Well I think the story is terrific. If you want to end there it is fine, you could do a sequeal or leave it to us readers imigination. But I get the feeling it isn't over and I for one would love to read what happens next if you have anything else. It is a threesome I don't see often that is for sure, and I like it so far. Severus usually gets shown as something grumpy or almost sadistic I like seeing the three of them almost as well... teenagers exploring things. I don't know how long this relationship will last or how long it will be before SOMEONE catches them but the three of them seem happy and no one is getting hurt so what is the harm right?
Personally I hope to see more sometime soon the story is going great so far.

You should definitely continue the story to the summer at Hermione's. Though, with a father like Arthur Weasley, one would think that George knew what pizza and a DVD were.
