A/N:

Don't rush me to update or you will get really short chapters instead of the long chapters you are getting now. Co-Written and Beta read by God Of Mercy.

Harry awoke from the best night of sleep he had ever had because he did not have to worry about anyone trying to do something to him like Ginny trying to dump a love potion down his throat or Ron trying to beat the shit out of him again. There were no dreams of Voldemort killing or torturing people not even his so called mother's screams as she begged for him not to be killed as she protected him. He had to say that his night sleeping down in the Slytherin dorms was alot more comforting then Gryffindor Tower as the Slytherin rooms were much more private and only had two to a room. The room seem like a little apartment with out a kitchenette.

He sat up stretching his kinks out and then looked around from the bed that he had taken to sleeping in because Draco didn't have a roommate, he wondered why but could only guess that the blond boy liked a room to himself. Looking around the room, he found it was decorated in blacks, silvers and emerald greens with richly dark furnished furniture, even the walls seemed to be smoothed out rather then rough stone that was everywhere else in the castle. Harry then looked over at Draco, who was on his back snoring softly on the other bed across from him with his arm thrown over his head as he started to mumble.

"Shut up...Blaise...told.....you...my dad.....is the only….little dragon....I'll tell.........your nick name....Blaisey pooh?" Draco then rolled over with a frown on his face then relaxed back into his soft snoring, Harry just hid a snicker behind his hand. Wondering where Blaise got that name from.

Shaking off the snicker, he pulled the covers off and slid his legs off the side of the bed. He picked up his wand off the bedside table casting tempus checking the time. Harry realized that he had an hour and a half before he knew that the others would be up and about so he decided to get ready. Taking a shower and getting dressed, he saw that he still had an hour left so Harry pulled out everything he would need for his classes and a potions book out of his trunk to read while he waited down in the commons for the others to wake.

Harry was deep into his potions text when Draco and the others started coming down. Blaise and Pansy were talking quietly to one another about what had happened the other day down in the chamber as they walked over with Draco, Theo was dragging behind having been rushed to hurry to get ready because he had woken up late. When the blond Slytherin looked around he found Harry sitting in one of the arm chairs deep into a book from the look on his face, walking over he called out to get the soon to be Slytherin attention.

"Good Morning, Boy Wonder." Draco jokingly greeted the teen. Harry jerked his head up, startled by the young Malfoy calling to him. He then smiled at Draco and his new friends, he couldn't help but be happy that he now had a family to call his own that really cared for him.

"Good Morning to you too, Ferret Face." He jokingly greeted back, putting his book down in his lap. Draco just gave him a big grin.

"Ready to head to breakfast?" Harry nodded his head and grabbed his things, getting up to head out up to the Great Hall. Pansy and the others greeted him a good morning and they all left, Draco and Harry leading the way out of the Slytherin dorms ready for the day.

Harry's POV

Walking into the Great Hall laughing at ideas at pranks to pull, we made our way over to the Slytherin table. I ended up this time sitting between Blaise and Draco, Pansy was still able to pile food on my plate for me.

"You need it, we have to get some meat on your bones!" Laughing at the mother hen Slytherin, I missed the Great Hall's doors opening.

When I looked up from talking with the others, I saw Lucius half way down the aisle between the four tables heading to the Head Table. That man could walk fast. He was wearing a black formal robe with silver thread. I had to admit that the man was gorgeous. Then I saw the other new lady, who I supposed was the governor sent to watch Albus, striding right behind the older Malfoy. I looked over to Draco when I heard his comment.

"I think my father liked your letter." The blond’s eyebrows were raised as he watched his Father, I blushed and looked away trying to hide my pleasure with that thought. I had to remind myself that Lucius was the mate of Voldemort or Marvolo, as Salazar called him. I really hated having to remember that.

When I glanced up at the Head Table at the Headmaster, I felt smug at the anger hidden in the old goat's eyes. Well, I guess that it wasn't hidden well if I could see it. Then I smiled smugly at him, wanting to laugh out loud at what Lucius was telling him even if I couldn't hear them but I knew what it was about. I held it in but it was hard to after all I was trying to act like the pureblood I was. I had a lot of work ahead of me cause Draco looked at me as if he knew what I was thinking.

