He’s pissed again, it’s time to fight
Same old shit, just on a different night
He grabs his wand, he’s had enough
Tonight he’ll find out how fuckin’ tough is this man
Waves the wand fast as he can. . . never again

“He’s gone! I knew it! We should have posted Aurors at his bedroom door, the little trouble-maker!”
“Professor Snape, please calm yourself.” Dumbledore said, popping a lemon drop into his mouth.
“How am I supposed to stay calm when I knhat hat Lucius is planning on doing with him? Even his own son, Dumbledore! His own *son* for crying out loud!”
Dumbledore sighed, “I know how you feel, but right now all we can do is wait. Remember, Harry and Draco are more powerful when they’re together than apart. Perhaps it is best that Harry gets to Draco soon. He just may be the only one that can save him from his own father.”
“But it is their love that is part of Lucius’ plan! I know Draco, and if he really does love Potter, he would rather do his father’s bidding than see Potter hurt.”
“They can manage to take care of themselves, Severus. Their Power Surge is very strong. That love that Lucius is planning on using to achieve his goals will be his downfall.”
“What about the Aurors? And what about Black? You know that Black’s not too happy about his own godson stealing his motorcycle.”
“I will deal with the Aurors. And Sirius and Harry will work things out when Harry gets back with Draco.”
Snape stopped at the nearest window and looked out at the cloudy sky, “You really think that they will come back in one piece?”
Dumbledore smiled, “Yes, Severus, I know they will.”

Draco just barely woke up from the sound of a door creaking open. He couldn’t adjust to the light in time before he was rudely awakened by a hand slapping his face.
“Wake up, boy. It’s time for you to learn your lesson now.”
Draco groaned. “What are you talking. . .” But Lucius didn’t give him time to answer and slapped him again.
“Don’t question me! Get up, now!”
Draco noticed right away, when Lucius pulled him out of his bed that he was no longer strapped down. He let his father pull him out the door and toward their large living area. This room had huge windows with an also equally large patio. It was still dark out, Draco noted, as he saw the First Quarter moon shining through.
Lucius practically threw his son over to one side of the room, took out Draco’s wand, and thrust it into the boy’s hands. He, then, proceeded to march over to the other side of the room and took his wand out.
“Now, Draco, we separate the boy from the man. Do you think you are man enough to face me? Or shall I show you the proper way to duel?”
Draco didn’t say anything. He grasped his wand tightly in his right hand, and then tried his hardest to straighten himself up. It had been a while, almost ten hours, since he actually stood on his feet. It felt strange to him, and his knees were beginning to give away.
“Well?” Lucius growled. “Do you even remember how to duel?”
Draco glared up at his father, who was about ten to twelve feet away. He poised his wand in front of his face, like he was taught, and then bowed very slightly.
“That’s better.” Lucius grinned wickedly. “I see that you haven’t forgotten.” Lucbroubrought his own wand up and bowed a little. “Now we’ll see just how much you’ve learned from that pathetic school. Crucio!”
Draco blocked it as quickly as he could, despite the ringing in his ears. He still felt slightly drained from the Sick curse his father had put on him, and it was finally ebbing away.
“Not bad.” Lucius smirked. “How’s about this, then? Stupefy!”
Draco blocked again, and then enounced, “Expelliarmus!”
It worked. Lucius’ wand went flying out of his hands and it clattered to the floor.
Draco gave his father a satisfying smirk and snorted softly. “No “Not bad, boy. Accio wand!” Lucius’ wand came flying back into his hands. “Let’s see you dodge this one. Impedio!”
Draco thought his ears had stopped working. He could have sworn Lucius was about to say ‘Imperio’ but it didn’t sound like it. What did happen was that he felt like he was underwater, because it was very hard to move quickly. Then it dawned on him. . . his father used the Impedimentse, se, which slows down and obstructs the attacker.
“Sadly, I have no idea how long that curse lasts, so let’s try another one, just for the fun of it. Gravesco severitas!”
Suddenly, Draco felt as if he gained a large amount of pounds in a very short time. He felt his shoulders sag and his head droop as he slowly started to fall to the floor.
“What the hell. . . did you do??” Draco gasped.
“Oh, I just increased the gravity around you.” Lucius twirled his wand. “Pretty neat trick, huh?”
Draco tried his hardest to lift his wand arm, but gravity continued to pull him closer to the floor. He finally fell to his hands and knees, his face almost touching the carpet.
“Bastard.” Draco hissed. “You’re not playing fair. . .”
