I understand your reluctance to write Non-Con. I must admit.... This is impressive. There is no real violence in that Draco doesn't beat or harm Hermione. Yes it's non con because she has no idea it's Draco and then when she discovers what has been going on, he continues to abuse her and ultimately tricks her into an unbreakable Vow.
I'm wondering though.... Since he's been her true lover for years now AND she has his daughter and (hopefully his son), could he find a way to break up Weasley's marriage? I mean wouldn't that be icing on the cake? He orders her to divorce Weasley and tell him that he just doesn't satisfy her any more.... That she's just been faking it for years and she has no desire for him anymore?
THEN, he can have her move in with him... Since he doesn't want to marry a Mudblood, and keep her as his live in concubine... available at his beckon call. Plus he can literally have her quit her job, she wouldn't need money living at his home.... He could force her to walk around naked all the time even in the presence of other Death Eaters.
He would have his own personal Hermione fuck slave. Her career would be to service him. Just a thought.
