The Howler

Lucius and Severus were cuddled up on the sofa when the owl dropped the red envelope in to Lucius' lap.
Hardly believeing his eyes as it landed on the quilt he picked it and looked at it noting that it was already starting to smolder in his grasp.
He had not had only of these since he was a child and he flipped the envelope open instantly it transformed in to a mouth shaped folding.
MALFOY
WE KNOW YIU ARE BEHIND THE GIFTS AND KINDNESS BEING SHOWED TO HERMIONE AT THE MOMENT.
TONKS WORKED OUT THAT THE CREST ON THE PARCHMENT WAS THE OLDER MALFY CREST.
I WILL WARN YOU ONCE IF YOU SO MUCH AS SPLIT A HAIR ON HERMIONE'S HEAD WE WILL HURT YOU DOWN AND I WILL HAVE YOUR BALLS FOR EARRINGS!
AS FOR YOU CORACTICUS BAINE I CHARGE YOU WITH HERMIONE'S CARE SEE THAT SHE IS SAFE OR I WILL HAVE TWO SETS OF BALL EARRINGS!

Lucius folded the letter and smirked so they knew well that was a good thing at any rate and he was going to suggest that Hermione contact them tonight anyway. disguarding the letter to the floor he turnd to face Severus who smiled at him the took his mouth in a passionate kiss.
