Werewolves Twisted Fate
Kris was sixteen and a transfer student from America, she had heard that a wizard wanted to adopt her. She had met him only once, he had scars on his face and she knew those scars. She had the same kind of scars but on her chest not her face, she was on a plane wondering why he would want her, she wondered if he had a mate yet.
As she thought about it she remembered no scent of a female on him but he could have found someone over the years. She shook her head then placed her earphones in her ears then turned her iPod on. She listened to her father’s voice, Billy Ray Cyrus was her father but didn’t know it. She only knew from her mothers dying confession and request. She scowled as her mother’s voice rang in her mind. ”I do not want you to find him, he has his own family…” her mother had died after that.
Kris noticed the plane descending and waited to hear it say where she was suppose to go. She smiled when it did then she stood then gathered her carry-on then walked off the plane to the airport to only find everything seemed sort of slowed down. Kris looked around worried then shook her head and waited for the rest of her luggage to appear. Once it did she picked up her second luggage, her carry-on being her first then walked around before smiling as he saw her name on a sign.
She walked to the holder of the sign to find out it was some tall bald black man. He took her bags then lead her outside, her smile was long gone from the moment she saw it wasn’t the man she had seen last time. She reluctantly followed him.
“Don’t worry, I am taking you to him.” A deep voice said which startled Kris, she looked up at the man who was smiling at her. She didn’t smile back as she just wanted to talk to the guy she was meeting. They continued to walk until the Muggles couldn’t see them. There were some other people waiting for them, her eyes searched the faces but didn’t see him, she hung her head thinking she was in a trap. She had been told about the war and thought he would come get her himself.
“Don’t you worry, we are on the good side.” The voice had cut through her she looked up and saw the man she wasn’t suppose to meet. He smiled then laughed as he turned into a young woman. Kris glared at the woman, “You bitch! That man you acted like is my real father! Do you know how it hurt to think he was here?” She turned then ran from them leaving her things not caring for them.
Kingsley Shacklebolt looked at Tonks, “Why did you do that? You knew about this, she is Remus’s mate.”
“I was just trying to calm her but I couldn’t help but laugh at the face she made.” Tonks said as she chewed on some gum.
“You knew about her mother’s dying request! She looked like that because she thought she was breaking that request! Tonks I want you to go back to headquarters.” Kingsley said glaring at the young Auror, if he had hair he would be pulling it out because of her. After she had flown off he looked at Sirius Black, “Sirius, go after her and tell her that we are very sorry for what happened, be quick about it. Greyback will do anything to keep her from Remus, even trick her into thinking he is her mate.”
Sirius nodded then ran from the group in his dog form sniffing out the girl. He found her in an empty park and he changed back before sitting on the bench beside her.
“Listen, she didn’t mean anything by it, we are very sorry about what she did. She doesn’t think before she acts.” He told her before placing his hand on her shoulder, “To tell you the truth I am the one that is adopting you, Kris… you’ll find everything out if you will come with us.” He smiled trying to calm her, he looked into her eyes as she looked up at him. He smiled and she nodded they then stood up and walked over to where the others were waiting.
