Hi Sweetie and so sorry I have joined the party late but better late than never. What a delicious premise you have going on here and a totally realistic one at that. We have a Hermione making things hard for him in more ways than one and a Severus forever regretting his earlier choices in life that have lead both him and Hermione to this unfortunate situation. Oh well .....it's a dirty job having to pleasure the potions master in order to save his crown jewels from a fate worse than death but I'd do it in a heartbeat. I loved the constant back and forth in this chapter--torn between the unwanted pleasure and the necessary mechanics involved with forced intimacy. You feel horrible for both of them and, at the same time, want to smack them. I think you've captured the conundrum perfectly. I'm desperate for every new chapter, but I'm also cringing the whole time I'm reading.
What was up with the wine high? Is something freaky going on? No, don't tell me. You know I don't want to know yet.

Sounds like your writing is going well if you are chapters ahead of your beta. - my writing is insane comparing to my betta, she got stuck with her uni so my next chapter is way past his due to post it and I feel guilty to bug her.

I like the antagonistic, distrustful dynamics created between Hermione and Severus (possibly Dumbledore as well). It allows lots of rooms to develop (both for plot and character).
The origin of the enchantment, while implying to be likely of Snape, seem to remain an interesting history as well.
she’s a teenager :) - true, but somehow I always see her as more mature than her real age ;)
looks like there aren’t that many Dumbledore fans around here - the way I see it, if you like Snape you are almost bound to dislike Dumbledore, Marauders (Remus is partially exception in my case) and (don't hate me) Lily.
Btw, the enchantment stinks more and more like Dumbledore's work. Why? Snape is brilliant but much more "to the point"and he would make some "back door" just as a precaution he does fall in to his own trap. This level of blatant manipulation and pushing everyone to the limit is more Albus's style. Working with Dark Lord closely, Snape knows how easy is to make the madman angry and vindictive, he wouldn't set the trap so that he couldn't wiggle out of it.

I knew you weren't going to use Polyjuice, but I couldn't figure out what you were gong to go with; I like the introduction of Histomalleus. (I did go look up what the prefix histo meant in medical terms and I had no idea it meant living body tissue. Malleable body tissue. I think I need that in real life.)