Going back to my plate to eat as much food as I could, I looked up in time to see Lucius walking over to where we sat. He came up our side of the Slytherin table, when he reached us, he leaned down to speak to me. Speaking in hushed tones so that only the people very close to me could hear us, he told me that it was time to be put in the right house. I gave him a small smile in thanks and stood up from my spot between Blaise and Draco. Before I had the chance to pick up my bag, Draco told me he would take it to our next class. I nodded to him with a small smile and thanked my new friend.

Walking beside Lucius out of the Great Hall, he asked me if I was able to find out any information on mind magics. I looked up at him and told him that I did and apologized for snapping at him at the hospital after he was only trying to help me, the older Malfoy just waved his hand in dismissal at my apology.

"Don't worry Mr. Potter, we all have times when we have to learn on our own. This was just one of your times." He gave me a small smile, his silver eyes looking over at me.

"So how are you feeling, now that you are out of the hospital?" I looked back up at him and gave him a nod.

"Good. Now that I'm taking back my life that was suppose to be mine in the first place." Lucius's smile grew a little bigger at those words. So, I decided to ask him something wanting to know if it was possible to see what it was like on the other side.

"Mr. Malfoy, is there some way I could...." I stopped and trailed off looking away, not sure if I should ask.

"Yes, Mr. Potter. Whatever it is you want to ask I'm sure I can help you." Lucius also had stopped and turned to me as he had taken a couple more steps than me. Lucius was curious as to what his little love was hesitating to ask. I looked back up at the taller blond, standing to my full height and holding my head up.

"I was wondering if I could....if there was a way for me to contact Voldemort?" Lucius gave him a look, not sure if he should let me know. I was sure he wasn't going to tell me but I hung on to the hope that he might. Lucius then looked about and stepped closer to me, still looking around he leaned over to my ear putting a hand on my shoulder.

"I'll talk to Tom and if he accepts he'll give Draco a letter to give to you." He pulled away, leaving me to shiver under his hand. I blushed looking away, trying to gather myself before I spoke again. Lucius gave his little love a knowing smirk when he looked away. When Lucius let his hand fall, I took a deep breath and looked back up at him to nod knowing I was still slightly pink in the face. I saw that Lucius took a step back out of my personal space, I went on to my next thought.

"By chance, do you know someone that could help me with managing my accounts?" He tilted his head to the side a little bit almost like he wasn't sure, looking at me.

"I could help you, if that is suitable. If not, I'm sure I can find someone else." He offered, I couldn't help but be glad he did. It would be a way I could see him next weekend when I went to Gringotts. Merlin, the man had a gorgeous smile, I shouldn't be thinking these thoughts knowing he was Toms. I hurried on before my thoughts got away from me.

"No, I would be more than glad for you to help me." I told him giving him a smile that it was fine with me. He nodded his head and he gestured for us to get going to the Headmaster's Office.

"Thank You, Mr. Malfoy." He waved his hand at me in dismissal again though he did give me a small smile once more it went straight to my stomach, making it flood with warmth. We walked on, heading toward the Headmaster's office knowing he was already there waiting.

Normal POV

Arriving in the Headmaster's Office was a tense affair for them though Harry inside felt excited since he would be going into Slytherin house after he left here. Albus was sitting down behind his desk, the look he was putting off at Harry was not a happy one, everyone there could tell. Harry went over and sat in one of the two chairs as Lucius stood beside him and the governor was standing over off to the side of Albus's desk with her hands clasp behind her back. The Headmaster then cleared his throat to start the conversation he knew that he wouldn't like.

"Now, how may I help you Lord Malfoy?"

"I received word from Mr. Potter to help him be resorted and to be present when said resorting took place." Lucius gave a pleased smirk at Albus, who was gripping the arms on his chair, wanting to reach over and smack the boy for finding out that he could be resorted. The old man knew he was losing the control he once had over the boy. This was not good at all to him, not at all.

"Mr. Potter has informed me that he no longer feels safe in Gryffindor. I and Mrs. Highwater are here to make sure that he can be put in the right house this time." Lucius saw that the old man was going to interrupt but he cut him off before he could say anything. He continued on quickly. "Mr. Potter can be resorted do to the fact that he asked the Sorting Hat to put him in Gryffindor in the first place. Before you even think to dispute that a resorting is against the rules, I am here to remind you that there are no such rules that forbid a resort." Harry gave a pleased look to the red faced Headmaster, he looked as if he wanted to jump up and throw a tantrum right then and there.

