Speechless.
And other things. All roots of your tree of absolute brilliance.
I will not lie; I am glad I nicked this before it underwent a rewrite. I feel closer to Severus, if such a thing is possible - a moth on his lamp shade. But you must do what you think is right, and who am I? I am someone who does the same thing, of course. It matters not, for so long as you write I cannot complain.
I am in awe, have been stunned immobile. More of the same, I know. If only words could express pure emotion, you would then feel my love.

I am so in love with your story. Your writing and imagery remind me of Tolkien. I can almost see and smell the scenes as you depict them. I just wish your chapters weren\'t so gosh darned short!! I wince when I see that first page fly from my printer and the line 1 of 4 sits near the top. Longer chapters! I have read many, many Snape tales and this is right up there with the Anne and Clare work from witchfic. Great job.

I needed this, indeed I did. I will not expand on my previous review, for it is no doubt a familiar melody to you by now. Letjustjust say that this chapter, like its predecessors, is brilliant in thought, word, and execution. You have stirred the embers. The language is sublime. I could sleep just now, and it would be riddled with dreams of contentment. Thank you.

Absolutely gorgeous imagery - I love the introspection that you give to my favorite character, and I can\'t wait to see where the story goes. Very magical, lyrical, and engaging and I appreciate that it moves at its own pace when so many others seem to rush. BTW - especially after reading this, I am blown away by the kind things you have said about my own writing and am honored to have such talent to offer words of guidance. I am glad to have come across your work and now I can\'t wait to read the rest. My best wishes to you.

There are times when art trips me up; when, spellbound and overtaken, images or words or notes capture me and shake me to my core. It is a joy unlike any other. And, much to my sadness, it is something that I rarely experience. I spend my days looking for it in books or music -- that one, fleeting moment when I realize bliss can be had in the simplest of expressions.
When I read your writing I am, quite simply, awed. This is not some passable, everyday-fiction writing. This is pure and unadulturated talent thees oes of which I have never seen in these forums. This is the writing I aspire to, the writing that I would give my right arm to produce myself. It is poetry. It is genius.
Please continue to wr Do Do not lose heart if it is not recognized by the masses for the perfection that it is. You are too big for this forum, too great for these boxed html frontiers. And I will tell you this until you sicken from hearing it repeated: you must move on from here. You are denying the literate public from a brilliant author.
I mean what I say.
And I will forever be your fan.

Wonderful new chapter. I especially love your description of Snape\'s psyche, and also the lovely extended metaphor in the closing section. Brava!
