When Worlds Collide
Summery: Hermione is being targeted by an evil that hasn’t set foot on earth in over a thousand years. Now, she must be protected. What happens when she and her protector fall in love? R/R
Chapter 11
Hermione and Anakin spent as much time as they could for the remainder of the Christmas holidays. January came with freezing rain and snow. Hermione and Anakin grew more and more nervous as February loomed closer by the day.
“Anakin, what if I can’t do it? What if I slip up and they find out?” Hermione asked as they sat in front of the fire.
“Don’t worry about it now love. All we can do is keep the pretense that we are friends, nothing more.” Anakin answered as he held her close and tightly.
“I’m scared. I don’t want you to get punished because of me.” She sighed.
Anakin just laid his head atop hers. Hermione buried her face in his chest. They sat there and watched the flames flickering for a long time. It was well after midnight when they finally turned in for the night.

“Be safe Master Windu, Master Kenobi.” Yoda said.
“Thank you Master. May the Force be with you.” Obi-Wan said.
Yoda bowed. Mace and Obi-Wan walked aboard the ship that would take them to Earth. As Obi-Wan buckled himself into his seat, he couldn’t sake the feeling that everything he thought he knew about Anakin and the Order was about to get thrown out the window.
“You seem nervous Obi-Wan.” Mace said.
“Yes. I feel as if things are about to get more complicated once we arrive on Earth.” Obi-Wan sighed.
“For now, we need to focus on the mission at hand.” Mace advised.
“You’re right. I guess I’m more nervous about Anakin being on Earth alone with Palpatine there as well.” Obi-Wan said.
“I’m sure Anakin is just fine.” Mace replied.
Obi-Wan just nodded. He then turned his attention to setting their course from Coruacant to Earth.

January seemed to fly by for Anakin and Hermione. The night before Mace and Obi-Wan were to land, they laid in Anakin’s bed. Hermione had her head resting against his chest and her arm draped across his stomach.
“What’s wrong?” Anakin asked.
“I don’t know. I just feel as if something is going to happen. Something I feel in the Force. I can’t explain it.” She answered.
“Dealing with Obi-Wan and Master Windu?” He questioned.
“Actually, more to do with the entire Jedi Order. As if something is going to happen that’s going to change everything you guys have been taught.” She replied.
“Hmm. Perhaps you can speak with Master Windu and Obi-Wan when they arrive.” He suggested.
“Perhaps.” She sighed.
Anakin leaned down and kissed her. Hermione sighed and threaded her fingers in his hair. Anakin rolled over so that he was on top of her. Within moments, he was buried deep inside of her.
“Anakin.”
“Hermione.”
Hermione clung to him as he began thrusting in and out. She needed to feel this. Needed to know that no matter what, he would be there with her. Anakin leaned down and began to nibble at her neck.
“Oh Anakin. I love you.” She moaned.
“And I love you. So much.” He sighed.
Their movements became faster and harder. Hermione used her weight and rolled them over. She began to ride him hard and fast. Anakin reached up and took hold of her breasts. Hermione’s head was thrown back as she moaned loudly.
“You’re…so beautiful. Oh yeah.” He moaned.
“Oh god Anakin. I’m close.” She cried.
Anakin rolled them over. He withdrew from her then flipped her onto her stomach. He thrust back into her deeply. She cried out in pleasure. As He began thrusting harder and faster, Hermione reached down and began to finger her clit.
“That’s it Hermione. Just a little more. Come on love. Let’s come together.” He growled.
“OH GOD! ANAKIN!”
“HERMIONE! OHHHHHH! HERMIONE!”
The couple collapsed to the mattress. Both gasping for air. Once capable of movement, Anakin pulled out and lay beside her. Hermione waved her hand and they sheets and themselves were clean.
“I love you.” She whispered.
“And I love you. I think we need to get some rest. Obi-Wan and Master Windu are arriving tomorrow and they want to meet you.” He said.
Hermione nodded. They climbed under the covers and drifted off to sleep.