"As Mr. Potter wishes, then a resorting shall take place." Albus then stiffly got up out of his chair and walked over to the Sorting Hat on the bookshelf. He took it down and walked over to Harry, he was not happy about this. Placing the hat on his head he and the others waited for the Sorting Hat to do its job.

As Harry was sitting there with the Sorting Hat on his head it started to mentally talk to him.

"Well, hello again Mr. Potter. I see you are finally seeing what has been going on."

"Yes I have and for the first time I plan on taking back control of my life. I don't care what the old goat wants any more, I'm tired of being manipulated. He will not be using me any more to use as his puppet." Harry seethed to the hat as he sat there, on the outside he had a blank face with his eyes closed.

"I applaud you on taking back what is rightfully yours. I tried to warn you in the beginning and many times after that to get you to this point since your first year."

"Thank you for trying but back then I wouldn't have believed any of it. They have fooled me but not any more. I will get them back for what they've done." The hat gave a mental nod and gave him one last forewarning as he had done in his first year.

"I do warn you though Mr. Potter, do keep a look out around the Headmaster, if he can't control you he will surely try to turn you into the next Dark Lord, like he did Mr. Riddle. Well, no matter. I am going to put you right where you belong in the first place." The Sorting Hat twisted to life upon his head.

"SLYTHERIN!"

Harry opened his eyes, letting a smirk slide on to his face. Looking around he saw Lucius smirking and from the look over at the governor, she was fighting one off as well but her eyes twinkled slightly as to not let anyone know. But as he looked up at the Headmaster as he was taking the Sorting Hat off, he thought the headmaster didn't look happy before but he looked livid now. Harry could see it clearly. He really wasn't happy as he looked ready to explode and he surely did, not caring who saw.

"Harry my boy, you’re letting those Slytherin brain wash you! What kind of hero leaves the house of the brave for a house of darkness and evil!? Leaving Gryffindor, a house that was your home since your first year!? How could you not feel safe in Gryffindor? You were protected there!" Harry snapped up out of his chair right at that, making Albus step back. His face taking on an angry look, how dare the old goat say such things to him.

"How am I to feel safe in Gryffindor!? When my ex-best friends want nothing more than my money and to use me for their own gain! You have no right to degrade another house just because Tom Riddle went and became a Dark Lord. When that was your falt in the first place! You are the Headmaster and should accept all the houses not just the one you came from. Besides, Gryffindor has just as many bad wizards and witches just like Slytherin." Breathing hard and glaring at the old man that could make him so ticked off. He gave him a piece of his mind whether he liked it or not.

"Harry, you really need to think about what you are doing. What will people think about their hero becoming a traitor? What would your parents have thought if their only child, who they died protecting, being in the house of the man that killed them in the first place!?" Albus tried angrily to get the boy to listen but he was having no such luck.

"I do not need to think about what I am doing, I know what I am doing. I don't give a hippogriff’s ass what people think about me any more. I'm doing what feels right and if people can't accept that then they can go to hell for all I care." Harry then turned away from the old fart and looked at Lucius.

"Headmaster, now that Mr. Potter has been resorted. I think it's time for him to get to his class. Good day Albus." With that Lucius and Harry left the Headmaster's Office, leaving a steaming professor Dumbledore behind them. The old man knew he had lost this time around. However he would not lose control of his pawn this time. He would not let Harry turn out like Tom, he would kill him before that happened.

Outside of the Headmaster's Office, Lucius looked over at Harry as they were walking. He was proud of his young love for he had stood up to the old tart, defending himself and the house of Slytherin. He just couldn't hide the smirk that bloomed across his face at what he had witnessed.

"What is your next class Mr. Potter?" He inquired wanting to spend a little more time with him before he left.

"Potions. Why do you ask?" Harry looked at him raising an eyebrow slightly.

"May I accompany you there? I wouldn't want to be responsible if anything were to happen to you on the way there." Harry nodded his head.

"Sure I like that." Lucius gave a small smile. Walking through the halls to the dungeons, they ran into Ron and the other idiots. Ron looked up and glared at them as they walked up the hall.

"Look at that, the not so golden boy is walking around with a death eater!" Ron taunted harshly at them.

"Oh, I bet he is going to join the dark side now, he thinks he is all that and now everyone will see what kind of person he really is. He could careless about us now that he is a Malfoy groupie." Ginny reached up and cuffed her brother hard in the back of his head. She looked over at Harry as they walked up.

