I loved the ending of this chapter! Severus is really starting to open up.

I cannot express how happy this story makes me. I've said it before but you have such a good grasp on a D/s relationship and you bring it to life through Snape and Hermione in a way that other authors don't manage.

The last two chapters were ridiculously hot but now that I've sat down to review in depth, I can't remember exactly what happens. I will have to read again - oh no, what a tragedy, how will I cope? ;)

Keep up the fantastic writing. I can't wait for the next chapter.

Normally I prefer Slash fics the most, but this, this is simply too sexy, hot and intriguing to pass up on!

How may chapters are you planning on?

I normally can't review because I'm on my phone but I've finally gotten my trusty laptop back and decided to do it. This story has so many layers, aside from the D/s relationship and the zesty lemons. I like how you've handled their issues, working through them one at a time. Well done.

This is a really, really good story. So many D/s stories are not in-depth and exploring the many, many facets of such a relationship. Do you mind me asking if you have personal experience or knowledge about it? Because this is entirely a real scenario, where two people get together, get to know each other intimately very quickly and just sort of .... hit it off. I am hoping that Hermione's inner damage isn't too great for them to overcome, and more so, that Severus' inner damage (that he deserves what he gets) especially doesn't knock them down. I HOPE you explore Severus' pain at least to some extent. It will and should crop up during their dealings, and Hermione will need to be there for him. If it's not in there, understandable, but i don't see how any story can move forward without at least one event from Severus' past tripping him up. If he's going to truly change, he will need to confront this last, horrible demon. Great job so far! Very good sexy times!

I have never liked spanking stories. But you do have a way with words. It's nice to see hermione human and dealing with guilt and grief after so much tragedy. What do you have in store next?

'Peeves coated all my cauldrons in ink (he said they weren't black enough)' had me laughing, and that is one of the good things about your fic - you are never too intense, for all the depth there are plenty of lighter moments. Lovely chapter, although I was a little sad for poor Barnabus