“You’re just a sore loser, my boy. Finite incantatem!”
Draco felt the weight being lifted from him quickly. He stood himself back up slowly, slightly shaking.
“Your turn.” Lucius smiled.
Draco glared at his father. “You think this is some kind of game?”
Lucius mocked a hurt look, “What? You mean I can’t spend valuable time with my only son? I thought a father and son get-together was a good thing.”
“This isn’t a friendly game of catch, Father.” Draco spat. “This is a serious wizard’s duel!”
“It is?” Lucius guffawed lightly, “Oh dear me, I guess you’re right. Can’t blame me for trying to have some fun, now can you, son?”
Draco sneered, “I don’t like being reminded every second that I’m your flesh and blood. Impedimenta!”
Lucius blocked it. “Sorry, SON. hardharder next time.”
“Expelliarmus!”
“This again?” Lucius said, blocking that one as well. “Be more original, boy. Like this little curse that I discovered. Examino!”
Draco just missed blocking the curse and it hit him. It felt like all of the air got knocked out of him. Draco wheezed harshly, feeling his lungs collapsing inside of him. It felt as if he was drowning or the oxygen was being taken away from him.
“Nasty curse, isn’t it? It would be a slow death if I kept it on you, but I won’t.” Lucius ended the curse and watched as his son fell to the floor, gasping for air. “Now, wouldn’t you just love to learn spells like that? Wouldn’t it be grand? I think you should answer me when I’m speaking to you, boy. Imperio!”
As the air began to fill his lungs again, he slowly began to feel thoughtless. In the back of his mind he heard, ‘Say you’d love to learn the Dark Arts.’
“I would love to learn the Dark Arts. . .” Drsaidsaid. On command, he stood up and faced his father.
“I knew you would. You would love to give your life to the Dark Lord, too.”
“Yes, I would love to give my life to the Dark Lord.” Draco said robotically.
“Good boy. Now I think you should forget about Potter and join the Death Eaters. Remember, Draco, there is no good or evil. There is only power. . .”
“No good or evil. . . only power.”
“Yes. . .” Lucius grinned. “Forget Potter. You don’t love him. You love the Dark Lord.”
“I don’t lo . . .”
Suddenly Draco stopped mid-sentence. The voice in the back of his head was fading, and the sound of another voice filled his head. ‘You DO love Harry! What’s wrong with you?’
“I. .
“Say it, boy. You love the Dark Lord.”
“I love the. . . I love. . .”
The other voice in Draco’s mind said, ‘What? I don’t love the Dark Lord! I don’t want to be his puppet! I love Harry, not Voldemort!’
D sne sneered, “I love. . . Harry Potter!”
“WHAT??” Lucius removed his wand from Draco, looking murderous. “What the hell is going on?? You don’t have the strength to beat the Imperius curse! I will not tolerate such subordination! Crucio!”
Just as the blinding pain filled Draco’s body, another blinding flash flew across his half-ld eyd eyes. At first, Draco thought that he was just seeing his life flashing before his eyes, but it really was a light and it was coming from the giant window.
A light, almost blinding to them both, began to fill the room. As the bright light came nearer, so did a roaring, thunderous sound. Before Draco could figure out what the sound was coming from, the thing smashed through the window, spraying glass everywhere.
A black and silver motorbike was airborne and falling rapidly toward them. Draco tried to make a run for it, but suddenly he heard a deep voice cry out, “Winguardium Leviosa!” and before he knew it, he was floating up and away.
The motorcycle landed with a loud crash, and then Draco heard the unmistakable scream of his father. The motorcycle had landed half way over Lucius’ legs, crushing them and pinning him to the floor. Draco was gently set down next to a pair of familiar feet. He looked up and saw the angry profile of his lover’s face, with a clinging, fainted Dobby around his shoulders.
Finally, Draco found his voice.
“H-how the *fuck* did you do that??”
Without looking down, Harry said, “Trade secret.”
“Fine. I *will* find out the truth later, Potter. Just you wait. And where the hell is my kiss? Don’t I get a kiss from my boyfriend, presuming you’re *still* my boyfriend. . .”
After Harry set the unconscious Dobby down and out of the way, and then he leaned down, before Draco could continue his rant, and latched his lips onto Draco’s cracked ones.
During their loving reunion, Lucius had levitated the motorcycle off of his legs. Lucky for him, only one leg was broken. He tried a healing spell, but he was never really good at those. It didn’t heal all the way, so he had to ‘accio’ a walking cane for himself, which happened to be up by the fireplace and was his great grandfather’s.