"Harry why are you walking with that death eater?" She asked trying to get back on his good side.

"That is none of your concern, blood trader!" Harry sharply told her, not wanting to deal with her anymore. Ginny just gave a sad look and a small huff as they went on by.

When they reached the dungeons, Harry saw Draco and his new friends waiting for him outside of the picture of Salazar. He could have sworn he heard the man beside him groan. When they got closer to the Slytherin’s portrait, he decided to speak up and pick on Lucius.

"Hello my dear Lucius," Salazar smirked at the blond man. "How is my darling doing today?" Lucius put a hand over his face while trying not to laugh at Salazar. He looked up to see his son smirking at him, Lucius then looked back at Salazar.

"It's not like you don't know." He gave the man a light glare, Salazar smirk grew bigger.

"It always sounds better coming from you." Harry knowing who they were talking about, sneered. He really didn't know why he felt like this but when ever he thought about Lucius being with Tom he became jealous and upset.

Lucius feeling the change of emotions in Harry, he smirked to himself. He would have to get Tom and Harry in the same room soon or Harry would become more possessive over him and distant to his other mate. Lucius then gave Salazar a look that said 'drop the Marvolo talk' as he gestured his head toward Harry. Salazar seeing what he was talking about stopped talking and went back to smiling smugly at the blond. Lucius rolled his eyes at the man in the picture and leaned over to whisper in Harry's ear.

"I'm going to talk to Tom as soon as I get home. He will send you a letter through Draco with the time to meet him in the chamber. I will come with him to make it easier on the both of you." Harry gave him a small smile in thanks and told him he would like that. Lucius then pulled back to look him over and frowned. Before Harry could say another word, Lucius pulled out his wand from his cane and waved it over him. Draco and Pansy ran up to them and gave him a big hug.

"Now your in the right house!" Harry not knowing what he was talking about looked down at himself and gasped.

His tie was no longer red and gold but was now green and silver along with his coat of arms that no longer held a golden lion but a silver snake. For the first time since coming to Hogwarts he felt like he was wearing the right colors. He looked back up and turned around before he knew what he was doing he hugged Lucius. Pulling away with a light blush he quickly stepped back over to Draco, who was laughing at the look on his friends face. Harry just smacked him in the arm for laughing at him, Lucius just smiled on.

"Alright Mr. Potter, now that your at your class I must take my leave but do stay out of trouble." Harry and Draco nodded their heads. With that Lucius turned around and left walking down the hall, though Harry couldn't help but watch the taller man's ass as he left.

"Come on, we're going to be late if you keep staring at my father like that." Harry face went bright red at being caught. He quickly gathered himself and joined Draco and the others in going into potions class.

When everyone was seated in class, some were giving Harry curious looks as he was now wearing Slytherin colors some were even giving him glares but he didn't care, he knew where he belonged and that is all that mattered to him. Snape came bursting in to the class in his over dramatic way with his robes billowing, his long strides carrying him up to the front of the class to give them instructions for the day.

"Every one pull out your Potions text and turn to page 216 and do the potion listed there. The potion is due at the end of class and then start writing a one foot essay that will be due at the start of next class. What are you waiting for!? Get to work!" Snape snapped then went over to his desk and started marking papers.

Everyone started to shuffle around getting out their books and setting up their equipment for the lesson. After about twenty minutes into class, Harry noticed Hermione who sat at the next table over giving him a glare every time she was stirring her potion. Harry looked over to Draco and nudged him with his elbow to get his attention, he gestured with his head at the bushy haired girl next to them. Draco just smirked, grabbed an ingredient and handed it to Harry as he indicated to him to toss it into her cauldron. Taking the ingredient, Harry looked to make sure Snape wasn't looking and threw it into her cauldron when she was distracted with looking in her text book.

Hermione snapped her head to her potion she was making upon hearing a 'plop' she realized that someone had thrown something in and now her cauldron was starting to boil over and splatter on to her desk. She glanced over to Draco and Harry quietly snickering, she glared at them as professor Snape stormed over to her.

"Ms. Granger! What is the meaning of this!? Have you forgotten how to make a potion or has all those hair fixing charms gone to your head!" Snape waved his wand at the cauldron that was boiling over, glaring down at her.

