If voldemort was any sort of sane, he wouldn't jeapordize his spy like this. By all rights Severus should kill greyback where he stands since he's a threat to the school and Snape is a teacher that protects the children. If Snape let's greyback get away with this, Snape has just asked to be not only fired, but prosecuted by the DMLE. Sort of verging on unrealistic, Jump the Shark type plot.
I guess that was one thing Harry forgot to test? It's good that normal humans can't see or hear him, but werewolves and I'm guessing vampires too can still smell him.... I'm really liking this story, very interesting, please update chapter 5 soon.
