Bite me
Hermione stood silently wringing her hands together as Snape sat on his bed dumbstruck.
\"Tomorrow? Are you sure?\" He asked in a hoarse voice.
\"Yes, I\'m sure. Listen,\" Hermione pulled the letter out of her pocket and read it aloud, \"Miss Granger, the Ministry are pleased to inform you that we have a date for Mr. Snapes appeal.
Although we said that we would give you a three week preparation period, we have found a court time in the near future. If you do not take this date, we will be forced to deny your appeal altogether.
You and your client are expected in court two, tomorrow at 10:30 am. You are expected to travel to Azkaban Prison to meet Mr. Snape and escort him to the Ministry an hour before the appeal starts.
Sincerely
Mr. A. Figglesworth,
Head of the department of Magical Law Enforcement.\"
Hermione took in a long breath as she finished.
\"We are in court... tomorrow...\" Snape said in disbelief.
\"Yes, yes we are.\" Tentatively, Hermione sat on the edge of the bed next to the man that was starring blankly at the floor.
\"Are you ready?\" He looked up at her almost desperately.
\"Well, I have my arguments, but I need to go now to talk to Luna,\" Hermione got up, \"and get some of my witnesses, but yes, I think I’m ready.\"
\"Who are the witnesses?\" Snape asked suspiciously.
\"You\'ll see tomorrow, won\'t you?\" Hermione smiled and went over to the door, \"I\'ll come back later today or tonight and tell you every thing. Bye Professor.\" She opened the door and left, locking the door behind her.
Hermione walked straight passed the guard, dropping the keys on the desk.
\"Where did you get those?\" The guard asked gruffly, \"You aren\'t supposed to have them!\"
\"Bite me!\" Hermione shouted as she pulled open the front doors, she had people to see.

Severus stood up and started pacing. Tomorrow. He had an appeal tomorrow. It had only been a week and a couple of days since Hermione had first come to him, but he had faith in her; if any living person could gat him out, she could.
He looked around the cell, his home for the past five years, if you could call it a home. Soon, if all went well, he would be leaving, and hopefully never coming back. For the first time he really thought about what he was going to do if he was free.
He had no home, no job, no friends or family; he did have some money in Gringotts, but not millions. Severus hadn\'t really thought about living with Hermione that much, apart from the fact that he would see her curves day, day out.
If he did live with her, he would practically be taking charity, and Severus Snape was no charity case.
