Chapter 16 : Hold on

Hermione and Seena appeared at the edge of a cliff, facing the ocean.
“Let go off me!” Hermione screamed and tried to free herself from the Nemesis’s grip.
“Calm down, please!”
The young girl collapsed on the ground and began sobbing. Seena sat in front of her.
“Can you at least let me explain myself?”
“Go to hell!”
“Look, I’m sorry you saw this! I wasn’t myself when it happened!”
“What, you went all psycho again and decided that you’d fuck another girl rather than destroy the world?” the young girl snickered.
“I was drunk! I drank all night long! I can’t even remember what happened!”
“Oh wow...thank God I feel so relieved now!”
“You weren’t supposed to come after me!” Seena finally exploded. There was a blank, and the brunette burst into tears. “I left because I can’t be with you! I’m dangerous! And I didn’t want to risk losing you!” Hermione was stunned. “Can’t you understand I was just trying to protect you? I always end up hurting you one way or another...I thought that leaving you and putting everything about Hogwarts behind me was the only choice I had left.”
“So you don’t love me anymore?” Hermione whispered, she couldn’t look at Seena in the eyes.
“I love you more than my own life. There isn’t a fucking soul on this planet that means more to me than you! Last night, I drank again and again until the pain goes away. I have no memories after that. But whatever happened, it had no meaning. It had no goals, it wasn’t just sex! It was nothing! I don’t care about this girl, I don’t give a fuck about what happened between her and I. I love you Hermione.”
“It’s too easy...you left me there, all alone, you didn’t say anything.”
“I’m saying it now...” Seena grabbed her hand.
“What’s the point? You said it, you can’t be with me! So don’t apologize! You don’t owe me anything after all!” Hermione jerked away her hand and stood up.
“I’m sorry Hermione...I love you”
“You love me, you don’t want us together, you leave, you want me back! Can’t you just make up your fucking mind?” Hermione shouted. Seena didn’t reply. “Please just tell me what went wrong?”
“Me...”
“Why does it always have to be all about you?” Hermione sighed, feeling jaded. “Look...just take me back to Hogwarts.”
Seena didn’t know what to do, or what to say. She was finally realizing what she had lost by leaving Hogwarts. She had made a mistake, and maybe she wouldn’t be able to fix it. Ever. She stood up and walked towards the edge and stared at the ocean. There were black clouds above it, and the horizon was darker than ever.
“Maybe it would have been easier if I’d never came to Hogwarts. If I’d never met you...”
“I don’t regret anything. I just feel like...at some point, I lost you. I just kept losing you over and over. And I guess I’m just tired of looking for you.”
“You won’t have to do it anymore...” She whispered with a deep voice and took a step forward. Hermione’s eyes opened wide.
“Seena! What are you doing?” The young girl screamed with panick.

I guess that's what they call a 'cliff-hanger' moment...waow that was the lamest joke..
