The Yull Ball

There was a buzz going around the school as students got ready either to leave to go home for the Christmas Holiday's or it was that most of them were getting ready for the ball. The last weekend before the school let out was a trip to Hogsmeade and that is when they all got the Christmas gifts for friend or family. Angel took Trinity in to the town to by her the dress robes and a dress for her to wear. Angel watched as she tried on dresses for the ball and noticed that Trinity had grown a hell of a lot over the past two weeks. Trinity found what she want to wear and Angel bought it and a see threw robe that would look great on her and the dress that she was going to wear at the ball.

They all went back to Hogwarts and the last week really dragged on for most students. Ron was doing great in Occlomoncy and was making great progress in the rest of his studies and He was talking to Harry more and more. Ron even got a date for the ball and it was Luna Lovegood.

It was Friday and the last class was held and the students that were leaving were packing to go in a few hours time. Trinity had taken the last of her potion and she looked like a 14 year old girl and even felt like one ever month. Christmas eve came and the students that were staying had put the presence in where the students have slept Harry was wondering why he has not seen Trinity in a while. Except in classes and that was about it. He finally went to sleep and the next morning he woke up to a huge pile of presence at the foot of the bed.

Ron had also woken up to a huge pile of presents as the rest had also woken up to see a lot.

Harry got up and picked the first one and it was from Ron's parents and of course the sweater that had came from Mrs. Weasley. He put it to the side and then picked up the one that came from Ron. He opened it up to see a gold frame that held a picture of him and Ron smiling. Then in small writing it has been said.

" You have been there for me even though the time has been rough and there have been times that I was jealous of you for being famous. But I Ronald Weasley will be your friend till the end."

Harry looked over to it as if Ron knew what was going to happen but Harry dismissed it and picked up anther present and it came from Dumbledore. It was another part of his father's life at Hogwarts. It was a picture of James Potter after a Quidditch game holding the Snitch high in the air. Harry smiled at it and put it away. The next one was from Hermione, He opened it up to see a cloak that was his invisibility one that Hermione finally had it fixed and cleaned.

Harry took the one that was obvious that came from Hagrid. It was a book about how to take care extremely rarer magical creators. Harry smiled at it and put it to the side. The last one was from Angel and Snape. " Snape was giving Christmas presents out? That is not him." Harry thought to himself. He opened it up to see the whole family tree of the Potter's family line. And there was another one at the bottom of the box that was a card. It had said that he was invited to the marriage of Severus Snape and Angelica Ravenclaw. He put them away and watched Ron open his presents. He even opened the one that came from Hermione. It was a picture of all three of them smiling and laughing. Harry saw a single tear run down his best friends face as he put it at the bottom of the trunk.

The day went slow for the ones that chose to stay for the ball. When it was 6 o’clock in the evening He and Ron got ready for the Ball. Ron was wear one of the new dress robes that his brother had bought for him. Harry and Ron went down to the common room and they saw Hermione get ready to leave the room. When Harry called out to her.

" Hermione you look wonderful tonight in the midnight dress robes and dress." Harry said to her as she came up to them. But Ron didn't say anything to her. But she knew that he thought the same way as Harry.

" I have to go and met you know who." Hermione said and she took off out the door.


Hermione went downstairs to look for James and he and his friends from the states came up wear no robes but a tuxedo His was the only one that was white and it was set back into the 1920. It was the only one of the kind it was made of pure silk. Hermione gasped at it and went up to kiss him he had a surprise and he slipped the tongue in and that was that.

Harry and Ron went out the door and their stood Luna in a striking electric blue dress robes and the dress to match.

" You look brilliant tonight Luna." Ron said to her as he opened his arm so she could hook hers around his and that is how they went Harry followed them down to the main floor and that is when Harry saw Trinity standing next to one of her friends who was giving her a ear full.

" Your parents are going to know what you did." Meryl said back to Trinity.

