Harry Potter in Smallville

Harry and Clark had just walked into the kitchen to find Remus trying to make some lunch and decided to help the man. The had decided to have sandwiches and so Harry was spreading they mayo and putting on the cheese while Clark put on the different kinds of meat and Remus put on the lettuce and tomatoes. While they were going this Sirius was putting different things for everyone to drink on the table. They all looked up in shock when the back door opened.

“Just thought I would drop by and see how things are going.” Lex said as he smiled at the four in the kitchen.

“Know any good hit men?” Sirius asked sarcastically.

“A couple, why which one do you want dead?” Lex asked trying not to be unnerved that the normally happy Sirius was talking about murder-for-hire.

“Ron” Harry, Remus, and Sirius said while Clark said, “the redhead boy.”

Lex couldn’t help but laugh at that, “That bad huh?”

“What the hell is he doing here?” Came a voice from the doorway and Lex looked up and groaned.

“Guess I didn’t escape him this summer after all.” Lex said glaring at Draco.

“Alright you two can knock it off and eat some lunch, I don’t want any fighting until after we eat.” Remus said glaring at them telling them he meant it.

Everyone was shocked when the two started laughing. “So did your dad ever figure out who hid those papers on him?” Draco asked remembering how the two had snuck into Lionel’s room and destroyed some papers he had been using to blackmail Lucius with.

“Nope he still thinks your father got some servant to do it.” No one would suspect either of the boys to work together on that as the two had acted like they had hated each other.

“Oh so that is who you are seeing Malfoy. I don’t see what you see in him, but then again I am not a fag.” Came a voice from the doorway.

At than Lex leaned over to Harry and whispered, “I think I know who he is, Ron right?” Then looking at Sirius he said, “I think anyone would do it free of charge.” That sent Remus, Harry, Clark, and Sirius into fits of laughter while Hermione, Ginny, and Draco looked lost having missed that part of the conversation.

“Well we got sandwiches and chips so help your selves.” Remus said as he pulled a couple of bags of chips from the cupboard and set them on the table. He watched in shock as the teens sat and the three purebloods looked at the different drinks on the table as though they were going to bite them. He then turned to watch as Harry and Clark sat next to each other. He watched as Harry grabbed some of the chips and put a small helping on his plate and a larger one on Clark’s, cut one of the sandwiches in half, and gave Clark half while Clark also grabbed a whole one, a can of Pepsi, two of the glasses of ice then began pouring the Pepsi into the two glasses. He couldn’t push the anger down fast enough at the fact that Harry was only able to hold down such small portions and he wanted to kill the Dursleys.

Sirius could read his partner’s emotions well and leaned over to him. “At least he eats that much.” He said remembering when a half a sandwich alone was too much for his godson.

“Harry you really should eat more.” Hermoine said looking at the small portions on her friend’s plate. She knew Harry never ate a lot and had always wondered why. She was shocked to see the sad looks Remus, Sirius, Harry’s boyfriend, and the other boy passed between themselves.

“It’s fine Hermione, I am just not very hungry.” It was true, he wasn’t hungry, but he also was never hungry. His body had adapted to going without food for weeks at a time and now it was trying to adapt to eating on a regular basis. He was getting better though.

“Harry can I talk to you for a minute?” Ginny asked not feeling hungry either. She knew he probably wouldn’t say yes, but she had to try. She was shocked when he nodded and stood. She followed him into the living room and sat on the couch next to him. “I just wanted to apologize for my family. What they did was wrong. Charlie is gay and they have disowned him for it. They disowned me for not siding with them and Charlie is trying to find a way to take care of me right now.” She said with tears in her eyes. She wished her family wasn’t like this and wished Charlie and his husband had enough money to take care of her, but they didn’t and she was alone in this as Charlie took his last name. She was shocked when she felt arms close around her and cried into Harry’s shoulder as he held her.

Harry was shocked to hear what her family had done to her. How can you do that to your own child? He just wished there was something he could do to help her. It was then he remembered something. “Everything will be ok Gin, you’ll see.” He said when she stopped crying. He was shocked to see Malfoy standing in the doorway and was about to tell him to leave when Malfoy said something that shocked him.

