A magic broom ride
Draco was having trouble sleeping, Hermione was on his mind. Least did he know but she felt the same way. Her heart was still with Severus but the more she was with Draco her feelings were confused. Draco finally having enough decided to go for a broom ride. Coming around to the side of the manor where Hermione's room was he was surprised to see her on the balcony, "Hello Draco," He smiled at her. "Would you like to come for a ride?" Hermione was scared of heights, so she looked at the broom slightly scared.
[Draco:] I can show you the world
Shining, shimmering, splendid
Tell me, Hermione, now when did
You last let your heart decide?
I can open your eyes
Take you wonder by wonder
Over, sideways and under
On a magic broomstick ride
A whole new world
A new fantastic point of view
No one to tell us no
Or where to go
Or say we're only dreaming
Taking his hand Hermione allowed him to sit her on the brrom in front of him as they soared into the night, she looked at the world beneath them in awe.
[Hermione:] A whole new world
A dazzling place I never knew
But when I'm way up here
It's crystal clear
That now I'm in a whole new world with you
[Draco:] Now I'm in a whole new world with you
[Hermione:] Unbelievable sights
Indescribable feeling
Soaring, tumbling, freewheeling
Through an endless diamond sky
A whole new world
Draco swooped down suddenly causing Hermione to give a small shriek as he held her tight
[Draco:] Don't you dare close your eyes
[Hermione:] A hundred thousand things to see
[Draco:] Hold your breath - it gets better
[Hermione:] I'm like a shooting star
I've come so far
I can't go back to where I used to be
[Draco:] A whole new world
[Hermione:] Every turn a surprise
[Draco:] With new horizons to pursue
[Hermione:] Every moment red-letter
[Both:] I'll chase them anywhere
There's time to spare
Let me share this whole new world with you
A whole new world
That's where we'll be
[Draco:] A thrilling chase
[Hermione:] A wondrous place
[Both:] For you and me
Draco dropped her back off at her room. Hermione smiled blushing slightly as she went back to bed finally falling asleep with a small smile on her face.
