
Remus sighed and looked around, trying to think of something, anything he could do to help Harry. ‘Maybe some tea or a glass of water.’ Remus then looked to the bathroom, wondering if there was a glass in there he could use, when he noticed something odd.
A burned set of clothing…Harry’s clothing.
Remus frowned further as he looked back to Harry. He was now quickly trying to put himself to right and convince Tonks that nothing was wrong.
Dread, fear and anger swelled inside Remus's chest as his eyes flared golden. He took three wide steps and came to a halt at Harry's bedside. Remus took in one deep breath through his nose of Harry, and confined his worst fear.
Remus's eyes completely darkened as the wolf inside of him started to jump to life and stand alert.
His Harry... His Pup... His Charge... smelled like a Malfoy.
That Son of a Bitch had claimed him against his will!
Moony was NOT going to let THAT go unpunished!
