The date
Hermione spent the next few days trying to write some structure to her argument and trying to decide what and when she would tell Luna write.
Severus, on the other hand, spent his time fighting between his erotic dreams of Hermione and the ethics of the situation. He was in one big mess.
Hermione knew that the Ministry weren\'t going to make it easy for her, but when an owl arrived at her window; her curses would have made a sailor blush.
\'Tap tap tap\'.
Hermione looked up to see an owl at her window. She stood up and let it in. It landed on her table and she approached it. Carefully, she untied the letter from its leg.
She unfolded the parchment and read it.
Some time later when she had finished cursing, Hermione realized what this letter meant. She would have too see Snape, sooner rather than later.

Severus woke up when he heard shouting. Grumbling, he ambled over to the barred door and peered down the corridor. Immediately he stopped his cursing.
Hermione was standing at the end desk waving her arms around screaming at the top of her voice.
\"I demand to be let in NOW!!\"
\"I am sorry Miss Granger, but you do not have an appointment and as you do not work at the Ministry -\" The guard shouted back.
\"LOOK!\" She shoved some parchment under his nose. While he was looking she took out her wand. Severus just about heard her, \"Stupdifey.\" The man fell back into a chair. Hermione tucked the parchment into her pocket and aimed her wand between the mans eyes, \"Obliviate.\"
The man looked dazed and Hermione quickly tucked her wand up her sleeve. Then she took some keys.
\"Thank you so much sir.\" Hermione said in a sweet voice and then started towards Severus\' cell.
Severus jumped back into bed and closed his eyes. He heard the keys turn and the door open and close.
Foot steps came closer and closer and he squinted to see Hermione crouching in front of him.
\"Professor.\" She put her hand on his arm and shook him lightly, \"Professor, this is important. Wake up.\"
Severus opened his eyes, trying to look sleepy, \"What do you want Miss Granger?\"
\"We have a trial date.\" She said quietly as she stood up. Severus sat up and looked at her expectantly.
\"When?\" He asked when she didn\'t speak.
\"T-tomorrow...\"
