As soon as Hermione returned to the castle their was an owl awaiting her, calling her to Ireland, to meet up with Harry’s team, who were having trouble catching the deatheaters there.
She went, begrudgingly, promising Dumbledore that she wouldn’t be more than a few weeks and asking him to tell Snape she had gone and to start the D.A training without her.
She also left behind a mobile phone which she had charmed to work around magical atmospheres. She had shown Dumbledore how to use it and told him he could reach her in an emergency.
Week one
‘This is ridiculous. I thought we were in this together. You signed up for this as well you know.
I’m amazed these idiots know one end of there wand from another’

‘You were expecting who, Voldemort? You left this bloody thing here!’

‘You’ll see. It’s not like teaching a potions class you know, Think back to the beginning of your defence training and then tell me it’s not that hard’
