"Minister, are you sure this is wise, seeing as most pureblooded families will complain?" "Yes, I will stand by this edict, the 6 month marriages will happen, now, send out the notice to Hogwarts with the marriage contracts and the couples."
Chapter 1.
Dumbledore stood as the morning owl post came in, & said, "Tonight, at dinner, I will be reading an edict sent to me by the Minister of Magic, which affects the 7th years & the teachers." There was general mutters about the announcement, so soon after Voldemort’s death & the end of year exams.

Dumbledore stood after the nightly meal had ended. He smiled at the students & teachers, & started to speak, "Ladies & Gentlemen, Teachers & Students, One & All, I have an announcement," He held up an parchment, unrolled it, and started to read it, "By edict 105738 of the Minister of Magic, each smuggle-born 7th year, will be temporarily married to a pure-blooded member of a wizarding family, at the end of the current school year for 6 months, from July to January. The couples are as follows :> Minevera McGonagoll & Seamus Finnegan, Severus Snape & Harry Potter, Draco Malfoy & Hermione Granger, Ronald Weasley & Justin Finch-Fletchley, etc, etc" Dumbledore finished and rolled the scroll up, as a roar of sound started, the most noticeable voices were :> Professors Snape & McGonagoll & Students Malfoy, Potter, Granger, Weasley & Finnegan. Dumbledore stood and roared "QUIET!!" & suddenly you could hear a pin drop. He continued, "If you would like to complain, please owl the Minister, the meal is ended, please go to your common rooms." They all got up reluctantly, each house heading toward their common rooms, gossiping about the unlikely news.
END CHAPTER 1.
*Missy B hides under her umbrella, as various objects are magically hurled at her.*

Draco :> I hate you!! Even the Weasel would be better than the mudblood!!
Hermione :> The feelings mutual, ferret, I’d rather gangbang Dumbledore, Moody & Flitwick than be paired romantically with you!!

*Hides under umbrella again as objects start flying at her again.*
