Im Baylee Roberts and Im witch,I attend Hogworts school of witch craft and wisardry.I am in the 6th year and I am in Gryffindor,right now I am a prefect and I am living with Draco Malfoy who is headboy.We dont get along.Hermione is head girl.Blaise Zabini is the other prefect.


It was september the 16th and I was busy studying in the common room,Malfoy was out with his friends,thank the lord,I had the common room to myself.

\"hey Roberts get out.\"I heard the cold hearted basterd say from behind me.I whirled around and glared at him.

\"excuse me but I was here first Malfoy.\"I said.

Draco smirked at me,well he always did that,he knew it pissed me off.

\"stop smirking at me Malfoy.\"I said quickly.If he smirks for too long my palms get all sweaty.

\"whats wrong Roberts...palms get sweaty?\"Draco asked sarcasticly.

I shook my head,\"dont be riddiculas..I dont sweat.\"I snapped back.Boy was he good.He seemed to know me like a book like it or not.He didnt even know it.

\"well you seem to be all nervous.\"Draco snarled.

I glanced at him,\"you\'re imagaining things Malfoy.\"

\"right.Ill just ignore the fact that you\'re wearing white knickers.\"Draco said then went up to his room.\"and I know they\'re damp.\"

That serprised me.Really it did.Not only was I wearing white knickers but my knickers are a little damp.I dont know why..just being in his presence gets me all hot.

\"stupid Malfoy.\"I muttered.I went back to doing my potions essay which I knew I would get a good mark on...because not only is Snape not the potions teacher anymore..he isnt even a teacher.Yay!

Its been four hours that Ive been studying and Hermione Granger hasnt come back from patroling the hallways yet...Hmmmm..probably snogging Ron...haha.

\"still here I see.\"the annoying git was back.

I looked up at him and nodded.\"yes I am....have a problem with that?\"I asked sweetly.

Draco smirked at me once more.I gritted my teeth and stood up.He was really pissing me off...just his smirk alone was more sexier than anyone in this school.

\"whats the matter Roberts?\"Draco asked.Still smirking.

I walked towards him.I was glaring at him.My plan was to smack him in the face and storm to my dorm.

Insted..I pushed him down on the couch and straddled him.\"STOP SMIRKING AT ME!\"I yelled as loud as I could.

Draco only stared at me...little did he know...there was something waiting to jump out at him.ME.

I realized after a minute what I was doing and jumped up,causing me to fall flat on my butt.

\"owwwwww.\"I cried out in pain holding my backside dearly.

I looked up at Draco...he was snickering at me.

\"alright...alright...stop laughing at me and help me up.\"I demanded.

Draco stopped laughing.He didnt like it when people ordered him about.

\"you\'re not my boss.\"he said childishly.

I rolled my eyes.\"Malfoy..I didnt ask you to get me a pillow and blacket I only asked you to help me up,\"I smiled sweetly at him before continueing.\"now get on with it..my arse hurts.\"

Draco held out his hand and helped me up.

\"thank you.\"I said befor turning on my heel,I was about to go back to studying when I felt a thug on my arm.I turned back around.

\"what?\"I asked Draco.

\"why did you do that?\"he asked.

I went deep red and ignored his eyes.

\"I was...just...putting you in your place.\"I said quickly.

Draco rasied a brow,\"I see.So straddling me was putting me in my place?\"he asked.

I was trapped by a trick question.Damn you Malfoy.I cursed in my mind.

\"well?\"he asked me again.

I looked at him and studied his face,the votes were in and it was 100% true.Draco Malfoy was the HOTTEST guy in Hogworts.I mean Harry,Dean and Blaise were hot as well but Draco was the HOTTEST.

\"Baylee.Are you going to answer my question or not?\"the idiot asked.

I stared at him.\"you just called me Baylee.\"

\"thats your name.\"Draco said.

I sighed.\"you never call me by my first name.\"I reminded him.

Draco smirked at me again.He pulled me close to him.

\"well,maybe we should start addressing eachother by our first names.\"

I didnt know what to say.I was flat against Draco\'s rock hard chest.I was loving it.

\"I think we should get to know each other a little better.\"

The words came out so clearly I was afraid I was gunna pounce on him.

I took a deep breath.\"h-how so Tiger?\"I asked innosently.

Draco craddled my cheek.\"Oh I have a few ideas,\"he said.

I was breathing heavley and I closed my eyes waiting for his lips to touch mine.I was waiting for a long time for this to happen.I wont amitt it to my friends and they\'d probably send me to a mental hospital but I want Draco Malfoy to kiss me.

It happend alright.His lips smashed in to mine with out a warning.I whimpered in serprise.He smirked against my mouth and continued to kiss me.I kissed him back.HEY who wouldnt!He\'s a great kisser!He wanted access in to my mouth.I didnt know if I should I mean the only guy I frenched was Seamus and it turned out he\' gay.He kept on pleading.Wow.I let him.Im glad I did.His tongue is TALENTED!

We were snogging for about 5 minutes when the portite swung open.Draco didnt bother to pull away.So we continued.

\"oh my.\"a voice said.Uh oh..Hermione\'s back.

I immedatly pushed Draco away.He went flying in to the couch and fell over.I covered my eyes.

\"ohh....no.\"I gasped out.I hurried to his side.

\"I am SO sorry.\"I said.I grabbed his hand and helped him to his feet.

\"you alright Tiger?\"

He only glared at me.\"damnmit woman.Do you have to be so rough.\"

I hated being called woman.I glared at him and pushed him back down to the ground.

