-------------------------------------------------------------------

Harry and Draco lay in each other’s arms in their enormous bed. Both of them were pleasantly tired from their previous activities. Harry didn’t know what got into Draco, but the other boy had practically dragged him back to their apartment. One there, he had tore off their cloths and impaled himself on Harry’s stiff cock. Not that Harry was complaining. Now they were just lying together, enjoying being in each other’s arms.

Draco shifted in the bed and winced at the movement.

“Are you okay Draco?” asked Harry, concerned.

“I’m fine. Just remind me to never get buggered dry like that again.”

“If you hadn’t been so impatient, I would have prepared you. Turn over and let me see,” said Harry.

“What? No! I’m not going to let you look at my arse like that!”

“Why not? It’s not like I’ve never been down there before!” retorted Harry, who was rewarded with a crimson blush from Draco.

“Why do you want me to turn over? It’s not like you’re a medi-wizard or anything.”

“I know a few healing charms, and I have a few healing potions. I need to know the extent of the damage. You have three choices, let me try and help, walk around with a limp all day, or go see Madam Pomphrey. What will it be?”

Draco glared at Harry, but turned over on his stomach. Harry gently spread his cheeks and examined his hole. It wasn’t too bad. It was a bit raw and there were a few tears here and there. He knew he could fix it with a healing charm and a topical potion.

“Stay here. I’m going to go get a topical potion. That and a healing charm and you should be good as new. It’s a good thing we made love just a few hours before, or it would probably be worse,” said Harry.

Draco just nodded and Harry went and got the potion. He performed the charm first, and then he applied some of the potion to his fingers and gently eased them into Draco’s sore opening. Moving them around, he coated Draco’s passage. He could see it healing already.

“Okay. I’m done. You can turn over now.”

Draco shook his head and refused to turn over.

“What’s the matter Draco? Does it still hurt?”

“No. Just leave me alone.”

“No Draco, I won’t. Wait, I can feel your embarrassment. Why are you embarrassed? It’s not like I haven’t been inside you before.”

Draco turned over and Harry had to fight not to chuckle. Draco was hard as a rock.

“Oh. I guess I brushed your prostate a few times huh?”

“I can’t help it. I love the feel of you inside me,” said a very red Draco.

“Here, let me help you with that,” said Harry, before leaning down and taking Draco in his mouth. It didn’t take long for the boy to start bucking wildly and shooting his cum deep in Harry’s throat.

“Thanks,” he gasped.

“Not a problem. I love the way you taste,” said Harry, before leaning down and gently kissing Draco on the lips.

They curled up again and stayed that way until someone knocked on their door an hour later. Harry got up and threw on his dressing robe before answering the door. It was Remus, who sniffed the air and gave Harry a knowing smile, which made the young man blush a little in embarrassment.

“Come on in Remus. Let me tell Draco you’re here.”

Harry went to the bedroom and came back a few minutes later with Draco in tow. Harry had changed into sleep pants and t-shirt, and Draco was similarly attired.

“Hello Remus. How have you been?” asked Draco, politely.

“I’m good Draco. I just came to see how you both were, and Professor Dumbledore asked me to get a list of Christmas shopping from you two, since it would be too hard for you to go out yourself right now.”

“Oh, I forgot all about that. Give us a minute and we will get them made up for you,” said Harry.

The boys went to their desks and quickly made out their lists and handed them to Remus, who put them, along with their money, into the inside pocket of his shabby robes. Harry inwardly smiled. He had put a note to the woman at the robe shop in with his list. He wanted to get Remus a few sets of robes, but didn’t want the man to know they were for him, so the note asked her to send them to him via owl post and he would pay her extra for the trouble. All good robe shops had their customer’s measurements on file, so he didn’t even have to worry about them fitting him.

“So, Draco, how are you doing?” asked Remus kindly.

“I’m okay Remus. Harry is taking good care of me. It has been hard, and I hate seeing my mum suffering too.”

“Remus, we wanted to tell someone about what is going on with our bond. Professor Dumbledore said that our bond would strengthen in time, and we would slowly become closer and be drawn to each other, but it feels as if we are moving faster. I want to be with him all the time, and it is hurting me inside to see him sad. Do you think it is because we had started caring for each other before hand, or is it because the bond is stronger than Dumbledore had anticipated?” said Harry.

“I’m no expert on bonds Harry, but I will relay what you told me to Dumbledore after I get your shopping done. May I ask why you are telling ME this instead of Dumbledore?” asked Remus.

“I was going to, but the more I thought about it, the more reluctant to tell him everything. He has kept so much from me, and manipulated me so much, that I am scared to put all my cards on the table with him. I don’t want him to have anymore power over me than he already does.”

