We had miss granger captive earlier this year. You have dissapointed the dark lord but he is willing to give you a second chance. If you can bring him miss Granger everything will be forgotten. This is a generous offer Draco. I suggest you take him up on it.

Hermione looked at Draco fearfully but he took her into his arms and threw the letter into the fire.
"I wouldn't even think of it Mione." Hermione let loose a small sob but controlled herself.
"I know. Did you open my present?" Draco shook his head and she handed him a small package. He shook it gently and then ripped off the paper. He held in his hand a book on parenting for idiots. Draco had never seen a book like it and was dumbstruck.
"Thanks but why?" Hermione shrugged.
"You're my boyfriend. I'm going to have babies and you will need to help me out therefore I gave you a book to teach you all you need to know." Draco hugged her tightly. At that moment an owl flew through the window and dropped a letter on Hermione's head. She ripped it open.

Hermione sighed. Only two more horcruxes to go before they had to confront Voldemort.
The months passed quickly until Hermione was in her eighth month of pregnancy. Still no one else knew about it and often they would ask her why she carried herself so differently. Hermione still didn't talk much. Even with how much Draco had helped her Hermione still withdrew into herself. She wished Harry and Ron were there to comfort her. She continued to learn new forms until she could do hundreds of animals easily.
It happened one night in mid April that Hermione and Draco were curled up against one another. Hermione was in a black panther form when she tensed and automatically changed back to a human. She groaned.
"Draco. It's time." Draco paled. He had read her book on parenting but still nothing prepared him for this. He scooped her into his arms.
"I'm taking you to the hospital wing."
"No...Draco no one can know." She groaned
"They have to find out sometime Mione." Hermione winced.
"Fine but put a glamour on the mark first and fix my hair." When she looked normal but for her bulging stomach Draco began running towards the infirmary. It was the middle of the night and he had to yell five times for her before Madame Pomfrey appeared.
"My dear what is the matter?" She asked as she saw Hermione groaning in Draco's arms. Hermione absently waved her hand and the glamour on her stomach dropped. Madame Pomfrey let out an involuntary yelp "Oh my!" She hurried to get Hermione into a bed. She shoved Draco out of the room and called for the headmistress.
Draco paced outside frantic with worry. He peeked through the windows in the doors when he heard Hermione scream. For seven hours her screaming tortured him but finally, at seven thirty in the morning he heard her burst out laughing.
"Draco Malfoy!" She called and he happily ran into the room to find a sweaty Hermione with tears of laughter streaming down her face holding a baby boy in one arm and a girl in the other. He smiled. "Did you mean to make them look like that?" Draco blushed.
The babies looked as though he was the father. He nodded. The little boy had pale blonde hair and chocolate brown eyes the girl had a thick head of the same color hair and gray eyes to match his own. Hermione took a deep breath to calm her hysterical laughter.
"Well, as they look as though they were born of you and me it is only fit that you should help choose their names." Draco was delighted. They argued over names for a long time before deciding on James for the boy and Anna for the girl. When that was decided Hermione called the nurse and headmistress into the room and told them.
"Miss Granger it is important that I ask, who is the father?" Mcgonagall asked. Hermione answered without hesitation.
"Draco." The two adults looked surprised as neither had known the two were so intimate. The nurse filled out a birth cirtificate. And so it was that James Albus Granger and Anna Lily Granger came into the world. The young couple couldn't have been happier.
Their happiness was inturrupted however, by Snape's running into the room. "The Dark Lord plans to attack Hogwarts within the week!" He said and everyone went pale. Then Snape saw Hermione and the two children. He rolled his eyes. "Great. Two new know it alls. Just what Hogwarts needs."
"Two know it all children of Gryffindor and Slytherin I will have you know!" Hermione said and gestured at Draco. Snape looked shocked.
"Back to the situation at hand however how do we protect the students?" He asked. Ever the intelligent one Hermione was the first one to come up with a plan.