" Yes I know but this is worth it though." as she watched Harry come down the steps. He stopped short of her and noticed that she had grown up to fast. Three weeks ago she was the first year and know she looked like a 4th year. Harry guest what she had done. The age potion she drank. But either way she was wearing a royal purple robe and the same as for the dress that was simple and adhered to her curves of her body. She knew she was going to get into trouble from her father more than her mother.

" Did you happen to swallow a fly on the way down here or it that I am to much to handle for you?" Trinity asked a speechless Harry.

" No I am speechless. I know what you did and if I get blamed for it I will have your head." Harry said as she untied her robe to show off the dress. He could not take his eyes off of her. He crooked his arm so she could hook her around his arm and they waited for the doors to open. They open right at 7 pm sharp and there at the top table their sat Dumbledore and the American delegation. The whole of the students that came from America had dates and they went in first and the rest followed in and seated themselves down. Hermione and James sat down in the corner that was dark and secluded. Harry and Trinity was not that far away from them. Ron and Luna had the table next to Harry.

The last two people to walk in were Snape and Angel. What she wore was a off white dress that held onto every curve that she had and it was long and trailed somewhat behind her. On the front of it had colors of the houses of Hogwarts sprayed on and had a sparkles on it all the way around. So either way she moved she illuminated the room. Her hair was down and the fact of it flowing down pass her ass was something else put at the top She had it like there was a broach in it and the hair that was put through it then curled all the was around and the sides of her face had long running curls that ran past her waist. Snape was wearing his new robe that was a navy blue that almost looked black. The clothing underneath was all black. His arm was the same as Harry's when he came in with Trinity. But what caught Harry's eye's was the rings she was wearing the one that caught his attention was the one that Snape had given to her that was simple and plain.

They went up to the table and sat down and ordered their meal as did the rest of the students did. Snape looked over to see where Harry and Trinity sat and he could not believe his eyes. He lends over to Angel and whispered

" What in hell did she do? It looks like she was taking a age potion."

" It was and I found the cauldron that is was produced in the bathroom on the second floor." Angel said back. Snape got up and Angel immediately pulled him back down with a tug on him

" Don't ruin this for her. This might be the last time she will be able to do this. We can talk to her tomorrow." Angel hissed at him.

" Ok." he hissed back and she smiled at him and he said to her " Why is it that I can not stay mad at you or can not get enough of you?"

" That my dear is that I put a charm on me and you. What do you think?" Angel said back with a evil glint in her eyes that had suggested more.

" Hmm I would like to test that theory out later then." He said back with the same evil look ob his face.

The food was served as the kids ordered from the menu. Ron ordered pork chops and Luna ordered the chicken dinner. They sat there talking to them selves. Ron looked over to where Harry was with Trinity. Ron had to take a double take at Trinity she was so much older it was not even funny. The last thing he looked over to where Hermione was with James they had ordered and were eating. Ron got up and walked over there and stuck out his hand and said to James.


" Take good care of her mate, She is very special to me and Harry. Hermione I and sorry for what I had said to you and the other things I should be happy that we were friends. If anything should happen I will be there for you friends till the end." He gave her the locket that wrapped up and it was written on it not to open it until that she feels right to do so.

Ron went back to his date and the tables were cleared from the dance floor and dinner was taken away from the tables that was left standing, With snacks on it etc. Dumbledore got up and said " The weird sisters liked it when they were here two years ago and they decided to come back here to entertain us once again." As on queue the stage was filling up with the band members and the music started to play. One by one the kids got up and went up to the dance floor and started to dance to the slow song.

After the song end one of the weird sisters said out loud. " Upon request of Dumbledore all of the Professors are to come out to the dance floor and dance." The music started up and slowly pair by pair the teachers go up and went to the floor. Angel was taken back when Snape grabbed her and they too went to the floor and danced very well.


The gang pulled the tables together and watched them all dance. Harry, Ron, James, Hermione, Luna, and Trinity watched Angel and Snape glide across the floor like they had done this more than once. Harry could not hold it in any more. He laughed so hard that he was crying and it felt good to laugh with in months.

