Chapter 12
Beautifully Deranged
Chapter 12
Fenrir and Harry’s little moment was ruined when voices were heard.
“Stop right where you are!” Kingsley Shacklebolt yelled.
The Order of the Phoenix had arrived, Albus Dumbledore leading the group.
“Shit.” Harry yelled as the Death Eaters scattered, then both groups simultaneously fired off curses. The fight had begun.
Harry and Fenrir separated, both feeling it better to take on one person each as the Death Eater’s were out numbered by about ten people. Although the Death Eaters were outnumbered, their fighting skills far surpassed the Order’s as the Order never used dark curses, which hindered them greatly and they would rather capture than kill.
At least until they saw the three student’s bodies.
Arthur, Bill, and Charlie were all shocked upon seeing their two youngest family members in two separate pools of blood on the floor next to the mangled form of their muggleborn friend. Silent sobs racked up Arthur’s form as tears welled in his eyes as he turned to look at Harry Potter, his youngest son’s former best friend. His tear filled eyes then glinted with ice cold hatred as he leveled his wand at the fifteen year old.
Harry was to busy dueling with a girl with hot pink hair to notice the entrance of the three Weasleys. The girl was very skilled, although young she appeared to have formal training in dueling as she attacked Harry fiercely and seemed to know which spells he threw would do the most damage. She was good, but he was better. This girl may have some skills, but he was the one who was trained by the Dark Lord himself and some very vicious Death Eaters. It took a little while, but a well placed hex had her down. She wasn’t dead, but if they didn’t get to her in time the wound could possibly be fatal.
Luckily his duel ended just in time to see the jet of green light come towards him giving him enough time to duck. When he looked up to see who would dare throw that curse at him, he was amazed to see Arthur Weasley. Who would have thought the man had it in him to be able to cast the killing curse?
Arthur ran over and began a duel with the boy. This boy was the reason his youngest son and only daughter was dead. He had brought this boy into his home as if he was a member of their family. His wife made him a Weasley sweater every Christmas for four years, just like she did for their own children. This was his little girl’s first crush. The boy she rattled on about for six pages straight in every letter she wrote home during her first year at Hogwarts. This is the boy that used to be his seventh son.
Until now.
Now he was a cold hearted killer working under the tutelage of Death Eaters. The Dark Lord’s protégé. A boy who just took down a very skilled Auror and somehow lured his son, daughter, and their friend to the Ministry this very night and tortured them. This boy has killed his two youngest children….whether he was the one to cast the Avada or not, he is still responsible.
Now Arthur had never cast the killing curse before, none the less on someone who was still not even an adult in the wizarding world, but he was willing to kill him. He needed to avenge his children, it was his right.
Unfortunately, Arthur was not as skilled with a wand as Harry was and was quickly struck down by a slicing charm to the neck hitting his jugular. Harry turned to see if there was anymore would be attackers. Charlie was dueling with Bellatrix the crazy and Bill was taking on Fenrir.
As Harry looked around he saw Dumbledore take down a few nameless Death Eater’s before he set his sight on Harry. Now Harry wasn’t a fool, he could probably beat nearly everyone in the Order with his training, everyone except for Dumbledore and Moody. Those two were both very skilled and very powerful and Harry knew he shouldn’t even attempt to duel either of them. He looked around to see that the door to the room was not blocked and took off towards the door. He was no fool, he knew when to use fight or flight…now was the time to flee.
Bellatrix loved playing with her toys. This red head was just so amusing. As if his elementary curses would have an effect on her. He would cast Stupefy or a simple Petrificus like that would take her down. Did this boy even know who she was? He was quickly getting boring though. Using the same spells over and over again. She would have to kill him soon and return to her Lord. She cast a Crucio, wanting to hear his screams, not even seeing the veil behind him until it was to late. When the Weasley boy went to fall on his back, he accidentally fell through the veil.
Bella laughed hysterically at the poor boy’s luck. “Hahaha…they’re dropping like flies.”
Fenrir was having fun. This man, who was obviously a Weasley was giving as good as he got. He was clearly upset about the death of his family members and was doing everything he could to take him down. He certainly wasn’t like the rest of the Weasley’s minus those twins he had met earlier. He was using some pretty powerful hexes, many of which Fenrir had never even heard of before. In fact, he was having a hard time fighting him until the boy was distracted by Bella, who had just managed to send the man’s younger brother through the infamous veil. He was obviously distracted and turned around, despite the fact that the man was still fighting him, in search of his own father. When he saw him, it was to see a corpse with a large gash on his throat, blood pooled on the ground. It was a really bad day for the Weasleys.
This was all the distraction Fenrir needed to take the boy down. He jumped on the man and knocked the wand from his fingers. He then beat him into unconsciousness, biting and scratching him along the way. He didn’t kill him though. He had only ever bitten his lovers in human form before, and was mildly curious as to the effects of his bite. All of his lovers turned either more aggressive, Harry was a testament to that, or became very submissive and fearful, as if afraid to draw any attention to themselves as if it would have a negative effect.
But enough was enough. He needed to find Harry and quickly sent his nose to the task.

I know, I know. Short chapter. Way shorter then I wanted it, but I had to unexpectedly watch my nieces all day and had to leave my computer after only typing the first page, and by then I was totally out of the typing groove.
Anyway, there probably won’t be a chapter next week. I’m not sure as I will be studying for quite some time for my midterms…which I am not looking forward to. I have to memorize all of the airport codes in North America. How much fun is that?
Thank you soooo much to all of those who said that they would be willing to beta. It means a lot, and I didn’t expect so many people to offer. I did write to Saedame who said that she wanted to take up the job and am expecting a reply back. So hopefully when I write Asylum it will be practically free from mistakes.
Thanks to reviewers: Sirin Black, Middy-kun, Varjo, Samantha, Takeshi Enkou, Wilder, poohbear74, Miss Prince, momoko, Saeadame, hell_on_earth, celestialuna, and BRM.
Amysds- Thanks for the offer, I did choose another beta though. Actually, if you go back to chapter 5 at the end of the chapter I give a clip for Asylum. It is not a sequel to this story though. I’m still undecided if I am going to make a sequel to this, if I do it won’t be for a long while yet as I already know what my next few stories are going to be. But if I do make a sequel it will be hp/lv.
Ziki Hekai- I’m actually right on Lake Erie, about 40 miles from Cleveland. Pretty cool, yeah.
Please review!
