As he walked through the forest surrounding the house that Sirius had bought for them, Harry couldn't help but love the peace and quiet that surrounded him. It wasn't normal that he was allowed to walk around without anyone bothering him, even at his own home. The snow storm that was blanketing the ground in pure white only made it seem so much more beautiful and peaceful.

Winding around some trees, Harry couldn't help but to think about Jacob Black from the Reservation a few miles down the road. He had been flirting with Harry nonstop since they had ran into one another in town when Harry had went to the store to pick up groceries.

Turning around to head back towards his house because he was starting to lose the feeling in his face because of how cold it was, Harry jumped a little in shock when he ran into a hot chest.

“Jake! You surprised me.” Harry said, looking up into the brown eyes that were shining with laughter.

Rubbing his nose with Harry's, Jacob said, “Sirius asked me to come find you since you've been out for a while. Plus I wanted to ask if you wanted to see a movie with me, but it looks like the weather is getting too dangerous to drive all that way to the theater.”

Smiling at Jacob's put out look, Harry said, “Well Sirius has this great set up at home that may or may not have the new movies that are in the theaters still...we could watch some there if you want.”

“Sounds great, but only if you agree that it's a date and also agree to go on a date where Sirius won't be around to watch every one of our moves.”

Pulling Jacob down towards him, Harry pressed a quick kiss to the irresistible lips and said, “How could I say no to you.”

Grinning, Jacob wrapped an arm around Harry's waist and led him back through the forest towards his house.

“So what brought this on? You've seemed content just flirting with me.” Harry asked, curiously.

“I saw that redhead that was all over you last weekend. I knew I had to make a move before I lost you.” Jacob said with a scowl.

“Redhead...you mean Ron? Jacob Ron's as good as a brother to me.”

“Oh.” Jacob said with a slight blush.

“Well I'm glad you got jealous. I was about ready to think I was imagining your flirting as a hopeful thought.”

“Never. I've wanted and needed you since I saw you.” Jacob said with a growl. “And I would have fought for you if you were with that redhead.”

Smiling, Harry asked, “So what movie do you want to see?”