Lucius grasped his wand in pain, trying desperately to ignore it. “All right, that is it! I’ve had it! No more playing around!”
Harry and Draco let go of each other. Harry continued to stand tall, and Draco began to feel himself become more energized. It was the Power Surge, Draco knew. It also dawned on Draco that that was why he could st tst the Imperius curse. When Harry drew nearer on the motorcycle, their Power Surge became stronger, and thus making it possible for Draco to fight off the curse.
“When I’m through with you, Lucius, you will wish that we were just playing around.” Harry said in a cold, merciless voice.
He felt it, Draco knew. He must feel it. . . the strength of the Power Surge between them. Draco’s father had no chance of winning this round, or any round for that matter. This put a smile on Draco’s face.
“Come on then, Golden boy.” Lucius snarled as he stood up shakingly on his walking stick. “Let’s see how noble and brave you are against an injured wizard.”
Harry chuckled, and it didn’t sound like the usual laugh he did when he was with his friends. “So, where’s your *master* then, Mr. Malfoy? Is he leaving you here to die? Why hasn’t he come to save you?”
Lucius growled, “My Master is just preoccupied at the moment. He has been preparing himself for your visit, so it seems that you are very much mistaken for coming here. See how love makes you stupid and careless? Now the very thing that had saved you will cost you your life and youeedoeedom, Potter. You’re a goner.”
“And you talk too much.” Harry sneered. “If this was a trap, set by Voldemort, then why isn’t he here yet? I just see a no-good father beating on his only son for sheer enjoyment.”
“I would kindly advise that you stay out of my family business, Potter! Crucio!”
The curse looked like it didn’t even come close to Harry when it got batted away. Lucius’ eyes popped out of his skull at the sight.
“Nice try.” Harry snickered.
“Impedio!”
Again, Harry easily blocked the curse as he yawned.
Lucius began to throw as many different curses as he could think of before he stopped to glare dangerously at Harry.
“Giving up finally?” Harry grinned. Draco was behind him, finally back to his normal self again, smiling at his father just like Harry was.
“No. I never give up.” Lucius limped toward the corner of the room, next to the fireplace, and quickly grabbed a big, black book. It had stylish gold lettering on the front cover that Harry couldn’t quite read. Lucius opened the book up, and before Harry could react, Lucius pointed his wand at Harry and enounced, “Austerum!”
The spell hit Harry and he flew back and slammed into the wall behind him.
“Harry!” Draco cried.
Harry stood back up, the wind slightly knocked out of him. Lucius was shocked, to say the least. Just as he did another dark curse, Draco dashed between the two and blocked the hex quickly.
“I will not allow you to harm Harry.” Draco growled.
“You’re being foolish, boy. You said that you wouldn’t get in my way, so stick to your promise! Potter is going to serve Lord Voldemort for all the suffering he has caused him. I will take him to the Dark Lord, where his mind will be altered, along with yours of course, and you two will do Voldemort’s bidding at Hogwarts. . .”
“Over my dead body.” Draco said. He didn’t feel as scared as he used to.
“You’ve been gaining too much nerve lately, I see, and it’s getting annoying. Potter has definitely affected you.” Lucius raised his wand, “Allow me to show you how idiotic you’re being—Crucio!”
Draco shook slightly, his knees bending only a little. His eyes rolled into the back of his head, feeling his body slowly succumb to the pain that the curse was inflicting.
But then, the pain slowly became less and less. Draco looked back and saw that Harry was getting closer to him. Harry had finally found his footing, and was now walking slowly toward him. When Harry was right behind Draco, he placed his hand onto Draco’s should The The instant Harry touched his shoulder, Draco’s pain had ceased.
“No! This isn’t fair!” Lucius shouted, taking his wand away. “You’re not supposed to side with Potter! Why must you continue to fight me, your own Father? I am your flesh and blood, boy! Why must you be against me?? Why must you side with Potter??”
“Because. . .” Draco took a deep breath. This was a confession that he had never made out loud, on his own will, especially around other people. He knew this to be true, for he felt it deep within him. Just standing there, Harry gave him courage, courage and nerve he neveoughought he had. He looked his father straight in the eyes and said, “Because. . . I love him.”
“No. . .” Lucius whispered, half to himself. “No, you do not!” Lucius held the black book open in one hand and in the other, he waved his wand, casting a very dark curse their way.
