Ron and Hermione are going out and making Harry very lonely and jealous because they have each other and Harry has no one. Sarah Wisner and her family have moved to England because her father got a job with the British ministry of magic and her mother got the DADA teaching position at Hogwarts School of witchcraft and wizardry. Now Sarah and her brother James will go to Hogwarts. James is a first year and Sarah is a sixth year, so she will be sorted in to a house but take 6th year classes. Sarah is a loner and does not talk a lot, so she thinks she will not make any friends, like in her old school. She also likes black a lot and even paints her fingernails black; so her brother says she is gothic, but Sarah thinks she is just different and is happy with the way she is. Sarah’s mother is British and went to Hogwarts. She told Sarah all about Hogwarts and about the houses and the sorting, so she fears she will be sorted into Slytherin. Sarah and her brother James are going to Diagon Alley to buy their school supplies and they are going to meet their father and The Leaky Cauldron when they have gotten everything that they need. Harry, Hermione and Ron are just arriving at Diagon Alley and first the go to Flourish and Blotts to buy their school books and that is where Harry first notices Sarah. Harry notices something about this strange girl first that she is his age but he has never seen her before and he also notices how beautiful she is. After Sarah and James finish getting their books, Sarah takes a list out of her purse and checks off books. “Where to next owl or broom?” she asked her brother “owl” James said. When they went to get their owls, Harry told Hermione and Ron that he would catch up with them later, and went after Sarah because he wanted to meet her, and find out more about her. “So James Earl, what kind of owl do you want?” “An eagle owl like mom and dad or something different, I’m going to get a snowy owl.” “I think I want to get an eagle owl” James said. “May we see the eagle owls please” Sarah asked the witch standing behind the counter. “Here they are young lady” the witch said in reply “thank you” “so what one do you want” she asked her brother. “I want the all black one at the top” “ok can we have the black eagle owl at the top and the snowy white owl at the bottom please” “so what are you going to name him James” James just ignored her and kept playing with the owl. “James Earl did you hear me I said what are you going to name him” “I think I will name him Gunner after grandma’s cat that died.” “That’s nice I think I will name mine Lillx after the band I like.” Sarah said thinking about it. “Now can we get brooms Sarah?” “Sure I just don’t know were we would go to get them.” Sarah said wondering. Just then she spotted Harry watching her so she decided to ask him were to get a broom. “Excuse me but you wouldn't happen to know where someone would go to get a broom around her would you.” Sarah asked him, he said “sure I could show you if you like” “Oh thank you so much I thought we would be walking around forever” “your very welcome hey your not from England are you” “no we just moved here from America.” Harry then takes Sarah and James to Quality Quidditch supplies so they can buy brooms.” Well I guess I will see you on the train then.” “I guess so well it was nice meeting you uhh” “Harry its Harry, you too it was really a treat to meet you” “Sarah can we get some ice cream” James interjected. “James can’t you see I am talking” Sarah said with anger in her voice. “Yeah I can also see that this boy likes you a lot.” Harry blushed so much at that comment that he said his final goodbye and ran as fast as he could away from Sarah and James. “James, do you always have to do that?” “Do what?” James said innocently “you know perfectly well what you did.” Sarah said blushing herself. “I just call em as I see em.” “Let’s just get our brooms and go get ice cream.” Sarah said giving in. after they had gotten ice cream and Sarah had checked her list she noticed that she was to get James a birthday gift so she went and bought him a book about all the Quidditch teams, and Hogwarts a History for herself for the train ride to school. They walked back to The Leaky Cauldron heavily laden with school supplies and met up with their father who helped them pack the trunks and had Tom send them up some dinner. As Sarah was walking upstairs to her room she spotted Harry and she went to apologize for her brothers actions earlier “hey Harry I’m sorry if my brother embarrassed you earlier he does that to every guy that he thinks I like and or if they like me he is very protective of me” “it is ok it is just stunned me” “ well I got to go my dad is waiting for me upstairs with the monster” “ok see you” Harry said as he walked to his room that he shared with Ron. The next day Sarah’s father woke her early to give her time to get ready Sarah got a shower and brushed her teeth. When she was done she went back to her room and got dressed in her favorite outfit, a black tank top with a pair of black jeans and a black leather jacket with all black converse shoes. She wore her hair in a loose ponytail with her dark eye makeup and a light lip stick, then she grabbed her wand and levitated her trunk down stairs and had to run back up stairs to get her purse and in the process she ran into Harry “oh I’m sorry” Sarah said standing up and offering a hand to Harry. “it’s ok my friend Hermione is always doing that so whenever I see a girl running towards me I brace myself for a fall” “well I have to go get my purse I left it in my room bye’” bye” ‘god she’s hot I think I like her more than I did when I met her yesterday her brother was right I do like her a lot’ Harry thought then went on his way. Sarah got her purse and was ready to go in 5 minutes but she had to wait for her brother because he lost one of his shoes. 5 more minutes later they were off on in a taxi to Kings Cross station and platform 9 ¾. When they arrived at the stations and had passed the barrier they put their luggage on the train in the second to last compartment. They then said goodbye to their father “bye dad” James said “bye daddy I’ll write you with the progress of the friend’s front” “bye my darlings tell mommy I will be late” “ok dad” Sarah and James said together.
