Chapter fifteen

AN: I hope you enjoy this little chapy! I loved to write it for some reason.

Chapter fifteen

Draco yawned as he got up the next morning. Harry was lying on his stomach facing the wall, still breathing heavily. He looked for new clothes and took a fresh towel. He felt as if he was dirty and needed to wash away all the dirt that he had caught on his skin yesterday.

Harry didn't move as he listened Draco move around the room before closing the bathroom door. He heard the shower turn on but didn't have to strength to join his lover there yet. He wanted to dose off some more. He had nowhere to go or nothing to do so it didn't matter even if he stayed in the bed a little longer. Draco had turned off the shower. His eyes snapped open as he heard Draco throw up into the toilet.

Only a few minutes later Draco returned to the main room. Harry was sitting on the bed and waiting for him. He looked at Draco with hopeful eyes.

Draco sat down on the edge of the bed. "Morning sickness," he said sighing.

Harry's face lit up. "You mean you are..."

"I don't know." Draco lied down to the bed again, covering his eyes with his arm. "I have to see a doctor first."

Harry's smiled widened and he crawled over to Draco. Pushing the arm away he kissed his lover's lips gently.

Draco smiled also, saying, "I think I might be able to get over whatever obstacle now. I don't care whatever tomorrow brings as long as you are here with me."

Harry smiled down at him claiming his mouth once again. They had just enough time to have make love before one of the nurses came to give the wake up call and inviting them to breakfast.

Harry sat next to Hannah in the waiting room of the therapist who was treating her. His hands were resting on his knees as he thought about the things he would have to discuss with her at some point. He turned to look at her when he heard her sigh. "What is it, love?" he asked.

Hannah lowered the magazine she had been flipping through. "Is daddy going to be okay?"

Harry offered her a small smile. "Of course he'll be. It is going to take time but it's up to Draco how long it will eventually take. If he's not going to accept what happened to him and he can't change it anymore, he's not going to be able to move on in his life."

"Yeah," Hannah answered, closing the magazine and throwing it on the table next to her.

Harry looked at her for a minute before asking, "You are not mad at us for sending you to a therapist?"

"Huh?" Hannah looked confused, furrowing her brows. "No no, father. I feel it's important that I can talk about things with a person who has no emotional bonds with me."

Harry stared at his daughter. He couldn't believe how smart she was. She was just like Draco had been in his youth. Not that Draco wasn't smart anymore, it was more as if Draco had forgotten how to use that ability at all times. He was afraid of sparing one thought to his past and current life. Draco seemed to be just going with the flow. He agreed to everything Harry said and didn't question his sometimes absurd ideas. He was more of an obedient puppy than a human. Now was the time for Draco to see it.

Harry shook his head, smiling to his daughter. "You may be right, darling."

Hannah chuckled. "I know I am," she said with such a confidence and similarity to Draco that Harry burst out laughing.

"Hmm." Simon was lost in thought about what Draco had just told him. "You never mentioned any of this before, Draco."

Draco smiled. "Well, I wanted to tell this to Harry first. I didn't want anyone hear it before he had. The memories are not pleasant ones, I can assure you. Now I feel as if a stone had been lift off my chest and I could start even thinking about it again. I realised as I talked to Harry that I can't change what happened and there's no reason to linger in the past. It will only hurt me more if I don't deal with it." He sighed and closed his eyes, leaning back on the couch. He relaxed against the soft leather. It had been a long time since he had felt the urge to speak his mind.

Simon tapped his desk with a pen in his hand. "Good good. You are on the right path, Draco. I'm here to guide you not the lead you and I'm glad you have came to realise that on your own," he smiled at his patient. It would speed up his recovery and he would be out of here in no time. "Have you done as I asked last time?"

Draco sighed again but a small smile tugged at the corner of his mouth. "Yes." Simon had asked him to think about why he started to drink and what made him an alcoholic.

Simon looked at him expecting and answer. "And?"

"I was very vulnerable at the time my drinking began. I had no will to stop myself and then it was too late. I was drunk almost all of the time and I couldn't think straight. My godfather tried to help me. He made me stop for a sometime but I started again since I couldn't face the reality sober," there, finally he had said it. Saying it made it even more clear to him. He had been so stupid.

"Do you still feel the urge to drink? Be completely honest with me, Draco. Would you feel tempted to take a drink if I offered you a one?"

Draco opened his mouth to answer but closed it and thought again. It took a few minutes for him to know what he wanted to say. "I would probably take the drink just out of politeness. I was raised to act like that. It's rude to refuse something like that if I don't have a valid reason and alcoholism isn't that kind of reason. I would never even admit it to anyone so it's better to take the offered drink than refuse it and give a lame excuse."

Simon laughed out loud. "You really are something, Draco. I get what you are saying but I need to confirm that what I understood is that you don't need the urge to get drunk?"

Draco nodded. "Yes, I've realised why I drank in the first place and I know that there is n reason for me to continue doing so." He paused and smiled. "I have Harry now."

Simon smiled at him. "Would you like to tell me about Harry? You said he wasn't your husband."

Draco's eyes lit with a different kind of light as he started talking about Harry. "He is my fiancé."

Simon looked intrigued. "Oh?"

"Yes, we are going to get married as soon as I'm out of here." A wicked smile crossed Draco's face as he looked coyly at his therapist. "I'm pregnant with his child again."

Simon's eyes widened. "Congratulations, Draco! Never would I have thought that such a person would be my patient."

Draco chuckled. "Well, there isn't so many alive anymore I'm afraid."

"Right, right, please go on. Tell me how you and Harry met and everything you want between that time and the present."

Draco thought for a few moment what he wanted to say about his lover. He smiled and started his colourful story about how he had first met and fell in love with Harry.

AN: I just can't be imagining Drco without a smoke in there. I just always picture him sitting on the couch looking bored as hell and smoking casually. BUT that is not the way I want to describe him so forget it... hmm.. can't. Oh well, this chapter was quite short I know. Hmm, how will this continue from here on? THAT is a very good question. I'm kinda planning on ending this soon. And that means like maybe less than 10 chapters. Maybe 5 or so... dunno. The last of last chapters in written inside my head so I know how this WILL end. I'm not changing my mind. I've known how this will end for years it seems. When I first started this I had no idea but I just got an idea one night and it has been there for more than a year honestly. Well writing this to the grand finale will not take a year I promise that.