"It wasn't my fault sir. Someone threw," Snape didn't let her finished.

"Enough! Twenty points from Gryffindor for messing up a potion and ten points for making excuses. Anything else Ms. Granger you would like to add? or would you like me to give you a detention?" Snape sneered down his nose at the girl who was looking at him like she was going to refute again but instead she snapped her mouth closed and shook her head.

Snape then heard snickering from the side and sharply looked over to Draco and Harry, narrowing his eyes at the dark haired teen. He noticed that Harry's robes now showed he was in Slytherin, he wondered how the hell that happen.

"Something funny you like to share with the rest of the class, Mr. Potter? Or did you have to be a wanna be Slytherin just to think you could get away with it?" He hotly sneered down at the teen, who turned his head to look up at him. Harry just let a smug smirk stretch across his face, his eyes glittering at the professor glaring down at him.

"Nothing is funny, sir. And I'm not a wanna be Slytherin! I was resorted unless you are to blind to notice that my tie and badge are now Slytherin. If you don't like it then take it up with the school board governors cause two of them were there when I was resorted. So, why don't you mind your business and open your eyes and stop acting like I'm James Potter!! You're a bully just like he was and you have the nerve to think you are better, taking your hatred out on a child because of something that happened over twenty years ago. I thought childishness was a Gryffindor trait, not a Slytherin trait. Now who is the wanna be Slytherin, if you are the one acting like the child and if you say I'm the child. Then let me remind you that I am one but what is your excuse?" Harry just smirked up at the professor seething in front of him. He just couldn't help himself, something inside him screamed to insult the snarky bastard and it felt good to take him down a notch. Snape just glared even harder at the boy, gathered up his robes and turned sharply back to his desk but before he did.

"Five points from Slytherin for your cheek Mr. Potter." He threw over his shoulder. Hermione and Ron both smirked at that even if they lost more points then they did.

"Don't worry we'll get them back." Draco whisper to him as they went back to working on their potion. After successfully completing their potion before the class bell they gathered their books up and headed out of potions class. When they got in the hall Draco looked over at him.

"Hey what happened up in the Headmaster's Office? Anything gossip worthy?" Harry just gave the blond boy a smirk and gave him a look that said 'you would like to know but I'm not telling'. Draco turned and walked backwards in front of Harry.

"Oh, come on. Spill!" Harry just shook his head.

"Another time Dray." Draco just pouted and returned to walking beside Harry and Blaise.

When they reached their next class it was Transfiguration, they took up seats on the Slytherin side of the room. Harry looked up at the front of the room and saw that Prof. McGonagall was frowning at him, her eyes locking on to his robes noticing his change of color and his badge. He hoped she wouldn't say anything like Snape did, he pulled out his books getting ready for her instructions. She walked over to him, standing to the side of his desk.

"Mr. Potter, would you care to explain to me why you are now wearing Slytherin colors? Losing one of my favorite students is a disappointment." Her lips pressed together in a line waiting. Harry just sighed, he really didn't want to have this conversation but he should have one so that everyone wouldn't be all in his business.

"I was resorted this morning. I am now in the house I should have been in since day one. The only reason I was in Gryffindor, was because I trusted the wrong people and I have taken steps to correct that over sight." He shot a venomous look at Ron when he said those words, McGonagall noticed but didn't say anything.

"I feel much safer in the house I'm in now. Besides, even though I am now in Slytherin I don't have to worry about my ex-best friends talking about me when they think I'm asleep or worry about them getting paid to be my friends." He gave an evil smirk at Ron and Hermione, who were glaring slightly at him trying not to get professor McGonagall attention.

Minerva was secretly proud of him for being who he wanted to be and for taking charge by going in to his true house where he belonged. Harry was also proud to know that it was just one more step in the right direction. Outwardly McGonagall frown but her eyes sparked hope for the young man that he was becoming.

"Alright Mr. Potter." She stiffly nodded her head and told everyone what they were going to do to day.

They were going to turn a chair into a wardrobe in today’s lesson and of course during the lesson Hermione got it the first time though it was a laugh to see Ron try time and time again with his face getting redder and redder on each attempt. Both he and his friends had a good laugh as they watched him, Ron just glared at them wanting to curse them.