“I know you don’t trust him, but you have to tell him what is going on with your bond, so he can help you. You will have to trust him with this”

“How can you tell me to trust him when he is one of the reasons that Sirius is dead?! If he had told me about the prophecy, I would have worked harder, and if he had kept Snape in line, then I would have learned to block out the visions. I wouldn’t have seen that fake vision and gone after him. He wouldn’t be dead right now if it wasn’t for Dumbledore!” Harry had started out talking rather calmly, but by the end of his rant, he was screaming. Remus was wincing in pain, since his hearing was 10 times better than a human. Harry’s screaming was extremely painful for the werewolf.

Draco walked up and put his arms around Harry, who instantly calmed down at the touch.

“It’s all right Harry. We don’t have to trust him. We can use him for information about the bond, be we don’t have to trust him. In addition, didn’t you say that Hermione would probably have researched every bond there was? When she gets back, we can start going to her when we need help. We will use him as he used you. We can do that without putting ‘all our cards on the table’ as you said,” he soothed.

“I’m sorry Remus. I don’t usually lose my temper like that. I just don’t trust that man. He makes me tense. I know he just wanted to end Voldemort, but he went about it wrong. Voldemort may be gone, but there is still evil out there. He saw how strong my curses were, how strong the bond is, and I am afraid that he may try to use us more. I don’t want to fight anymore. I did my part. I’m done. But I am scared that he will trick me or manipulate me into doing more. I just want to live my life. I want to be a kid for the first time in my life. Is that so much to ask for?”

“No Harry, it isn’t. I feel the same way. I only came back to make sure you weren’t harmed. I tried to protect you as much as I could. I knew your parents would want that. I knew that Sirius would want that. I see now that you will be fine. You have Draco, and both of you are strong. I don’t think I will have to worry about you anymore,” said Remus proudly.

“Thank you Remus. I love you, you know that right?”

“And I love you too Harry. I love you like you were my own son.”

They gave each other hugs filled with love, then Remus left to go get their Christmas shopping done.

“Thank you for calming me down Draco. I get so angry at Dumbledore sometimes. I’m glad you were here.”

“It’s was not a problem Harry. Look, I have a suggestion. Why don’t we go stay at your house, the one Sirius left you? We have more than two weeks left of the holidays. Granger and the Weasley’s can go there after Christmas and we can stay there until school starts again. I am getting very sick of being cooped up in this castle. What do you say?”

“Sure, but just so you know, Grimmauld Place is very gloomy, and there is a portrait of Sirius’s mom that screams all the time. There is an unstickable charm on it. We can’t get it off the wall.”

“Well, I am good at decorating. We can kill time cleaning up the place. Remus can stay if he wants, and go get us anything we need. And as for the portrait, did any of you think to burn it, but put out the fire before is spreads?”

“Um no. We’ll have to try that. I really hate that painting,” said Harry, sheepishly.

“Well, it’s settled then. We will inform Dumbledore after Remus comes back, then owl your friends when we get there. Let’s get packing!” Draco was very excited. He would be out of this bloody castle, and he could spend money, making Harry’s house look good. He loved to decorate, always had.

Harry and Draco were a flutter of activity, and within the hour, they had packed enough cloths to last a month. Well, Draco did. Harry didn’t have very many cloths, and when Draco noticed, he remembered his promise to Harry about getting him a new wardrobe.

“Come on Harry. I have to go owl my mum for permission to have our tailor make you a new wardrobe, and let her know where we will be.”

Draco dragged a protesting Harry up to the owlery after he wrote out a quick letter to his mum, then sent it off with his eagle owl, Caradoc.

“Caradoc? What kind of name is that?” asked Harry.

“It’s Celtic for ‘dearly loved’. He was my first pet and only friend growing up. I love him, much like you love your owl, Hedwig,” explained Draco, stroking the beautiful owl on his arm. Hedwig flew down to sit on his shoulder, and Harry reached up to stroke her much like Draco was stroking his own owl.

“Yes, I can see why you would name him that. And he is very beautiful Draco.”

“Thank you. She is beautiful too, and I can tell she loves you.”

Draco then tied his letter to Caradoc and sent him off. Hedwig gave Harry a gently nip on his ear and flew off too.

By the time they got back to their rooms, Remus was just knocking on the door.

“Hello Remus. I’m glad your back, we have something to tell you,” said Harry, opening the door and ushering Remus and Draco inside.

“What is it Harry? Oh, and here is your stuff. These are Draco’s, and these are yours,” he said, handing them their respective bags.

“Draco had the wonderful idea of staying at Grimmauld Place for the rest of the holidays, and we want you to come stay with us. What do you think?”

“That sounds great, but did you tell Draco how gloomy it is there? And about Mrs. Black?”

“Yes. We are going to redecorate while we are there, and were going to try and burn the painting off the wall.”

Remus looked skeptical about the burning, but agreed to go with them for the rest of the holidays.

“When are you going ask Dumbledore if you can go?” asked Remus.

“Ask? We don’t have to ask his permission! We are both legal adults. He can go bugger himself if he doesn’t like it!” said Draco.

