In this instance, the author has properly credited the song by title and artist, and there has been no infraction.

This isn't a review so feel free to delete it. I wanted to let you know that copying song lyrics into a fanfiction is illegal and is actually plagarism. Beware, because there are a few plagarist hunters on this site and Fanfiction.net and if they find you doing this they will report you and have you removed from the site for copyright infringement. You would also go up in the hall of shame. Just wanted to give you a heads up, a pretty famous author's profile on Fanfiction.net was removed because of this only last month, and her IP address was banned so she can't rejoin. It would be a shame for it to happen to another favourite author of mine.