Once Transfiguration class was over, they headed on down to the Library laughing at Ron's attempts in Transfiguration class and making faces and jokes. When they reach the Library they went and found a closed off table so no one could see them from the door way. As they sat at the table doing there class work for Transfiguration class, Harry couldn't help but wonder if Tom would even want to see him. I mean would you want to meet someone that has constantly caused problems for you? With that thought, he felt guilty again, he really needed to get over those damn Gryffindor tendencies. Then he perked up when he remembered that if Tom did come he would get to see Lucius again. He couldn't understand it but he felt safe and could be himself around the blond. With a small smile he turned to Draco and snatched his book he was reading.

"Hey!! I was using that!" Draco huffed indignantly, Harry just smirked at him as he flipped through the book he snatched.

"Oh shut up Dray, you were looking in the quidditch magazine." Draco rolled his eyes at him and went back to reading up on new brooms though he did shake his magazine out at Harry and mumbled under his breath.

"That is because unlike you, I wasn't day dreaming about my father." Harry tried unsuccessfully to hide his blush. Blaise started to laugh, hardly smothering it behind his hand.

"Does the ex golden boy have a thing for Lucius Malfoy??" Harry tried to hit him with the book he was reading but Blaise just laughed and dodged out of the way.

"He better hope my step dad doesn't find out." Harry then reached over and smacked Draco over the head.

"Hey watch the hair!!" The blond whined making sure a hair wasn't out of place.

"Sometimes, I really can't stand you. You just had to bring him up!! I was enjoying not remembering him!!" Draco then gave him a smirk of his own. Harry just wanted to smack him again but instead he just glared at the blond Slytherin.

"He is so touchy feely with father, they are always kissing and hugging." Before Draco could say anything else the stupid trio walked over.

"Well, If it isn't the darkside's newest boot licker!" Ron sneered puffing his chest out. "You have your mark yet, Potter?"

"I bet the smell of the dead corpses would kill anyone in the room." Ron then put the back of his hand on his forehead and pretended to faint, Ginny just laughed along with her brother. Draco narrowed his sharply silver eyes, he hated when people talked bad about his step father. No one knew just how close they really were but him and his father, the red head was pushing it. Before he could say another word Harry stood up his face holding a smug smirk but his emerald eyes sparked angrily.

"Oh Ginny, I know you aren't laughing when you were so quick to spread your legs for him in your first year!" Ginny's eyes widen and her face turn red so fast you thought she might have passed out from the rush of it. Then her face twisted in to anger as she whipped out her wand pointing it at him.

However Harry, Draco and Blaise had already had their wands pointed at her and the other two. Out of the corner of his eye, Harry saw Pansy with Crabbe and Goyle walking toward them. The two blokes were thick but more muscle then fat as Draco had told him, even if the two ate like pigs.

"Are you all stupid?!" Blaise told them. "You are so out numbered!" With that Hermione looked over her shoulder quickly and stiffened.

They were in the center of the two groups of Slytherins, who all had their wands pointing at them. She nudged Ginny in the side and gestured with her head behind them. When Ginny looked over behind her she saw the other group of Slytherins, she paled in fright. If they didn't make Ron shut up they would not leave here in one piece and she knew that the only reason they got away with stuff before was that the librarian liked Harry. Now that Harry was no longer on their side, they had to play it safe. While she was going on with her internal turmoil, Ron was still running off at the mouth.

"Oh please, why would my sister want to sleep with that revolting creature that calls himself a Dark Lord! He probably can't even get it up anyway!" Before anyone could tell what had happened, Draco shot a spell at the red head and the next thing they knew he was thrown back into the book shelf behind him.

"Don't you ever fucking talk about my..." But Harry had put a hand over his mouth before the blond could finish his line of thoughtlessness.

"Calm down Draco, you don't want them to know about Tom and your father." He whispered into the enraged blond's ear. Pulling himself together and taking a deep breath Draco grabbed all of his stuff and his other friends stuff, then he pulled them out of the library. But not before giving the trio a look that could freeze hell over that would have made Voldemort proud, for in that one look, Harry and the others knew Draco would be the one to kill Ron.

Reaching the hall they all stayed quiet looking over at Draco making sure he didn't up and turn back around to kill the red head. They all knew now that the weasel would be Draco's to kill, Harry couldn't help but smirk at how stupid Ron was to enrage the blond Slytherin.

