Interesting story. Formatting makes it difficult to read as increasing font size increases page size also, so you either squint nd get a headache or scroll from side to side and get dizzy. :)

Quick question.....about how old are you making Vlad? Are you using the 'one dead mans blood can kill a vampire' legend or the 'sunlight, holy water, a stake to the heart, or decapitation and fire will kill a vampire' legends?
Also, if you don't mind, ive not heard of that nonawrimo thing your doing. Can i ask, just what is that?

Definitely the DE's that tortured him need revenge. Perhaps any remaining Daily Prophet reporters and editors that so skillfully pulled the public strings into either slavish adoration or vengeful hate towards Harry, with little to no truth or advocacy towards Harry.
Umbridge must still be alive: she's like a cockroach.
Anyone from the farce of a trial that didn't follow the law.
Any of his trainers at the Camp that put the responsibility of the War on Harry's shoulders.
Hmmm.... can't think of anyone else. Did anyone magical (besides DD) turn a blind eye to Harry's abuse pre-hogwarts?
Oh, the entire muggle neighborhood and school system that ignored and contributed to harry's abuse should be open season upon.

Forgot to add: I think this is one story where Harry won't find it difficult to just let someone else take responsibility, or find it difficult to be pampered. I think Harry is tired and is only too willing to accept help and pampering, especially when that pampering take the form of helping Harry get his revenge :-) Unfortunately, I think Harry's Pride was tortured out of him long past. It's not like Vlad will keep him in a Golden Cage. He'll encourage Harry to do whatever he wants, give him any piece of information he seeks, bestow any time of affection w/o reimbursement Harry wants.

i love this story and i can't wait to read more! i think he should get revenge on the death eater who tortured him. and a few members of the order. i don't know if they are alive in your world or not but