“Is she ok?” Draco was concerned when his girlfriend left the table with Harry and hoped the Ex-Gryffindor would at least hear her out. “I don’t want to fight you Potter, Ginny and I have been dating since the beginning of the year. If you don’t believe me you can ask Lex he knows about the relationship.” Harry nodded, stood, and walked over to him. Draco and Ginny both watched thinking he would hit him and were shocked when he just held out his hand.

“My name is Harry Potter, not the Boy-Who-Lived, Scarhead, the Boy-Who-Defeated, or any of those things, just Harry.” He was shocked when Draco took his hand.

“Draco Malfoy.”

James sighed when he looked up at Josh he was tired of being there and just wanted to go home and make sure things were ok with his son. He knew Harry had been worried about this and he wanted nothing more than to take Harry and hide him away in his apartment in Metropolis, but knew it would be best for his son to face these people.

“How are things going?” Josh asked as he looked at his friend. He couldn’t imagine being told Sammy and Mary were dead, then finding his little Sammy was alive and almost 17 and had been abused all her life. James had told him about Harry’s nightmares and Josh found himself wanting to hurt someone. Harry seemed like such a sweet kid who didn’t deserve half the things that happened to him.

“It’s amazing you know. Clark spent the night last night and we actually let him sleep with Harry and the kid didn’t have any nightmares, but even if anyone else sleeps with him the nightmares are still really bad.” James said remembering how scared he had been the first time he witnessed one of Harry’s nightmares.

“It makes sense though, I mean Clark has always been there for him caring for him, while the adults in his life have been the main ones hurting him. He probably subconsciously feels safer with Clark.” They were both shocked to hear the door open and see Clark and Harry standing there.

Harry had told his godfather that there was something he needed to do and so asked Clark to drive him into town. Sirius and Clark had both agreed wondering what was going on, but not asking at that moment. Clark was shocked when he was told they were going to visit his dad at work and just hoped the meteor rocks were gone.

“Harry what are you doing here?” James asked seeing his son.

Harry just smiled at his dad and said hi to Josh. “There was something I wanted to talk to you about.”

“I’m listening.” James said as he waited for Harry to continue. He was shocked when his son told him Ginny’s story and was angry for the way her family treated her. Then he heard his son’s plan and could only stare at him in shock. “Are you sure you aren’t a Snape or a Malfoy, that was the most Slytherin thing I have ever heard.”

Harry just glared at his dad, “Does my hair look like it hasn’t been washed in years or is so blond it is almost white? Nope, this is just the marauder in me coming out to play.” Harry said smirking at his dad. “And you only have yourself to blame as I inherited it from you.”

“Well gentlemen if you’ll excuse us my son and I have some business to attend to.”

Cornelius Fudge was shocked when he walked into his office and found James and Harry Potter sitting there waiting for him. He was even more shocked when James threatened to expose all his lies about the Potter family if he didn’t agree to transfer the two disowned Weasley children into the Potter line. He naturally couldn’t disagree and so called in Charlie and his husband so they could work this out.

To say Charlie was shocked was an understatement, the Potters were the oldest family left in the wizarding world and now a man everyone thought was dead was asking him to become a part of it.

“Charlie I am not asking you to become just a part of the family, but the head of it after I pass away” glaring at Fudge James added, “for real.”

“What about Harry?” Charlie asked.

“Harry has expressed a wish to remain part of the muggle world only entering the wizarding world when he wishes to, but not being a part of it other wise.” James and Harry had talked about this and even if Harry decided to join the wizarding world again he didn’t want the public position of head of the line. He was tired of being in the spotlight all the time.

“Are you sure?” Charlie asked unsure of this. He didn’t want to take anything from Harry.

“Lily and I always wanted more children, but never got that chance. I don’t think Harry would mind having an older brother and younger sister.” James said smiling at the red head. He also knew this was what Harry wanted, he could see it in his eyes.

Charlie looked at his husband and was shocked to see Justin seemed ok with everything. “Potter would be a better name than mine, and besides by brother can carry it on when he marries.” Justin said squeezing his hand.

“Ok then I’m ok with this.” He really wanted to laugh when he saw Fudges’ face fall. The man had wanted him to say no and he knew it. Well the man would pay for ruining his soon to be new families lives. He would help his soon to be new father take care of his little brother and sister.

“We will need a drop of blood from both James and Harry to make the potion complete.” Fudge said trying to find a way to stall this and give the two Weasley heads time to get here. He had called them without anyone knowing.