"Come on Dray lets head to lunch. I'll tell ya what happened in the Headmaster's Office to cheer ya up." Harry nudge the blond gently trying to get him out of his horrible mood. Draco nodded his head to that and they all headed to the Great Hall for lunch. As they approached the doors to the Great Hall a Ministry official was standing there, he looked over to them as they came up.

"Hello Mr. Potter, my name is Dax Kristopher, I'm from the Ministry of Magic in the department of Law enforcement. I'm sorry it took so long for us to get to you after the attack but we had some problems with your magical guardian. He wanted to be in the room when you gave your testimony but we do not allow such things, not even for him." Mr. Kristopher introduced himself reaching out his hand for Harry to shake.

"Nice to meet you Mr. Kristopher and thanks for not allowing him to." Harry shook his hand and gave the man a small smile.

"No problem. Now I would like to talk to you in private, do you by chance have a room that you feel comfortable in?" Dax looked at the others standing with Harry.

"Yes, sir." Harry then turn to his friends. "You guys go ahead this won't take long. See you guys in a bit." They told Harry good luck and walked on in to the Great Hall.

"It's down in Slytherin, sir." The man nodded his head at Harry to take the lead. They headed on down to the Slytherin dungeons, he was taking the man to the room Draco had taken him to before he was attacked to talk. When they reached the room Harry just smiled at Salazar and he opened the door to the same room he and Draco had used so long ago. Making themselves comfortable, Harry began to tell the man what he remembered of that night.

After about half a hour with the man, Harry had headed back up to the Great Hall to join his slytherin friends. When he joined them at the table it was the same routine with Pansy filling his plate. He was getting use to it now but still gave her a small smile in thanks for her care. Though when he did get a few bites in Draco turned to him.

"You going to tell me what went on up in the Headmaster's Office?" The others looked over wanting to hear what Harry would tell them.

"Of course Dray, I'll tell." And so Harry went on telling them what had happened early that day. They all laughed and pulled a face here and there through his story.

Once lunch was over they headed on to their other classes, they had History of Magic in which Harry had dozed off though Draco and Pansy both nudged him over and over to try to keep him awake. In Ancient Runes he was stuck with Theo jabbering his ear off about this or that in class. Theo was in the middle of his jabbering when the last bell sounded for them to go to dinner, Harry grabbed his things along with Theo and they headed out to meet up with the others.

"Hey over here Harry!" Harry and Theo jogged over to Draco and Blaise who were a few classrooms down.

"Hey guys, so how was your class?"

"You should have been in class with us. Draco held up a piece of paper with large letters saying 'CHECK YOUR FLY'. Then when we were in the middle of a quiz, Draco got up and pointed at the professor and screamed 'You ruined Christmas!' and stormed out of the room, slamming the door on his way out. You should have seen the professor's face, he was just like what the hell just happened." Blaise was trying not to fall over as they laughed at what the blond had done. Harry and the others just shook their heads with smirks on their faces at the blond, who was smirking like he was some shit.

They went to dinner and told Pansy what had happened in class with Draco. Even Pansy couldn't stop chuckling at the picture they painted for her. Once dinner was over they headed on down to Slytherin, chatting and laughing about their day they had. They were just passing by Salazar picture when he called out to them.

"My young snakes, what are you up too?" They all stopped and gathered around.

"Hello Lord Slytherin, we're just heading to the dorms to hang out and relax. Is there something you need?" Salazar's green flash red for a moment as he grinned at the group, they knew something was up.

"Go drop your books off and join me where my secrets lie and I'll tell you what it is I ask of you." He smirked at them as he turned and left not telling them anything else.

"Come on guys lets go and take care of our books and head out before curfew." Harry told them. They all nodded going into Slytherin dorms. When they all dropped their books off and gathered back in the commons, they all started to talk as they headed out once more.

"I wonder what Salazar wants with us?" Pansy asked looking over to Harry as she thought he might know.

"I bet it's about our training. Think he's going to start soon or do you think he changed his mind?" Blaise and Draco were both frowning hoping that it was the first one rather then the latter. Harry looked at all of them, he just hoped Salazar knew what he was doing though he knew that he shouldn't doubt the man but he couldn't help feeling worried about his new family. Harry straightened himself, he trusted that nothing bad would happen when they reach the chamber.

"I don't know but we're going to find out when we get down there." They all nodded wanting to get down there as soon as they could as they headed on out of Slytherin to the chamber of secrets where Salazar awaited them.
