Lost Mark

Gah gah gah gah! Okay I apologize. My plot bunnies are being mean and now I’m working on yet another story. Though that one I’m not planning to post till I have 3-4 chapters made first. Maybe that’s why I’m having so much trouble writing the second chapter… Oh well! Or at least I wasn’t. *Glares at muse*

Harry stared at the man that looked like his godfather. There was no way it could be Sirius not after what had happened at the ministry last year. Harry hesitantly stepped forward as the two men turned to look at the two who had just entered. Harry paused in sheer shock at the face of his Godfather as Tom watched Harry with a smirk.

“S-Sirius?” Harry actually stuttered in surprise. The man’s face broke into a huge smile. He then charged at Harry and lifted him into a hug.

“Hey Harry. Yeah I’m actually here.” Sirius said to Harry. Sirius heard both Tom and Severus growl at what he was doing before he set Harry down.

“How?” Was all Harry could get out as he felt Tom’s arms enwrap him. Somehow he knew Tom was glaring violently at Sirius. While he watched Severus came up behind Sirius and to Harry’s shock grabbed onto the other man and held him tightly.

“Oh you can blame this one on the greasy git here. Seems all this time he was the creature that was my mate. James prevented him from approaching me.” Sirius explained as he got hit over the head by Severus.

“How many times are you going to call me that?” Severus asked as Sirius just grinned. Harry slowly shook his head seeing the two interact then began to laugh. Tom smiled at Harry’s laughter then glanced at the others. Severus motioned to Tom and the two of them walked off to a corner to softly talk to each other.

“Well since my Vampire has business with your mate, what is he any ways?” Sirius asked suddenly realizing he didn’t know much about what the so called dark lord’s creature blood.

“From what he told me, he has Incubus blood in him.” Harry said softly blushing bright red. Sirius stared at Harry then glanced back at the man known as Lord Voldemort.

“Incubus, you are one lucky kid.” Sirius said sounding almost jealous. Harry blinked and stared at Sirius wondering what he meant. Harry then bit his lower lip nervously and looked at Sirius.

“Am I really? I mean think about it. I am the mate of the man who is believed to be the most evil of Dark Lords.” Harry pointed out quietly. Sirius frowned at Harry’s words then shrugged a moment.

“All things Albus made sure everyone believed. It also didn’t help that James used an illegal ritual on you that made it seem like his mate was dead.” Sirius pointed out quietly. Harry frowned again at Sirius words then nodded.

“I guess not. He has treated me very well. He hasn’t pushed me into anything either.” Harry said softly. Sirius looked at Harry then sighed a moment. He wasn’t sure how much he should tell Harry but he gently hugged the boy again.

“So what are you planning to do? I would suggest that you let him mate with you before you go back to school. I know Severus will watch out for you once you are back there but there is only so much he can do.” Sirius pointed out quietly. Harry nodded a bit then leaned back his eyes closed.

“I’m not sure I’m ready to have sex though Sirius. Tom is amazing and so kind but still I don’t know, I mean I never even thought of being with another man. I wanted a big family Sirius how am I supposed to get this being mated to another male?” Harry asked softly revealing some of his worries to Sirius. Sirius started to laugh softly at what Harry was saying then shook his head.

“Harry, you don’t know that wizards who are mated to magical creatures can have children?” Sirius asked in shock. He frowned as Harry gapped at Sirius.

“What?!?” Harry exclaimed drawing Tom’s attention from his conversation with Severus. He began to walk over not sure if Harry was being threatened when he heard Sirius laughing slightly.

“Harry calm down, I just never thought that Albus would not even teach this. Now listen carefully. Male wizards with creature mates have the ability to carry when the creature mate is male, but male wizards can also get pregnant by other male wizards when the right combination of potions and spells are used.” Sirius explained with a slight shrug. Harry sat down heavily and took a slow deep breath. Tom and Severus both came over to them at this point, Tom placing a hand gently on Harry’s shoulder.