“I have the potion here if you two are ready.” Came a voice from the door. James was shocked to see Severus Snape standing there.

“Why do we need my blood?” Harry asked sensing a fight between his dad and Snape. He was just glad he had taken the time to tell only Draco his plan so they could surprise Ginny.

“To make up for your mother’s part of it. As her child you will be able to contribute what she can’t as you have part of her DNA in your blood.” Snape said and Harry nodded as it made sense to him after learning about it in biology this year.

He and his dad pricked their fingers and watched as the blood fell into the potion. After it had changed color he poured some into two small bottles and handed them to James. “Should they decide to take this it will dispose of all the Weasley traits and make the two of them Potter, but it is up to you. They are already Potters by name.”

James looked at Charlie and was shocked when the young man nodded his head, “I want to take the potion. I want to be completely a Potter.”

“Then you will have to prick your finger and add a drop to one of the potions. I would take it before you go to bed as it will be painful.” Charlie nodded and James thanked Snape for his time before he ushered his children out to go tell Ginny the good news. Molly and Arthur were 3 minutes too late to stop them.

They all took a portkey back to the construction site and James smiled at his two sons and son-in-law. “Well I just need to pack up my stuff, then we can go home.” They had decided that Charlie and Justin would stay a while and spend time with Charlie’s new family.

“Do you mind if I call my boss and let him know what is going on?” Charlie asked as he picked up a phone thanking everything he could think of that his boss was a muggleborn and had charmed his phone to work.

“You don’t need to ask, you are my son now and can use whatever you like.” James said as he grabbed the last of the papers he needed. When they had everything they headed out to James’ car and Harry was shocked to see Clark sitting by the truck.

“I wasn’t sure how long you would take so I decided to wait till you got back.” Clark said as he leaned down to kiss his boyfriend. Harry had explained everything to him on the way into town and he hoped that the two other men standing there were a good sign. He knew Harry really wanted Charlie to agree to this.

“I would like you to meet Charlie and Justin Potter. This is Clark Kent, my boyfriend.” Harry said as he smiled at them.

“Good, now I know who to give the speech to.” Charlie said as he smiled at Harry and playfully glared at Clark. “But I can’t do that with Harry here so you will have to wait.”

“Well we should get going if we want to make it home.” James said as he ushered them to the cars. “Harry are you riding with Clark?” He got his answer as Clark already had Harry in the truck.

Ginny was sitting in the sitting room talking to Draco, Hermione, and Lex when they saw two cars pull up. Ron came down stairs and Remus and Sirius came in from the kitchen so they could see the reactions. They recognized both cars and couldn’t wait for the reactions of the teens. They were also surprised to see Charlie Weasley (Potter) walk in after Harry and Clark.

Everyone was so busy watching Ginny throw herself into her brother’s arms they missed the last person who walked in and moved to talk to the other two adults in the corner. While James was telling Remus and Sirius all that had happened Lex and Clark shared a look. “I didn’t see you come in Mr. Potter.” Lex said loud enough to get everyone’s attention.

“Sorry forgive my manners. James Potter at you service, it is very nice to meet all of you.” He said with a bow causing Harry, Clark, Lex, Sirius, Remus, Charlie, and Justin to laugh as they had seen him like this before. This caused the other four to just stare in shock. “I would have been home sooner, but I had some business to attend to at the ministry regarding Miss. Ginny and Mr. Charlie.”

That said he went on to explain what had happened and was shocked when Ginny threw herself at him crying. He knew the girl had been through a lot and was glad she liked the idea of being his daughter. “What do I have to do to the potion to get rid of everything Weasley?” She asked once she had calmed down.

“Just add a drop of blood.” Charlie said as he took out a little pocketknife Justin had given him and sliced his finger wincing. He watched as his sister did the same and together the two added their drops of blood.

“Take that before bed and we will see what our two newest Potters look like in the morning.” James said as he ushered the others to bed. He knew he would be in for a long night as he didn’t want to leave either of his new children alone when they would be experiencing pain. So it was decided Justin and Charlie would sleep in his bed and they would put an extra bed in there for Ginny. Clark would be allowed to sleep with Harry so they wouldn’t have to worry about nightmares, though they didn’t tell anyone that. And He, Sirius, and Remus would be sleeping on the floor that night with Draco, Hermione, and Lex. Over all it was a tight fit for one night.