Together, Power Surge flowing heavily, Harry and Draco not only blocked the curse, but it bounced right back at Lucius. The spell hit him, reducing him to a sweaty, stuttering idiot on the floor.
As Harry and Draco moved toward Lucius, a pair of big round eyes finally opened from behind, taking in the sce. A. A huge shriek filled the room, stopping the two boys from getting any further.
“Dobby is in bad place! Dobby must find way out!” The House-Elf got up and ran for the nearest door.
Harry was about to tell Dobby to stop when the elf suddenly bounced back into the room. Dobby had accidentally run into something on the other side of the door.
Another squeak behind the door was heard, and then the door slowly opened from the rush of the impact. On the groundmostmost mirroring Dobby’s actions of confusion and injured pain, was the House-elf, Keiwi.
“Ohhh. . .” the other house-elf stated, rubbing his head. “Keiwi is so sorry. Keiwi is a real klutz!”
“No, Dobby is the klutz. Dobby is stupid for not watching where he is going!”
When they suddenly realized who each other were, they sat there and blinked stupidly at one another.
“Dobby?” Keiwi asked.
“Keiwi?”
Harry looked at Draco with a puzzled look. Draco smiled, “Dobby was a House-elf of ours, remember? These two know each other.”
“Ohh!” Harry let a small smile play across his face.
“I is worried about you.” Dobby said to the other House-elf.
Keiwi and Dobby stood up. Keiwi was shuffling his feet in nervousness. “K is is worried for Dobby as well. When heard Dobby became free, Keiwi started to be old worry wart and fear for Dobby.”
Dobby half smiled, “Dobby is good. Working for Dumbledore now at Hogwarts. Dobby wishes that Keiwi is free so that Keiwi could come back with Dobby and his friends. . .”
Keiwi shook his head. “No. Keiwi must stay with master.”
“It would be nice for Dobby to have a House-Elf friend. . .” Harry said, watching the two elves. “Especially since Lucius won’t be around anymore. . .”
“Yeah, but only their master can free them, remember?”
Harry had a glint in his eye, and Draco suddenly became afraid. “You’re a master of Keiwi’s aren’t you?”
“Um, I think it has to be Lucius to set him free. I don’t think I have that privilege.”
Keiwi looked at the two young wizards with horror on his face. Dobby came up and patted him on the shoulder. “Being free isn’t a bad thing.” Dobby told him. “It is a good thing.”
“Keiwi doesn’t know. . .”
Suddenly, Harry had a strange idea. He turned bac Luc Lucius, who was slowly coming out of the dark curse, and pointed his wand at him. “Imperio.”
Lucius looked up at the two boys. Harry smiled as he gave him an order. Lucius obeyed, taking off his boot, and then slipping off a sock.
“Now, give it to Keiwi.” Harry said.
Lucius walked over to the House-elf and handed Keiwi the stinky sock. Harry lifted the curse from Lucius, and he fell to the ground, holding his broken leg in agony.
“You is free now.” Dobby told Keiwi.
The only thing Keiwi knew what to do in a situation like this was to faint. Dobby caught him.
“You’re going to have to show him what to do.” Harry said.
“Dobby will do his best, Harry Potter.” Dobby said, flinging the other elf onto his shoulders. “Dobby will take good take of Keiwi.” With that, they both disappeared.
“Aww, aren’t they cute?” Draco said, snickering. He walked over to where his father lay. “And now, for the final curtain.” He lifted his wand.
“Wait!” Harry grabbed onto Draco’s wrist.
“What are you stopping me for, Harry? The scum doesn’t deserve to live for what he’s done!”
Harry twirled Draco around so that he was facing him. “No. Becoming a murder won’t help solve anything. Lucius will go to Azkaban for the murders he has committed and the other crimes against the Ministry.”
Draco bared his fangs, showing his usual Draco Malfoy sneer, but he knew that his boyfriend was right.
“Are you sure it’s the right thing to do?”
Harry moved forward and lightly touched his lips to Draco’s, “Yes, it is.” Out of the corner of his eye, he saw Lucius lift his wand up with a shaky hand. Quick on the draw, Harry took out his own wand and said, “Stupefy!”
Lucius fell back to the carpeted floor, stunned.
“Let’s bring him back to Hogwarts. I’m sure that Dumbledore had finally gotten Fudge to show up with some Aurors.”
“And I’m just sure that they’re happy with you coming to save me without permission, too.” Draco said.
“Yeah, well, they’ll get over it.”
“Have I ever told you that I love you, Potter?”
Harry smiled.