" What has gotten into you?" Ron asked Harry

" What is going on at the dance floor I should have seen it before. Dumbledore purposely made all the teachers go to the dance floor so us students would see what it was like when they were in school." Harry said between laughing fits. Every one at the table watched and agreed that it was true.

" I think Mother and Father are the best ones that I see." Trinity said to Harry.

Harry watched them and had to agree that she was right. It was like they were made for each other. Snape was leading and she was following. The music stopped and the teacher went back to the table and the music picked up and was moving faster. Angel did not go back to the table but she dance with the rest of the kids that was out their and before to long Trinity joined her.

" You are big trouble young lady." Angel said to Trinity. " Not just by me either your father will have words with you tomorrow."

" I know but guess what it was worth it though." Trinity said back to her mother and laughed. It was contagious Angel was all so having a laughing fit herself. It got so bad that she was laughing like a true witch. Which was mortifying to her she never let herself laugh like that for a long time. The music slowed down and Angel watched and Harry and Ron and the rest go up and went to the dance floor and did the slow dance.

Harry had to watch where he put his hands at cause he caught Snape watching him as they danced. Trinity did seem to mind as she snaked her arms around his neck and then looked to see if he would wrap his arms around her waist. He did and she smiled and laid her head on his shoulder. She whispered, " Wish this could go on forever." Harry didn't know what to say at this but he sure was scared what Snape would have said if he heard it.

The it snapped he realized that he had fallen for this girl and he made a vow that nothing bad will happen to her. He would wait for her no mater even if he had to live here in England until she was out of school.

" Trinity will you tell me the potion you made was permanent?" He asked her softly.

" Yes it was, I like you for you Harry not because you are famous. I really want this to last for ever." She said again the music ended and they went back to their seat to sit down. But Harry had a different thought and him and Trinity went out of the big Hall and they sat down on a bench that was surrounded by Christmas trees that was light up.

Unbeknownst to them Angel went out into the hall her self and was standing behind the lit up trees and hearing everything that was said between the two.

" Trinity you are serious about this isn’t you? I made up my mind that I would wait for you to get out of school and I would stay here in England. I don't know what has came over me." Harry said to her.

" Its only love Harry doesn’t be scared of it. I’m happy, all though I don't think Father will be I am all ready in trouble for the potion and the fact I took the stuff to make it from his office." Trinity sighed Angel was standing behind the trees listening to it all and she smiled at it and the she was pulled away from the trees but Snape who had heard it all too.

" I think we better leave them alone." He said to her.

" Why Severus you are trusting Harry Potter with your daughter?" Angel said in a mock tone of surprise.

" Can it Angel, Yes I am." He said back with a smile.

" Oh such harsh words. Say more please. It turns me on." Angel said back with laughter that graced it way out. Then she smiled even wider.

" You are really asking for it are you? Just wait and see then." He said back to her that was low and dangerous. They made their way back to the main entrance was at and saw Draco with a girl in deep conversation with one and another.

" Is that Millie Thomson from Hufflepuff he is talking too or is that kissing?" Angel asked as they walked by.

" I think it was." Snape said back. Just as that was said they heard yelling and some scullfing going on. They came up on it and their it was Hermione and James and Ron with Luna trying to pull him off of James.

" What is it going on here?" Angel said as she pulled Ron off of James and then Snape pulled James up from the ground.

Angel made Ron Face her as she still held on his robes and had a good look into his eyes and she shrank back.

" What happened here?" Snape Echoed.

" I told Ron that me and James are going with each other study now and he lost it." Hermione said to him with tears in her eyes.

Harry and Trinity came running in and Harry saw his friends face and he to was taken back by it.

" Ron what is wrong?" He asked him.

" Nothing. I am all right." Ron said and then turned to Luna and said. " I am sorry Luna to ruin the night for you I an going up to the tower and that is where I am going to stay for the rest of the night."

" Are you sure you are all right Ron?" Angel asked.

" What do you think bitch, no I am not all right. As for you," he said to Hermione "You are a filthy Mudblood." He said with all of the malice was back and his face was contorted with a insane glee.