“Pet is everything okay?” Tom asked worried about Harry’s actions. Harry smiled and Tom and licked his lips nervously. Severus meanwhile was glaring at his mate for upsetting Harry and thus irritating Tom.

“Yeah I just didn’t know that men could carry children in the wizarding world.” Harry said softly shaking his head slightly. Tom smiled and relaxed instantly understanding Harry’s shock. He had gone through it himself when he had learned at Hogwarts that it was possible. He lightly hugged Harry letting him absorb the information.

“It’s okay I understand what you mean. It was hard for me to adjust when I first learned about it myself.” Tom admitted with a slight shrug. Harry blinked then leaned into Tom with a soft smile.

“Well now that you’ve worried your mate over nothing and if you two are done I need to steal as much time from my mate as possible. I won’t be able to see him much once Hogwarts starts again. Can’t let Albus know I’m alive can we?” Sirius said with a laugh. Severus actually groaned then looked at Tom.

“Be glad you didn’t get stuck with a mutt like I did Tom. He is going to drive me to distraction.” Severus complained. He was smiling the whole time he spoke though. Harry chuckled then shook his head.

“Severus, you are ruining your professor persona around me.” Harry pointed out. Severus narrowed his eyes at Harry then smirked a moment.

“Oh don’t worry, you’ll remember soon enough. After all we have parts to play don’t we?” Severus pointed out. Harry actually paled a bit then gulped.

“Yeah I forgot about that.” Harry admitted softly as he ducked his head. Tom glared a moment at Severus for making Harry upset but all Severus did was shrug a bit. Severus stood and gathered Sirius to himself.

“Well Tom, Harry we should be off. If you need me Tom you know how to get in touch with me.” Severus stated softly. Tom nodded and watched the two leave, once they were gone he just held Harry with a soft content sigh. There was a lot to do yet to fix the wizarding world but with Harry in his arm’s it was easy to forget.

“Tom, what is the chance of you wanting a large family?” Harry asked softly. He sounded almost nervous as he asked. Tom frowned worried that Harry wouldn’t want to go through the discomfort of carrying children.

“How many we have if any will be up to you Harry.” Tom said trying to keep his hope for a large family down. Being an orphan with no family of his own made him crave one. Harry looked up slowly at Tom his eyelashes hiding some of his green eyes.

“Well I know I want at least two. I was just scared you wouldn’t want any. Finding out we could have children means a lot to me. It means that I can have my desire for a large happy loving family.” Harry said smiling in joy. Tom blinked then hugged Harry tightly.

“You want a large family as well? I’m so glad to hear this.” Tom said softly. Harry blinked then laughed tears of joy sliding down his cheeks. He didn’t even realize what he was doing as he kissed the tall man himself for once. Tom froze for a moment in surprise then kissed Harry back softly. He slowly pulled away from the kiss once Harry did and smiled softly.

“That was a lovely kiss. Thank you pet.” Tom said softly as he turned to lead Harry out of the room. Harry just kept smiling happily his mind traveling along paths of the future. Tom just watched as Harry walked beside him silently. He was almost sure now Harry would not leave him but the fear of him being stolen away was just as bad.

“You are welcome Tom. I think I am starting to adjust to this and I know how to return to the school without rising to much suspicion. Even though he thinks you caught me. I just need to work out a few more of the problems.” Harry said then hugged tightly to Tom.

“Harry he knows I caught you. With what was done to Severus to get you hear.” Tom pointed out almost sadly. Harry just sighed and rubbed at his head then growled. He wished there was an easier way to do this.

“Bloody hell Tom you don’t make things easy do you?” Harry asked causing Tom to start laughing. He looked at Harry his eyes soft with care.

“Since when have I ever made things easy?” Tom asked. Harry frowned but nodded slowly as he took a few deep breaths. Harry began to laugh after a bit then slowly pulled away from Tom.

“I’m going back to my room. I need to think for awhile.” Harry said with a slight frown then ran off. Tom sighed sadly as he watched the young man run off.

“See you soon my pet.” Tom said softly.
