It's like Malfoy has embraced the shallow parts of his personality to only acknowledge what's right in front of him expecting everything in his sight to revolve around him. It's making him oblivious that Harry is treating him very much in a tongue in cheek sort of way. Which I find funny by the way :) but I don't ever see Harry falling for someone like that. Though Draco can't really be that shallow after what he went through in the war but he seems to be ignoring all those lessons. I really like how Harry is handling it...a bit how an adult would humor a child.

Is this going to be a long story? Like 30 or more chapters. Im just curious, honest!
Beyond that, I think I am very excited for this story. It doesnt seem like heavy angst. It seems more like a story of tit for tat of who can sort of one-up the other one. And see who can be impressed, or well if Harry can be impressed, and Draco coming to respect and love harry.
It just seems like it will be a sweet soft story. But if im wrong let me know LOL!
I look forward to the next chapter. Im excited for this story, its one of my top favorites for sure of all HP/DM i am reading.

Oh wow... chapter 3 is perfect lol. I loved everything about it. Harry lying and making up stories, pretending to trip all over Draco's feet, trying to be cute and making up nick names... all of it! Now back at Hogwarts if Draco had tried a stunt like this he would have expected Harry to laugh at him or be furious. Maybe punch him in the face. So if it's true that Malfoy has been spoiled and gotten his way with everything the past few years, he might think he can get away with doing whatever he wants and assumes that Harry would not humiliate him in front of everyone. So does he want Harry because Draco deserves the best? Or does he want some status thing from being engaged to Harry? Or did he really expect Harry to get mad at him and had something to gain from Harry spurring his proposal so he could claim a broken heart?
So many possibilities!!! This is fun. The best part is that Harry shocked Malfoy. Malfoy obviously did not expect Harry to play off him so well and Malfoy will relish the challenge. Whatever goal he originally had... I do believe winning against Harry (and therefore winning Harry lol) will become his new goal :)

I keep forgetting no one gets your 'slang' thru the computer...when I said ''for real'' [it wasn't literal] that's
just me saying ''Oh, come on now!'' ''Did he/she REALLY just do that???'' stuff of that nature.
...and once again..
For REAL!!! Man, Draco got some work cut out for him! But I think he just realized, and I know Harry didn't intend for it, he's
met his match. :-)