Ron tore out of Angel's grip and started to run. Angel reached down and ripped the dress shorter and pulled off the heels and took off after him.

" He is lucky that Hagrid didn't hear him." Luna said as she went up to her common room.

" Luna wait you can stay with us for the rest of the night." Trinity said to her.

" No thanks but I think I need a brake from this." Luna said back.

" Luna want to talk to you in the morning." Snape said to her. " As well as you two I want to know what happened to make all the work that me and Ron has done to come this far and to lose it." Luna shook her head to say she will be there to talk to him in the morning.

" Yes sir." Hermione and James said to him. They left Harry and Trinity with him.

Snape looked at them and then said, " I think we will not be able to get him back this time. Voldemort had messed with his mind for to long. I am sorry Harry he did try and as you noticed he was some what like himself."

" Yes I know, I knew this was going to end on a bad note." Harry said back to Snape. Then there was a scream the echoed through out the halls and Snape and Harry went running thank goodness the music was still going and no one else heard it.

They reached the door to Griffindore and there was Angel struggling with a very Frantic Ron who had bit her to get away. Then it came to blows and Angel was on the receiving end of it all but she did not raise her fist to fight back.

Snape bent down and grabbed Ron again by his robes and Angel got up. Angel looked up to see the mark on Ron’s arm was getting darker and Harry had turned pale and he was holding his head, as it was painful.

" Severus this is not Ron, This is Voldemort that has came through him. The Ron that we know and love is gone." Angel said to them.

Trinity go and get Dumbledore now this urgent." Angel said to her.

Just as that was said Hermione and James came up and looked over to where Ron was and Harry holding his head. Hermione knew this sign and went over to Harry and said.

" What is wrong Harry?"

" You know what is wrong I told you not to say anything about you two until Ron was stable enough to handle it. Why of all the night in the world it had to be tonight? It has only been three weeks since he started training and he was doing exceptionally well for it and you Hermione blew it all apart with thin 4 hours!!!" Harry yelled

Hermione was in tears so bad she was sobbing. " Harry I am so sorry I didn't know he was doing that good. He is my friend too he had to know and you told me it was me to tell him." She said between sobs

Ron spoke " You knew about this Harry and you didn't tell me? You are just as bad as them. I thought you were my friend Harry." As he said those words he tore out of Snapes grip and tackled Harry to the ground and was wailing on him with everything he had. Harry did not hit back. He knew he was in the wrong.

" I am sorry Ron." He said after Ron got up and looked down at him. Ron said to Harry " This is not over by a long shot."


Dumbledore came with a run in his step and he was standing there with Trinity behind him.

" What is going on?" He asked everyone said their account of what happened. When that was said Hagrid came up and he grabbed Ron and pulled him away and took Ron to his house for the time being.

Dumbledore said as he looked over to Angel and Snape and then to Harry. " Angel and Snape please go back to the party and help the teacher's with it. Harry you go back as well with the new 4th year Trinity."

They all left and went back down stairs but didn't have much fun at it. When the band played the last song every one clapped and started to shuffle out to go back to their own dormitories. Harry walked Trinity back to her dorm and watched her go in and he started to walk back to Griffindore when Dumbledore stopped him.

" I know what you did was in Ron’s best interest. You did the right thing of letting Hermione tell him. As for Trinity you didn't know what she was doing and it was obvious the neither did her parents. I had her take test of the different years and she past them with flying colors so she was moved into 4th year advanced." He said to the distraught Harry.

" I did wrong sir, I should have told him than letting it go this far and now I might never get him back like he was." Harry said back to him.

" Snape came up and told me that he was reading Ron’s mind when he flipped. He was to far gone to do anything about it. Their is hope though their is still a small peace of Ron their. Just show him that you are willing to be they’re as his friend that is all." Dumbledore said as the door opening was there and Harry said the password and went in and their sat Hermione and James.

" Harry, I am so sorry." Hermione said to him.

" I know you are he should not called you that though. I have no ill feelings toward either of you just tired and want to go to bed." Harry said.
