I do not own Harry Potter, nor any of the characters from the books or movies. I do not make any money from the writing of this story.
And The Room Required...
note: Ummmm... Let\'s see... Something popped in my head to start a Harry/Tom fic
and here\'s the first chapter... I don\'t know why, I just wanted to start one...
Anywho, please tell me what you think... LOL.
Disclaimer: Rowling owns them... for now... hehehe... (garraffen plants a virus on

AND THE ROOM REQUIRED...
Harry walked about the corridors of Hogwarts. This would be the last stroll he\'d
be taking along its prestigious walls.
He loved Hogwarts, no doubt about that, this was his home where he found his real
family and where he found the happiness and acceptance the Dursleys never gave
him. Hogwarts would be forever his home no matter what happened, now that every
single thing would be ending soon he wanted to explore Hogwarts one last time.
Because maybe he would never be able to see it again.
The prophecy that Sibyll Trelawney made was falling into execution, Professor
Dumbledore was dead... the last of his protectors was gone and what was left was
only him and Voldemort.
Either he dies or I die, Harry thought.
It was all down to the two of them... The future of evrything rested in their
final battle. Harry wanted it to end he wanted everything to be alright, he so
wanted all the fear and strife to vanish... and he was going to do everything it
took to get what he wanted.
Even with the risk of his own life.
He came across the familiar corridor he had walked along so many times. The times
that he was in dire need of absolutely anything. Harry collected his thoughts and
walked along the corridor three times.
There it was.
The door to the Room of Requirement revealed itself, he opened it and went inside.
It looked the same when he left it a few days ago to hide the Half-Blood Prince\'s
copy of Advanced Potion Making from its owner Severus Snape, now he entered it to
get the book back.
If the book and all its contents would be able to help him, why not? Harry thought.
He could care less if that blasted snake owned the book, if it meant that he could
use the book against the enemy, he would use it... It\'s now or never...
Harry looked around the room as he went. He wondered who owned these things, all
of them stacked up and looking forgotten, some of the things looked equally evil
enough.
Harry then found what he was looking for.
On the far end of the room stood the cabinet where he put the old Potions book,
the marker he left, a statue of a head wearing a crown, was still there. He went
closer to the cabinet and searched for the book.
Surveying the cabinet, Harry saw tha tit looked more broken than ever, both its
doors were blasted from its hinges, there were burn marks all over and the old
wooden artifact was lopsided... its legs were no more.
Looks like someone destroyed it. Harry thought.
He looked at the cabinet more and saw that a hole had been made inside, Harry
could see the stone wall behind it.
Something struck Harry\'s mind.
So this is the Vanishing cabinet, the cabinet that wrecked discord on that fateful
night when the Headmaster died.
Harry examined it more although he knew he would find nothing. The cabinet looked
like it was thoroughly obliterated...
Too late now... Harry thought.
If only this cabinet had been destroyed and if only Malfoy was not able to fix it
then maybe, just maybe, everything would be alright. Dumbledore woud not be dead
and he would still be able to help him destroy the damned Dark Lord.
Harry shook his head.
What am I thinking, it\'s done now... I\'m the one supposed to end this. He thought.
If only he could do something, anything to prevent all of this from happening...
He would do everything to end this now... once and for all.
If only there was no Lord Voldemort if only none of this happened...
Harry sat in front of the cabinet, completely forgetting the thing he came here
for.
He closed his eyes and relaxed.
It\'s down to me now. He thought.
Harry laughed a little. \"Gryffindor bravery.\" He said silently.
Something caught his eye.
The insides of the cabinet was glowing. The glow intensified and there was a sudden
flash of light. It was so bright now.
Harry stood quickly looking at the artifact in front of him.
It looked like there was a door, something that was tempting him to go inside.
The light turned brighter.
Harry thought for a while.
No, I shouldn\'t. He thought.
But his feet said otherwise... Something in the light attracted him, he was being
pulled to it, he couldn\'t break free.
So he gave in.
Harry walked straight forward to the light, his eyes were being entranced by the
odd glow...
He was being embraced by the light now, a certain warmth that he could not quite
explain.
He closed his eyes... He was drifting, it felt like many delicate hands were
carrying him...
Carrying him where? He thought.
Before he could guess, he felt his face touch cold stone. His body hurt, like
being slammed hard on the surface, his glasses were a few inches away from his
face.
\"Who are you?!\" Somebody asked.
Harry drew himself to a seated position. Who ever asked him had his wand pointed
at his direction. He instantly grabbed his glasses and pressed it up his nose. He
looked back at the figure in front of him.
It was a boy, taller than Harry, he had jet black hair and a badge with the letters
HB were engraved on it was on his chest, his handsome face was calm, though
very cautious as he surveyed Harry with cool black eyes.
\"Tom Riddle...\" Harry breathed, his eyes wide with shock.
