Just read Beneath and really liked it! Well done! But I have an ulterior reason for the review. I read that you live in New Orleans, well that is where I grew up too. I did my people watching from balconies and the Cafe DuMonde. Jazz Fest is by far the penultimate in people watching locations, however. I live in Houston now, and miss those beingets soooo much! And -oh God-i cannot seem to find Blue Plate mayo, or Blue Runner red beans ANYWHERE!!! Ahhh Central Grocery and Pat O\'s. Pecan Pie a la Mode at the Camellia Grill. Well, I know who\'s going to be making a road trip very soon.

Very powerful and visual. I can literally see everything happening before me when reading \'Beneath\'. This is truly one of the most interesting Snape/Hermione fics I\'ve read in quite a while.

Ohhh...HOT! I love it...I was a bit confused at first on this chapter. I wasnt sure if it was a dream sequence or not. I love the story so far.

*dry mouthed* you\'ve managed to make the Good Ship Prudence n\' Potions even more /incendiary/ than it already is. the dark erotic tension here is excruciatingly thick--damn! it\'s just like Heathcliff and Cathy, but blunt and graphic modern-style. blown away here. more, more, more!!

I am a little confused. While I enjoyed the love scene immencely....how did we get from Sev wanting to resign to that? If it were Herm\'s dream then perhaps there should be a little break there? Maybe some ****\'s? Just a little suggestion. Please take no offence. If I simply misunderstood then I apologise. Great story though and I am enjoying it soooo very much and wish you would possibly update sooner? hehe

Oh. My. Goodness. Where do I begin?

This story is just captivating. It draws the reader into an emotional wringer ... one of the better Snape characterizations that I\'ve seen. You\'ve nailed his narrative voice (quite admirably for a third-person, I might add!), it\'s dominating, visceral, exhausting ... the reader can sense his desperation, his despair, his all-consuming desire for Hermione. I feel like I need a shower every time I re-read it!

This is one hell of a ride, that\'s for sure. Now, after six chapters, where are we going?
