A/N: This story is based on the song by No Doubt called 'Ex-Girlfriend'. I was bored one day when I was listening to the song and I came up with the story. I only have two chapters done so it'll be cool to get some ideas for future chapters or just something you want to see happen in the story. I hope you enjoy and I love reviews, for they are awesome.

It’s been almost 5 years since my Hogwarts days. I haven’t spoken or seen anybody since I’ve graduated except of course Harry and Ron. Today is the 5th anniversary of my break-up with him. Every year on this day I come to the place where I found him with the other girl. I don't know why I come. But it's like a force that drags me here every year.

I kinda always knew I’d end up your ex-girlfriend

And you know it makes me sick to be on that list
But I should have thought of that before we kissed

“Oh great, oh great I’m going to be so late” I woke super late that day and I was running so fast that it seemed like my legs had a mind of their own. And out of no where, I ran in to a wall, or so I though it was.

“Watch out mudblood” it had to him that I had to run into right

“Let go of my arm Malfoy” he grabbed my arm. This is were I got really scared because I’ve already had a few run-in’s with him already this year

“I don’t want to” he lifted me up and pulled me into him a bit roughly

“Look Malfoy I’m late as it is for class” I kept trying for him to let go, but he just pulled me closer and tighter.

“What are you talking about Granger?” his face scrunching in confusion

“Well for Transfiguration, duh, you’re going to be late to Malfoy”

“Wow you’re really out of it these days Granger, you truly are.” he had that stupid smirk. Oh man he doesn’t know how much I hated that fucking smirk

“What are you talking about Malfoy? It’s well past 10, so that means that class started well over an hour ago” I finally got out of his grasp and was starting to pick up all the books that flew out my hands.

“I will tell you this” he leaned against the wall with his arms across his chest

“What Malfoy” I looked up at him with

“Yes, it is past 10 but” he paused and lifted his index finger “but it’s night out” he pointed his finger out the window.

“Oh god” I looked out the window to see that he was actually telling the truth.

“See what sleeping around does to you Granger?” I was pissed. From my crouching position on the floor I lunged at Draco’s torso. I threw punches left and right. And for some reason he wasn’t fighting back at the least so I stopped.

“Are you done yet mudblood” I looked at him with total confusion. That’s when out of no where he flipped me over and now he was on top of me. Both of his hands were on the side of me and him looking somewhat lustful into my eyes

“Let me go Malfoy please” I whimpered. I know, I know the great Hermione Granger whimpering in defeat of Draco Malfoy

“No”

“Why not” I starred into to his gorgeous gray, steel eyes

“Cause I like this position. It makes me feel superior to your people” I was totally scarred my arse off at this but I had to do something right. I was the Hermione Granger who helped Harry Potter, the boy who lived, figure out a way to beat the dark lord. Why couldn’t I find a way to get away from Malfoy of all freaking people?

Then it hit me. I leaned up and placed my arm around his neck, dragged him down and kissed him. From that kiss on, Draco and I were inseparable. I mean like mentally, physically and sexually. Yes sexually. You could say there was not one part of the castle where we didn’t do it.

It was all over the school when people started to find out that Draco and I were an item well actually you could say people completely freaked out, especially my friends and his friends. But of course this, how do you call bliss, didn’t last for long

A few times I caught Draco trying to flirt with other girls and telling them that I was just a fling. But of course I always caught him in the act and I always knew how to, how can you say, rebuked him from his nightly duties to me for a week.

Then May 15th hit, the day that ended it all with Draco and I. We were both on a trip to Hogsmeade and he told me that he’ll meet me at the Shrieking Shack because he had to pick something up for somebody. I walked around for a bit and was on my way to the Shrieking Shack, I heard a giggling noise then Draco’s name.

“Draco, what in blazes do you think you're doing with her?” I screamed and he stumbled backwards a little, saying something that made the girl flee. Smart girl she was, because if she didn't leave, she would have been probably dead or something. Who knows?

“What ever do you mean love?” he sounded a bit nervous, but you know what? I was pissed and I was sick and tired of catching him trying to get girls into bed, while I was still with him.

“Don’t act so fucking innocent with me Draco. I just saw you with her. And I’m sick and tired of you messing around with girls behind my back, like I'm worth nothing to you.” I was definitely invading his personal space.

“Hun, I was just asking her for notes for History of Magic, that’s all” he said nonchalantly while trying to snake his hands around my waist

“Get away from me Malfoy” I pushed him away so hard that I caused him to fall on the floor

“What was that for Hermione? I thought you were my fucking girlfriend?” he got up at bullet speed and was came towards me at full force.

I’m gonna tell you I was scared shit but I was going to stand my ground for once in my life. I refused to have a relationship with a person who was not going to fully commit to me and to me only and not flirt with other girls while still being with me.

“Well you now what, you thought wrong Malfoy.” he grabbed my arm and told me things that I knew were a crock of bull. But, I don't know what happened. All I know is that the next moment my fist hit his eye, again

It was the most beautiful day of my life except for that time I sucker punched him in 3rd year. But this time….. with more force and drive.

“I saw you kissing her Malfoy.” I yelled with pure malice

“What are you talking about Hermione?” he still on the floor holding his eye that was starting to swell.

“It’s over! You can take this too.” I ripped of the necklace off my neck and threw it “And I wasted this year thinking you’ve actually changed.”

I walked away back to Hogsmeade never looking back at Draco, only on the memories.

And that’s what leaves me here today on May 15th, the spot where we broke up five years ago. I sat on the same spot where I left him bleeding in the nose. I’ll have to admit I do miss all the times we had together and not speaking about the sex, even though there was nobody as good as him. You can say he was my first at almost everything, he taught me how to skip class when I didn’t feel like going. He taught me that you didn’t have to do your homework the day it was assigned. He also made me feel good about myself in unusual ways I thought not possible.

I miss him a lot though. The last I heard of Draco was about two years ago when I was in Diagon Alley shopping for a gift with Ginny. All we said was hi and how we were doing. When I asked him he said he was engaged to some girl from Spain. After that I’ve never saw him, heard, or even spoke about him.

I tilted my head towards ground with my eyes closed, when I opened them I found something on the floor under some dirt that was glimmered in the sun. I bent down to pick it up to find out that it was the necklace I threw at him.

“I wonder where you could be.” I said to the open air while holding the necklace to my heart.

“I’m right here Herms.”
