----Chapter 1: Do You Want To----
The crowd roared its delight loudly into the night air. The frenzy of activities, movements, sing-alongs, and the occasional break-dancer hummed around the stadium, contributing to the mounting excitement as the intro-band finished its last song, allowing the main band that everyone was in love with.
When the band came strolling out amid thunderous applause and whistles, top hats, sparks, robes, and many other unidentifiable objects soared into the air. Tonight, the biggest wizarding gathering in the world would be here at the concert held in London’s largest gold-plated Quidditch stadium.
As the cheering died down a bit, the band started up. The drummer’s wild, wavy brown hair was pulled back in a loose ponytail that flew around in the heat of the song. The keyboardist was the most ‘normal’ looking of the five. His shoulder length dirty blond hair was flowing majestically around his neck and face. The bass guitarist’s magically turned pink eyes flashed as her solo came. The main guitarist had spiky black hair with lime green highlights jutting out here and there. He was wearing a sleeveless shirt showing off his nicely toned muscles as his solo came too, making his muscles seem even more gorgeous with the strain put on them. The fan girls screamed his name real loud, but not as loud as they screamed the lead singer’s name. Oh no, the lead singer, who also played a guitar, was way beyond ‘normal’. He had an other-worldly aura about him. An aura to die for, not to mention his looks, because with that added into the mix, it’ll leave you wanting to grovel at his feet. And he is the main reason the band, dubbed ‘The End’, is such a raving success.
With their closing song, ‘Do You Want To’ (1), the raven-haired beauty finished the night on an exciting note, his clear voice ringing out into the hearts of many, leaving them silent for a moment before breaking out into tremendous applause, screaming for an encore.
It was during the encore that The End merrily obliged that the wizarding press, The Daily Prophet’s cameraman took a real clear shot of the lead singer in all his glory, marking the end of The End’s third concert ever since their debut half a year ago, meaning they were crazily popular. The lead singer’s emerald eyes flashed bright even in the black and white picture, his facial features shining that unearthly glow, his body glistening with sweet sweat as he sung his heart out to the world.
That’s how all of the wizarding world finally learned of this band and its extraordinarily beautiful singer.
That’s what the lead singer’s friends tacked onto their walls, their hearts beaming with pride (and some with love).
And that’s how the least likely pair of eyes to swoon over the singer saw him for the first time in two years and... well, swooned over him.
There was no way the singer, and Savior-of-the-Wizarding-World, while he was stepping back-stage, his face lit with a bright smile, would know how difficult a turn his life’s path was going to make.
