Very poignant and romantic vignette. I guess they're too aged and infirm to use legilimency to communicate? Or maybe their magic has weakened with age. Anyway, I adore the sweetness of this. You captured Draco's snark as well as the depth of his feelings for Hermione. Lovely.

While I completely despise the idea of people putting their elderly loved ones away this fic was really quite moving and beautiful also rather poignant. You have completely captured what our dearly loved and often forgotten family really feel. To think that they still have a chance to be loved before leaving this life is both beautifully sad and heart achingly wonderful. Maybe it will make a few readers go visit their grandparents too.