“Your right. I’m sorry, poor choice of words. Why don’t we go down to the great hall and have dinner, and we can tell him.”

“The great hall? But there is nobody here,” said Harry.

“Most of the teachers are here still, and Dumbledore likes to eat in the great hall,” explained Remus.

Harry nodded, and they left for the great hall. He had a feeling Dumbledore wasn’t going to like the fact that they were leaving his watchful eye for two weeks, but he felt the same as Draco. He had to get out of this bloody castle for a while.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

When they reached the great hall, they saw that Remus was indeed right. Most of the professors were there, with Dumbledore in the middle seat, as always.

“Oh, come in boys, Remus. Have a seat, there is plenty of room,” said Dumbledore. Harry saw Snape sneer at them when Dumbledore told them to sit at the head table.

They took a seat, with Harry and Draco on one side of Dumbledore, and Remus on the other.

“How are you two doing? How is the bond?”

Harry didn’t want to tell Dumbledore all of it until they had talked to Hermione, so he gave him an edited version.

“Oh, its fine. I feel a bit more protective of him than I anticipated this early in the bonding, but other than that, there is no change. By the way, Draco and I are going to be staying at Grimmauld Place for the rest of the holidays. We will come back at the same time as the other students. We will be leaving right after we are finished eating.”

“Are you sure that is wise? What if something happens with the bond? I think that you should stay here,” said Dumbledore.

“We will be fine. Remus is coming to stay, and after Christmas Ron and Hermione are coming, and I am sure that Narcissa will drop by a few times. There is nothing to worry about. I hope you don‘t mind if we use your floo.”

Dumbledore couldn’t refuse to let them leave, though you could tell he wanted to. But he just nodded his consent and went back to his dinner. Harry snuck a smirk at Draco, and the boys quickly finished their meal, and bid everyone good-bye.

“Harry, the password is blood-pops. Have a good Christmas,” said Dumbledore, as they left the great hall, with Remus following.

They grabbed their luggage and headed for Dumbledore’s office, where they floo’d to Grimmauld Place.

Since Harry hadn’t gotten a new house elf, for fear of what Hermione would do, they were greeted with a very dusty house. The order mostly used the kitchen, so the rest of the house had fallen into disrepair, with all the work they had done in 5th year down the drain. The boys had a very hectic two weeks ahead of them.

“I told you it was in bad shape,” said Harry, embarrassed that Draco had to see the house the way it was.

“It’s fine Harry. Not quite what I am used to, but we can get it shipshape in no time. Show me around, then we can pick a few rooms to do immediately, so we have a place to relax in.”

Harry and Remus started giving Draco a quick tour of the house. When they got to the front room, Mrs. Black’s portrait woke up and started shrieking:

“Mudblood’s! Blood Traitors! Get out of my house!”

“Oh shut it you old bat!” yelled Draco

“How dare you speak to me like that! Wait! You’re a Malfoy! What are you doing with these poor excuses for Wizards?”

“Harry is my husband you wretched old woman, and I am here to get you down from that wall and destroy you!”

“Husband? Not only are you a blood traitor, but you’re gay too? You’re an abomination! And you can’t take me down! I will be here long after you are dead!”

Draco’s face hardened in anger before taking out his wand and casting a protection spell all around the portrait, then casting an incendio charm. Mrs. Black started screaming and shrieking in rage. Harry wondered if portraits could feel pain, but didn’t think so. Soon, the portrait was gone, with ashes falling to the ground. The frame was still there, but the picture was destroyed.

“Well, that was a bit anti-climatic,” said Draco and Harry in unison. They both started laughing, and Remus have them a small smile before using his wand to clean up the ashes.

“I wish Sirius could have seen that old bat finally gone,” he said, a little sadly.

Harry could only nod, for fear of crying, and then led Draco on the rest of the tour. When they were done, they decided to fix up the kitchen, a small sitting room, and three bedrooms first. One bedroom for Harry and Draco, one for Remus and one for Ron and Hermione. They didn’t know if anybody else was coming after Christmas, but figured they could clean extra room quickly if the need arose.

They decided to start on the bedrooms first, and after they sent out an owl for Ron and Hermione, and one to the robe shop so she could send the robes to Grimmauld Place instead of school, they got started.

Draco made a list of what they would need for each room while Remus and Harry started cleaning.

“Hey, why can’t you help clean too?” asked Harry petulantly.

“Because I will be doing lots of hard work once we get to the actual decorating, and I need to make these lists so we can have proper things in here. I will NOT sleep in a hovel. This will be a lovely bedroom when we are done, just wait.”

Draco was probably right. They had chosen the biggest bedroom for themselves. It WAS going to be great when they were done with it.

“Fine. Get back to making your list,” said Harry, giving in for the time being.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Three hours later, they had two of the bedrooms finished, and after taking quick showers, they collapsed in their bed, and Remus into his, all three of them asleep in minutes. They had a long few days ahead of them.
