Teddy Bear

Harry and Remus sat next to each other in the dungeon, trying to keep each other warm.
Harry had his wings wrapped around Remus, but he couldn\'t stop shivering. Remus had
removed his cloak and wrapped Harry up in it, and any rags that he could find in the
place, but he continued to shiver, still cold.


\"Harry, are you scared?\" Remus asked softly. Harry shook his head, his teeth chattering.


\"Not why I\'m shivering.\" He stuttered. \"It\'s cold in here.\" Harry said softly. Remus
wrapped his arms around Harry, trying to help warm him up, but it wasn\'t helping too
much, and it didn\'t help when Harry\'s lips started to turn blue, but he was breathing
regularly and wasn\'t having any difficulty.


\"Harry, wrap yourself up in your wings and try to keep as warm as possible.\" Remus told
him. Harry did so, and Remus began to search desperately for a way out or for some
source of heat for Harry, but there was nothing. He went back to Harry, and he was still
shivering like mad.


\"Harry, I need you to stay awake for me.\" Remus said to the drowsing boy. He knew
what he had to do because something was definately wrong with Harry. He stripped
down quickly. \"Harry, open your wings.\" Remus instructed him. Harry did so, and he
stripped Harry, He laid down and piled all of the clothes and rags mainly on top of
Harry. \"Now close your wings.\" He instructed. Harry did so and they were cacooned in
the heat.


They laid like that for who knows how long. Harry\'s lips lost their blueness, but his teeth
kept chattering and his shivering kept up, even with Remus\'s arms wrapped around
him. Remus did his best to stay awake, but the heat was causing him to become sleepy
and he ended up falling asleep despite his best attempts. Harry, without Remus to keep
him awake, fell asleep too.

Severus couldn\'t sleep. Something was wrong. Something bad was going to happen and he
knew it, but he didn\'t know what it was. After the fifteen hours were up, Severus was beginning
to become quite frantic. He didn\'t understand it. What was wrong? All Harry did was go back
to Hogwarts, and that was the only thing that had changed. Something was very, very wrong.


When morning came, Severus was almost to the point of yanking out his own hair. He sat on
his bed, trying to figure out what was wrong. He was even hugging his teddy bear, trying to
calm himself down so he could figure it out. He went and got into Harry\'s bed, surrounding
himself with his mate\'s scent to try and calm down, but he was only becoming more frantic.


He went downstairs to breakfast and one look at him told everyone at the table that something
was wrong. It was right then that he got a clear image of Harry, scared, cold, and in a very
dark place that was not Hogwarts. He suddenly knew that Remus was with him.


\"Severus, what\'s wrong, honey?\" Molly asked immediatly, feeling Severus\'s forehead. He
shoved her away.


\"Get off of me you over zealous woman! Lucius, I need to return to Hogwarts. There is something
in my quarters that I need. Harry\'s in trouble. He\'s somewhere and cold, dark, and he\'s scared.
And Remus is with him.\" Severus said in his old cold, bastardly voice. Everyone just stared at
me. He just got even more irritated. \"You fools!\" He said and turned on his heel and left the
room.


A hand caught his elbow and he turned to look up into the face of Lucius.


\"You remember?\" Lucius growled. Severus removed his arm from Lucius\'s grip.


\"Only after fifteen hours and I\'m surrounded by my mate\'s scent. You will take me to Hogwarts
as my teenage form doesn\'t yet know how to apparate yet.\" Severus growled.


\"How about we sit here and you explain to us why you did what you did.\" Lucius\'s voice was
gaining a rather animalistic tone, and his wings were growing sharp claws on the top of them.


\"How about we save Harry\'s life, because if I\'m not mistaken, the full moon is in two days. I
don\'t think I need to explain what\'s going to happen to my mate.\" Severus growled, and they
all heard a tearing sound and two wings grew from Severus\'s back and grew claws at the top.


\"Harry\'s your mate? Why didn\'t you tell me?\" Lucius asked, surprised.


\"Because he was only a year old when I found out. It\'s why I have his blasted teddy bear. It\'s
why I was sleeping in his bed that one night.\" Severus explained. \"Now you will take me to
Hogwarts so I may get into my quarters.\" Lucius nodded, shocked.

Remus woke up, and then he became angry with himself. He had allowed himself to fall
asleep! Of all of the foolish things that he could have done. He was about to yell at Harry
for letting him fall asleep when he found that Harry was asleep as well, shivering and
teeth chattering.


\"Harry, wake up!\" Remus cried, fear grasping him tightly as he shook Harry, trying to
wake him up. It wasn\'t working. \"Harry!\" He yelled. He heard Harry mumbled something
and leaned in close.


\"Severus......cold............dark........moon........dark.................Severus.......help........\"
Remus stared at Harry and he tried to wake Harry up for a while longer before he gave
up and spent all of his energy trying to keep Harry as warm as he possibly could.
