Trudging through the snow that was about calf high, Harry pulled his cloak closer around him, being careful not to crush the flowers in his hand. Looking around at the headstones littering the small graveyard near Godric's Hollow, Harry felt another wave of sadness crash into him.

Following the map that the caretaker had drawn out for him, Harry hesitated slightly as he approached the tombstone that indicated where his parents were buried.

Walking up to the double tombstone, Harry knelt down, ignoring the snow, and set the flowers against the stone.

"Hi mum. Hi dad. I'm sorry it's taken me so long to finally get here to say my final goodbyes, but your wouldn't believe what's been going on." Harry said, leaning against the side of the tombstone, prepared to talk and share what had been going on with his parents.