\"DONT CALL ME WOMAN.\"I yelled furiously.I turned on my heel and stormed up to my dorm.I heard voices comming from down stairs.hermione was probably just talking to Draco and he was probably just being a prat.

I heard a knock on my door several minutes later.I wipped my tears away.\"come in.\"Hermione walked in and sat on my bed.

\"so..you and Malfoy.\"

I looked at her and shook my head.

\"theres no me and Malfoy Hermione.\"I said firmly.

\"sure seemed like it to me.\"Hermione said.

I glared at her.\"look.He kissed me so I kissed him back.Thats all...we just shared one passionate firery hot kiss THATS IT.\"oh that did it.Stupid me.

Hermione raised a brow and folded her arms over her chest.\" a passionate firery hot kiss is nothing eh...well then..I guess snogging isnt anything either,\"

I looked at her,my eyes were still watery.\"I dont know what came over me...I mean i hate the prat but at the same time he\'s just.....\"I trailed off and baried my face in to my pillow.\"I dont know.Forget it.It\'ll be back to normal tomorrow.\"

Hermione shrugged.\"I dont think so.A kiss like that isnt only one time Baylee.\"

I smiled.\"it is with Malfoy.\"

Hermione sighed in defeat.\"what ever you say hun.\"she hugged me tightly.

\"night Mione.\"I said as I crawled under my covers.

\"night Bay.\"Hermione chirped then left.

I rolled over and closed my eyes,the kiss was clear in my mind.It kept on playing over and over.I graoned.This was gunna be a long night.

I woke up earlier than usual the next morning.I took a nice cold shower and got dressed.Today was Saturday.I was going to Hogsmeade today with Ginny,Hermione and Luna and it was gunna be so fun.I was hoping that maybe just maybe Ginny would admitt that she still has feelings for Harry and they\'d get back togther.It was soooo obvious but Ginny being thick headed would tell us.I put on a tight pink turtle neck and purosuco jeans and my favorite heels.I walked out of my dorm feeling great.Not to mension hungrey.

\"hey Roberts.\"the voice came from the couch.

The feeling is now gone.

I looked over to see malfoy lying on the couch.he looked like he hadnt slept at all.

Being the nice and sweet girl that I am.

\"what happend Malfoy?\"I asked.

\"that Mudblood put the leglocker curse on me last night and I dont sleep in anything but a bed.\"he replied cruely.

I glared at him.\"welll Hermione did a good job.I expect you want me to sort you out.\"

Draco nodded.

I smirked at him and shook my head.\"no can do Malfoy.I cant do magic at 10 in the morning.Plus..I dont want to.\"

I walked out of the common room in my happy mood again.Boy how I was gunna enjoy this.

I saw Hermione,Ginny and Luna waiting in the enterance hall for me.

\"hey girls whats up.\"I asked.

\"why dont you tell us whats up?\"Ginny said.

I blinked in confusion.

\"with Malfoy.\"

I gasped and glared at Hermione.

\"you told them?\"I hissed.

\"aww Baylee they got it outa me.\"Hermione defended herself.

\"sooo.\"Luna said.

I glared at all three of my friends.

\"nothing is up.\"I mumbled.

\"yah.Right.\"Ginny said coldly.

\"what the hell is up with you Baylee...snogging Malfoy....\"Luna said.

I glared at her.I could feel the tears comming back.

\"I told you damnmit! NOTHING is going on.....it was only one passionate firery hot kiss.\"

Ginny nodded,\"right.Sure....like we\'re able to believe you...ya know Baylee I tought you were better than that.But to kiss a guy that insults your bestfriends all the time.You\'re really low.\"

\"you dont even know him.He could have changed.\"I snapped.

\"Oh and I saposse you do?\"Hermione blurted out.

\"No...I dont...he....just.....I know...he changed.\"I said softly.

All three of my so called\"friends\" snorted.

\"Yah right.\"

Hermione,Ginny and Luna started to walk away.Leaving me in tears.

\"some bestfriends you are......you dont even believe me.\"I shouted after them.


I walked back to my common room.

\"password.\"the young lady in the portite said.

\"Nothing is better than friendship.\"I muttered miserabily.

The portite swung opend and I climbed in.

\"I tought you were hanging with your bloody friends today.\"

I shook my head in fustration.I didnt need this.Not now.

\"fuck off.\"I spat as I walked passed him.

\"well,well arent we pissy today.\"Draco said smugly.

I turned around and glared at him.

\"Im only pissed off because I lost my three bestfriends.\"

Draco rasied a brow,\"why is that?\"he asked.

\"as if you didnt know.\"I snapped.

Draco blinked.

I rolled my eyes.\"its.....its...cuz you kissed me last night.Hermione told them and...they..they think you\'re the same.\"

\"I am the same.\"Draco said.

I shook my head.\"No..thats the thing...you have changed...and thats why I defended you.\"

Draco sighed.\"Look...Im sorry I made your friends hate you Im sorry I am the way I am.\"

I smiled.

\"what are you smiling at?\"

\"you wouldnt have apologized 2 years ago.\"

Draco was speechless.

\"can..I sit?\"I asked.

Draco looked up.\"ohh..um...sure.\"

I sat beside him.\"so...\"

\"about that kiss-\"Draco started suddenly.

\"I wouldnt have changed a thing Tiger.\"I cut him off as I leaned in closer to him.

\"really?\"he asked.

I nodded.

Draco smirked,\"good,becuase Im going to kiss you again.\"

I was about to protest when I felt his lips crash in to mine.The memory of our last kiss still fresh in my head.
