Chapter 10
The people in the room were looking at one another now. The members of the Order didn’t know what to do. The Death Eaters had no clue what their next step was. They all seemed to look at Harry.
“I guess the war is over.” Said Harry
Remus lowered his wand which was pointed at Snapes throat who was trying to shove Lucius out of the way and replied, “I guess so.”
wly wly the members of the Order started to drop their wands and the Death Eaters dropped their wands as well.
“What happened?” Asked Hermione shaking her head.
Harry looked at her, really looked at her and he smiled and hugged the brown curly haired girl. “Your back.”
“Where am I?”
“Your at Severus’s house.”
“Why?”
“Because the war is over.”
Her eyes widened, “The war is over? Where have I been?”
“You’ve been around.”
Just then he got a tap on his shoulder and he spun around to see the gray eyes looking at him intently. “I believe you belong to me not her.”
Harry smiled. “Yes I do.”
The group of people quickly got together to help with the wounded Death Eaters and members of the Order. Everyone worked together to patch everything up. Harry noticed that Severus was taking extra care in wrapping up Lucius’s leg and he also noticed that the Dark Mark had gone. Faded out of existence along with the two long lost lovers.
“Harry,” Said Draco suddenly snapping Harry out of his daze. “I was just wondering, what happened to them?”
“They realized that they love each other.”
“So they realized that they love each other so they just *poof* gone?”
“No, they didn’t *poof* gone. They are still around. You just can’t see them. You can feel them though. The love they radiate.”
“Oh,” Draco smiled, “Your right.”
They continued in silence for a few more minutes but Draco broke it again, “Harry, what do we do now?”
“We continue on. What else is there for us to do?”
“I mean for our future. I mean we can’t live here. By the looks of it my father will be taking residence here shortly and I don’t fancy shagging you while my father is in the house.”
Harry smiled, “Really? I don’t remember you complaining when we were shagging with an entire body of students in the building.”
Draco swatted Harry’s shoulder playfully, “That’s not what I mean and you know it. Severus’s house is big but you know what? After my father moves in here the Manor will be empty.”
“What about your mother?”
“Oh, she’ll be fine. She’s probably in love with someone else anyway.”
“So, what are you saying?”
“I’m asking if you would like to move in with me.”
“What? By the sounds of it the Manor is too big. We don’t need such a big place.”
“We don’t have to. We can branch off part of it or something. But I guess what I’m really asking is if you’d like to live with me.”
“Of course I would Draco.”

When the holidays ended Harry and Draco had returned to Hogwarts to finish off their year of school and were to both move into the Manor after they graduated.
The Headmistress stood before the school of Hogwarts witchcraft and wizardry with a sling around her arm. “I am happy to announce that Tom Riddle and Albus Dumbledore have settled their differences and will both no longer be returning. The world is once again safe from danger. I would also like to announce that we are grateful to have the safe return of Harry Potter and Draco Malfoy.”
There were claps from every table. Being Hogwarts, it did not take long for the truth to spread around to everyone and the secret battle that took place in the home of Severus Snape was revealed to the entire school.
There were no longer four tables but one gigantic table which spiraled in the Great Hall with a mixture of all the houses. Draco was sitting very close to Harry.
Harry noticed that Draco had stopped eating and had turned stare at him. The Raven-hared boy looked at the blonde in the eye and the blonde smiled wider.
“You know, that smile looks good on you.”
“I know.”
“Then why don’t you smile more?”
“Because I didn’t know how to until you gave me a reason to smile.”
Harry raised an eyebrow, “And that reason is?”
“Is that I know you‘ll always love me.”
“Don’t I know it.”
The blonde smiled again and shyly glanced back down at his food.
Severus Snape walked up to the two from behind and they both looked up at him beaming.
“Thank you both.”
“For what?” Asked Harry
“For everything.”
“We should be thanking you for letting us use your place for protection.”
The potions master put up a hand to silence them, “That is nothing compared to what you both have done for me. Good day gentlemen.” And he walked off.
Harry looked at Draco and Draco returned the look to Harry with wide eyes. Harry swallowed hard, “Was that, was that an engagement ring on his finger?”
Draco nodded and Harry hugged his blonde lover, “My Draco, I think you’ve just got yourself another father to be.”
Draco smiled and kissed Harry’s lips.
“MMm… Draco, would you mind taking this somewhere less occupied?” Asked Harry huskily.
“Would I?”
The blonde stood up and grabbed the raven-haired boys hand and ran out of the Great Hall.
Little did the two boys notice the silky black hair watching the two run from the hall with a smile placed on his lips as he took off his engagement ring and glanced at the inscription inside.
