Finally
"Did Mrs. Malfoy really save Uncle Harry's life, Al?"
"That's what he says." The three of them were laying on Al's bed together.
"So, what's new and exciting with the two of you?" She asked.
"Same old same old. Al's been reading, we've been snogging among other things. The usual." Scorpius smirked slightly.
"I saw the library, you must be so thrilled, Alb......" She trailed off. "Snogging?"
"Yes." They answered together.
"Each other?"
"Of course." Scorpius rolled his eyes as if that much was obvious.
"When did this all happen?" She demanded, rising off the bed and putting her hands on her hips in a fair impression of her grandma.
"Well, it was the day you went back to your house instead of staying here all the time." Scorpius rolled his eyes.
"And you didn't tell me?" She demanded, her voice raising in pitch like her mother's did when she was angry.
"You didn't ask until now." Al shrugged.
"You two are impossible!" Rose threw her hands up into the air and flopped back onto the bed.
"Glad we settled that then." Scorpius moved so his head was pillowed on Al's chest.

"So, was there any particular reason you guys stopped over today, or just because?" Harry asked his two best friends, as they were walking toward the fountain he usually sat at.
"Actually, Al came to talk to us about something a bit ago and we came to see what he meant." Hermione began.
"I think he was right, mate. You haven't looked as happy or as... alive as you did just minutes ago since before the war. Since you used to play against Malfoy all the time."
"Ron, what are you going on about?"
"Harry, how do you feel about Draco? And I mean honestly, don't lie to us. If you're not sure, fine. But explain yourself." Hermione made herself perfectly clear.
"'Mione, what makes you think I feel anything for him?"
"Harry, we know you the best of anyone. Except maybe Al, who came to us in the first place, mind you. Just tell us." Hermione insisted.
"Well, okay fine." He sighed. "So, Draco had gone to see what the boys were up to and caught them snogging. He closed the door and apparently, I arrived at just the wrong time. You know how much both boys looked like us. I guess it was just like seeing us together. Anyway, he looked up at me and just kissed me. I dunno what happened or even why he did it other than the boys, but I do know that I liked it. And I know that he's growing on me and I think that I could very easily fall for him if he'd let me." Harry finished, sitting on the edge of the fountain.
"Feel better now that you've admitted that?" Hermione asked knowingly.
"Yes." He answered after a pause. "But if anything were to happen everyone would think that Ginny was right in the Prophet and...."
"Not anyone who matters, mate. James and Lily both know what really happened, we know, Malfoy knows, Mum and Dad know. Everyone else doesn't really matter, remember? How many times have you told me that?"
"Oddly enough, Ron's right Harry. And what happened to living life the way you want to, not the way everyone else wants you to? Isn't that what you told us after the war ended?"
"Guys, there's a slight hitch in this idea of yours. Draco doesn't like me that way. Yes, he kissed me but so what? It was just a reaction from seeing our sons together. That's all, nothing more." Harry insisted.
"Judging from the look on his face when you both landed earlier, and what Scorpius and Narcissa have said, I think you're wrong Harry. Come on Ron. We have to get to home, your brother and Fleur are coming over tonight." With that, Hermione turned on her heel and began striding back to Malfoy Manor.
"Just think about what she said. I mean, she's still Hermione." Ron followed after his wife. Harry lay back on the edge of the fountain and thought.

After the Weasleys left, Narcissa went looking for Draco. She wanted answers from her son and she wanted the truth. "Draco?" She found him in the sitting room in his favorite chair.
"Hello Mother. It was nice having people here today, wasn't it?"
"Even though they were Weasleys and Potters?" Narcissa asked.
"Yes. I was thinking about it just now and I thought that we should invite them all for Scorpius' birthday. I think he'd like that." As Draco spoke, he turned to look outside at the backyard.
"Scorpius or Harry?"
Draco hesitated. "Both."
"But who were you thinking about?"
"Harry." He almost whispered. "I have to start avoiding him again. If I don't I'll kiss him again and I don't want to scare him away." He announced.
"Draco, you can't do that. It'll make him think that the talk the two of you had was all for naught. Besides, I know you have self control, my son. You'll be fine."
****************************
"Narcissa, you are driving them both insane. They never considered their feelings toward one another before now."
"Severus, stop worrying so much. That's the living's job, not yours." It was later that night and Narcissa was talking to Severus again.
"Well, throw that in my face why don't you? And I'm allowed to worry if I so chose." The two of them kept in the same basic vein until Severus gave up, tossed his hands in the air, and disappeared.

Harry thought on Ron and Hermione's words well into the evening. Shortly after it got dark, he walked back into the house, fully decided. "Draco!" He called, hurrying to catch up to the man when he saw him walking to his room.
"There you are, Harry everyone was wondering where you were." That was a lie. Only Draco wondered and even he knew Harry was at the fountain out back.
Harry didn't respond to that. "I'm done thinking now." He stated, stepping closer to Draco. Draco backed up until he hit the wall behind him but Harry kept moving.
"Done thinking about what, exactly?" Draco asked, willing his voice not to tremble as Harry came closer still.
"What you said I should be thinking about roughly a week ago." Harry stopped mere centimeters from Draco. "And I decided something today."
"Did you now? What might that be?"
"I did. And it would be that I'm in charge of my own life and I will kiss who ever I damn well please." With that, Harry held Draco's face between his hands and gently pressed his lips to Draco's, closing the tiny bit of distance between them. After a moment, Draco's self control broke a bit and he kissed back, wrapping his arms around the Golden boy's neck.
Their kiss deepened before Draco broke it. "Come on. Let's not stay here where everyone else can see us." He pulled Harry into his room, locked and silenced the door behind them, and reclaimed Harry's lips.
****************************
"And you told me it would never work." Narcissa stuck out her tongue at Severus when she went to go wake Draco the next morning and found him with his head pillowed on Harry's chest, both boys naked but covered up. Well, they were covered up now, anyway.
A/N: I wanted to thank everyone who has reviewed this story so far. You guys have no idea how much those reviews mean to me! Also, I intend to write another story soon. I haven't decided if it'll be before or after I finish this one. At any rate, it's a three part Hermione/Draco/Blaise story. :D
